I love this clinic! My family doctor is wonderful, and they cater to walk-ins as well. Everyone here is very professional but also very personable and nice. Highly recommend

My experience so far has been great, generally waiting times have been about an hour or less. Doctor is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and assess concerns.

My visits to this clinic have always been exceptional, and a large part of that is due to the remarkable staff.
Catlin, the receptionist, is an embodiment of hospitality and warmth. Every time we walk in, she greets us with a genuine smile and ensures we're comfortable. Her consistent kindness sets a positive tone for the entire visit. Dr. Al Safar, the family doctor, is truly in a league of his own. His vast experience and expertise shine through in every consultation, giving us the confidence that we're in capable hands. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough, especially if you value both personal touch and professional excellence.

Takes care of their patients like a family doctor. Expect some wait cause of the busy schedule.

Dr. Al-SaFar is the best doctor around. He is so genuine and really cares about his patients.

My son was not well, we visited the clinic the Doctor and receptionist was amazing. I will definetly continue going to this clinic. I love the flow of the clinic wait see the doctor if you need prescription they fill it there.

Dr Rabba is a QUACK never returns calls and they never answer there phone.and if ypu do get a call back days later its too late because i have been to a closer walk in clinic got a prescription and i am healed then she gets upset with you because she can't bill ohip for your consultation She's all about making money and really has no feelings for her patients You would get better service from a veterinarian.

Had a phone appointment booked with the doctor. They took details of my insurance, I kept waiting for the call but they never did. Eventually went to another clinic.

I had a great experience here very polite receptionist and doctor explained everything clear to me and went over past and present issues I would recommend this place to anyone and only 45 min wait quicker then some doctors offices with appointments.

Phenomenal place. Doctor was direct and checked my son with great care. The admin staff was lovely.

I was supposed to have an appointment on Wednesday but Dr. ElRabaa didn’t call me. The appointment was automatically rescheduled for Friday (today) but she still didn’t call me.

I dont know what I would have done without this great clinic, and great doctors.

The doctors here have helped me to regain my health when I had no luck identifying what was wrong when visiting other doctors previously.

Dr El Rabaa was super helpful! I was having pain from sinus and she called me even though she is having busy days. Really appreciated!

Dr. Al Safar is a very caring and patient dr. I have never had to wait very long for my appointment time or a phone call. He is easy to talk to and I never felt rushed.

Not sure why the review rating is so low! The walk in doctor here is absolutely amazing. She is very professional, knowledgable and she listens attentively to the patient. Sometimes, walk in doctors can be dismissive, but she is very thorough. In fact, I asked if she is accepting new patients because I was so impressed with her service.

Really unorganized clinic. The receptionists don’t understand half the things you’re trying to tell them. Incredibly long waiting times.

Avoid this medical clinic at all cost. Horrible treatment of walk-in patients, no compassion, no patience, and the facility is dismal. The receptionist end’s up helping patients more than the doctors. You will leave feeling defeated and worse than when walked in, after waiting as well. Go anywhere else.

Went to see a general physician for getting vaccinations prescribed through UHIP university insurance. The receptionist was kind and treated me well. I had to wait for approximately 20 minutes before I could see a doctor. The doctor listened to me patiently and prescribed the vaccination and explained the process. Overall satisfactory experience.

This is awful. They had me wait with a crowded room of sick people for 2 hours just to renew an ongoing prescription. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Dr Anmar Al-Safar is very knowledgable and has got experience. He is a good listener and his diagnosis is good.

I was called in for a follow up on my ultrasound.reached there around quarter to 3 and waited in the waiting room.i understand that there were patients before me so i had no issue with waiting.than at 4.15pm i was asked to go to room number 2 and wait for doctor.i waited till 4.55pm in that room for the doctor.finally doctor rabba she comes and than she says my report is normal.she even call me for follow up if everything was normal.i missed my kids program for this thinking that something is wrong with my ultrasound report.its not only that.when i went to do my ultrasound on July 5th.my name my gender my date of birth was all wrong.i was male as per there referral and i was doing viaginal ultrasound.very poor quality.and she looked like she wasn't sure what she was saying.i would rate this clinic very poor.i had visited the clinic so many 3times once with my kids, once for my pain and problem about my iud and than follow up on the ultrasound.and i have never been satisfied.i went there because i have UHIP and it sucks that UHIP has only few branch.it seems like they just want to claim the insurance but doesn't really care about patient.never going there and wont recommend it to anyone.

It is a walk in clinic so if you are not already a patient expect to wait at times as it can get busy. That said, being a patient for the past few years I have found the clinic to be excellent. If you have a serious emergency it would be best to go to the hospital as the clinic is not equipped to do extensive testing. I have had no issues with this clinic over the years and would recommend it.

I have no clue as to why so many of these reviews are so poorly rated. I arrived here today with some issues and they instantly gave me a room. Doctor Rabba was kind and prompt, and I was in and out within 30 minutes with treatment and further advice on what to do. I even got a doctors note after I requested one.

I came in the morning like they asked me too and it was not busy. But it took them nearly 30 minutes just to check me in. The receptionist was very slow and seemed to not have any knowledge of her job. She would tell me something and then ask me if that was right. Then eventually the doctor came in and was rude and pretty much said to go to my family doctor that is an hour to drive to get my results and not come to her. I don't recommend this place to anyone

DR. Rabba is the kindest doctor with great professionalism. The receptionist is professional and efficient.

Terribly rude doctors. They make you feel like they are wasting their time on you. Dr. Raba as well as the receptionist are incredibly rude and unprofessional.

This was a very goog walk i clinic and the doctor was very friendly and knowledgable. I visited Dr. Hoda Elrebba several times who was really helpful and nice. I highly recommend this clinic specially because of her.

Horrible receptions!
It is not walking clinic, doctors visit their patients there that they have appointment. In their extra time or between their patients, they visit walk-in patients. You may stay there for 4-5 hours even the waiting space is for 6-7 people. I am not sure if this is legal that doctors visit patients in walk-in clinic, they probably charge the health care system for two times from Tax payers money.
So sad for this system.
