I've used the machines and the wash and fold service and have always been very pleased. Would recommend.

I have frequented this laundromat several times in the past and have never had any complaints.

I brought in clothes for dry-cleaning service, so note that I'm not reviewing their laundry machines. I brought in a vintage pleated wool skirt. They completely obliterated the pleating on it. They didn't repress them or anything. I wish their pricing for items was transparent because I feel like they make it up on the spot based on how they feel.

Terrible customer service. Understand that this is a self-service but as first timers the treatment from the owner was horrendously poor. Be well prepared for bad manners if you don’t know anything about their washers.

Awful customer service. It was our first time in Ottawa and we were doing our laundry here. So many positive reviews but our experience was not great. We came in to do laundry and the male owner kept coming behind us and telling us to start the machine even though we were still loading. We told him we didnt finish and he kept rushing us like he was super anxious. There was no customers maybe 1 other person. We used up 4 machines total which was of course good money for him but he was upset that we were not loading them in fastly. We took 10-15 mins to load all 4 machines which is not long at all. We had coins but once he saw our bills, he rushed us to come to him to exchange them for coins. We kept saying we had coins but he kept pushing us to exchange. We put the load in for about 30 mins and came back 40 mins later. Our stuff was in carts out for us and he was very upset that we didnt come 10 mins earlier. Our first time in Ottawa and we didnt know how bad construction was which delayed our traffic. We put our stuff in the dryer for 35 mins and was about to leave the parking lot to go to the nearby grocery store when we were reversing and the owner ran out and came to us at the car door and said to come early for the dryer. We were shocked at how paranoid this owner was. For 10 mins late and new to the city, he cannot be this paranoid and stress customers out. We felt super rushed and ran to the grocery store and came back 10 mins earlier to make sure he wont yell. He was very rude and lied to us initially, saying that the more expensive washing machines were the only ones, when there were cheaper ones in the back. He saw us moving some of the stuff into the cheaper ones and then came over and told us to quickly start the expensive machines because he knew we saw the cheaper ones. Transparency and good customer service is key which this owner did not have. Will not be returning. We have been to many laundromats and this is the first time we've had a bad experience. I understand this is a business but if you wont let customers do laundry in peace and are hungry for $$ by watching our every move, then you should not own this business.

Was lucky enough to live across this laundromat for a couple years. Nicest, most helpful owners you could imagine. Will miss it dearly despite now having in-building laundry.

Very rude lady. Her job is to get as many customers in and out of shop, but she just want customers to wait. Not smart enough to know how to run business efficiently.

My clothes dryer died about a month ago.i have been going to majestic
since then.the place is awsome clean the machines work.the staff are very helpful and always availible.the best part is they have parking on site no street parking to worry about.i highly recommend them.ken gorman

I use there Fluff and Fold service, I drop off my laundry and they wAsh, fold and bag up my laundry very quickly. Often they have it done in a couple hours. I usually give them 24 hours. If your in a rush, you have a ton of laundry then come to this place. I use this service for all my heavy work gear. I’m not sure how they do it they always seem to get the ground in stains out.
As far as I know they have two (2) locations this one on Gladstone and there’s one on Wellington.

I always go here for years now. It's pleasant to visit and the couple who run it are hard working and eager to help if you ask or if you look like you're struggling.

I did my laundry here for many years. The couple who own the place were always sweet, and their turnaround for drycleaning and alterations has always been quick in my experience.

Took pants in to get hemmed to length. She would not pin it so I did it myself in front of her for confirmation. When ready I took exact change as written on cash only bill and she said I still owed her a nickel. Went back with the nickel and showed her the pants were 2 inches too long - they refused to correct the work or to refund me. Disappointed with the level of customer service.

Nice people, old machines.too expensive for old equipment that doesn't spin too well, therefore the drying is more expensive.

The owner was so nice and understanding. Even though I may have accidently ruined his washer, he was still very nice and respectful and just for that alone a 5 star.

It's hard to rate a laundromat. They're a dime a dozen and most of them look the same with massively outdated machines and decor. This one was perfectly fine, laundry smells ok coming out and the 3 load experience was over in an hour.

Went there for first time on weekend, and very impressed! Clean, friendly owner, and fast! Just what you want! Highly recommend it.

The people who run the laundromat provide quality service. They teach you how to do laundry faster. Gave me free water and bags to bring the laundry home in when I was completely strapped for cash and was panicked. Majestic laundromat is really great! I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

Good laundry Mart for the people on Bronson and Gladstone.place is pretty clean.staff is good and helpful.you won't have to wait to get your laundry done.machines are usually available for laundry.they do have soap and stuff in there

Very quiet space and the staff is friendly. A wash cycle of of 30 minutes is expensive though (3 bucks!). It gets very hot in there and there’s no air conditioning, but I liked the fact there’s a desk to chill at while waiting.

They have tied pods for $1 if you forget, there is no atm on site but if you bring cash they can exchange for coins for free. 1$ coins only. Their large washing machines suitable for single large duvet's at a time, 30min wash. Friendly and helpful owners on site during hours to help you get started.

Great Laundromat. Did regular washing and drying here for a few months while waiting for a new set. Owners are nice and friendly. On a hot summer day they offered me an ice cold water for free which was very much appreciated.

The Husband and Wife Team are truly amazing people i enjoy going and doing my laundry there they are very helpful and very pleasant people to speak to as well as deal with. Keep up the great Customer Service you provide.

Used to use their wash and fold service and it was terrible. The owner would always pretend to weigh it and make a very high price off the top of her head. Finally one time I asked for a set of sheets to be washed separately. I said I would pay extra for it. My laundry came back with my white shirts turned pink. After that I washed myself. I was constantly monitored, told my comforter needed to go in the triple load washer when the double load would have worked. Then the dryer. "It roll around you waste you money. " How many dryers do I need to use at once for them to stop harassing me? Others have said the place is inexpensive and I cannot agree. These are the cheapest, most penny pinching owners you can possibly imagine.

Cool place to do laundry it was once the building that the original senators a.k. A.the silver seven NHL hockey team that became the Ottawa senators didn't see any ghosts while I was doing my laundry lol!

Garbage customer service, the vending machine ate my money then the girl refused to refund me or even look at her cameras. It was only a loonie but it's still stealing

It says it’s open until 9 when it’s really open until 7: 30 since it’s the last load time. Even if it’s for a 30mn quick wash, the last load must be in by 7: 30.

Great staff, hours and washers/dryers. Used to go here 30 years ago when I first moved to Ottawa. My first choice when I needed to use a laundromat again.

Nice older couple who runs the place. The man is especially helpful and always a pleasure to see.

This is the best laundry mat hands down. The machines are clean actually the whole place and the signage is very clear. The owner was so patient with my questions, need of loonies and they have freezies too:) The atmosphere all around isn't tense and loud. 5 stars to the physical establishment and I can't say enough or give enough stars how great the owner is.

I'm foreign and it was really easy for me to do my laundry here. It opens early and it took me a bit more than 1 hour to get my clothes cleaned. The machines are easy to use and everithing is handy. It's also cheap, I spent 5.50 CAD in the whole process.

This laundry is attended by the owners, very good people. As good and reasonable a place to do laundry as you will find!

Love this place. Owners are proud of their business and it shows. Unlike other laundromats the machines are always working and someone is always around to help. They also make change. A big plus that there's a little cafe across the way to get coffee while you wait.

Brought my winter coat there to have the zipper fixed and the lady told me "I dont feel like doing it.too long" so i said i cannot afford o buy a new winter coat.shes says "i dont want to fix it.too long" so i said "will it cost $160 to fix? " she said no.i said so can you do it? She said yes but i dont feel like it.lol.im going there to do laundry tomorrow (dec 2 2018) and ill use the machines, ill turn the damn spinner myself to wash, and when she says i have to pay.heres what ill say "I dont feel like it" hahah/. Well sorry, i dont feel like accepting your kind, but I HAVE TOO.

Plenty of machines that do what you would expect, staff available to give change or help if needed. It's a laundromat, not Disney World.

I would give zero stars if I could. The cost is more than any place I know -I only went here because of tornado related power outage- and the service was HORRID! Being my first time there I misunderstood how the dryers worked and put twice the amount in expecting twice the time. Instead the machine ate my money and gave me half the dry time. Employee argued I was lying. Owners were called because aside from me another customer had a machine issue. Owners said that we could be lying and he didn't see us pay so refused to do anything. A regular customer there told us this happens ALL the time and the owners are ripping people off. The lot of us went home with wet clothing. NEVER GO HERE!
