Went there to get my cellphone repaired. It needed a new battery and screen. The staff said it would be 3 to 4 days (it was Tuesday so Friday or Monday). I figured a few days would be acceptable so I left a deposit.
The best week comes and I haven't heard from them so I went in on the Thursday (at this point it's been more than a week). The staff said the battery was fixed but still waiting on the screen. I said I didn't need the screen fixed and I wanted it returned. He said it would be ready tomorrow or Monday).
I went in yesterday (Monday) and it's still in pieces in their office. The staff said I couldn't take it.
They should have been upfront about how long it would take.
It's been two weeks and I needed a cell and I was stupid and I bought a cell from them.

The sign stating no refunds only exchanges should have been a red flag! I'm going to blame my poor decision on frustration. I bought the cheapest one Samsung ao3 s for $279 plus tax. Got to the car and opened it and there was no charging cord or a getting started book. Took it back and the staff gave me a cord but didn't seem to care. Kept saying it was unopened box but it clearly has been opened and then they put red tape on to make it look unopened. Very shady business.

Went online this morning and found Staples has the same phone with a refund if needed for $169.more than $100 cheaper!

I would suggest people go elsewhere

My phone's screen broke and I needed my phone fixed ASAP. I went into the store and this really helpful lady helped me out with my phone. The store owner is really kind and everyone at this store is really helpful. Great time, highly recommend!

Called ahead to get battery replaced in cell phone booked time for 2 pm and told would take 1 hour. I drove 1/2 hour got to the store20 minutes early and then told there were more ahead of me so I would have to wait till 530 or 6 pm. I should add that this is same person I spoke to on the phone in the morning needless to say I left and will go elsewhere you should to.

Very great experience, went in with my phone screen not working. They fixed it within 20 minutes. Very polite, kind employee! Would definitely go back again and recommend their services.

This is a review for the Majestik in the Lindsay Mall.
I couldn’t be happier. Service was so pleasant. The replacement screen from my smashed screen on my iPad was better then the one that came with the iPad. And - the price to replace the screen, was much lower then listed on the website. Customer service, product and price exceeded expectations. You don’t get service like that, hardly at all, anymore. Thank you to everyone at Majestik in the Lindsay Mall.

These guys are extremely helpful they managed to repair a badly damaged phone overnight. Very understanding and willing to rectify any concern you may have, no questions asked.

I came in because my phone suddenly stopped charging. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes free of charge. Very polite, very friendly, excellent service.would come back here any time if there was something wrong with my cellphone.very pleased.

Zero stars. I am very disappointed in the over all service. I dropped a damaged phone off in July 2022. They told me they would be able to repair it. I called many times to inquire when my phone would be done. I kept being told they did not know. Finally February 2023 came around and still no repaired phone. No good answer for me either. I found this to be outrageous and my patience had run thin. I picked my phone up in worse condition than I had dropped it off. The poor level of customer service, the lack of communication and the ridiculous time lapse with zero repairs, shows that this company does not care about their customers at all. Do not use this place! Please go anywhere else.

I went in because my USB C port wasn't charging or playing music, they cleaned it for me free of charge and it works like new, I'll definitely go back if I need repairs.

I went there because my phone screen cracked (the protection screen) so they replaced it for me and I bought a new cover. He installed the new protection screen for me was super polite and professional and he installed it really flawless no bubbles or moisture underneath and my new cover is purple so I love it.

Messaged ahead, had what I needed, unfortunately person couldn't install a screen protector straight on phone. Otherwise I would recommend this place for phone cases.

I have had several things done for me at this store, and I am exceptionally pleased with the services I have received.

The first problem I brought to them was a Samsung Galaxy S4 which I had (finally) smashed the screen on with my otter-box. What I appreceiated was that they took the time to go through my options for moving forward, and I determined myself that paying 120 dollars for them to order a new screen, install it to my present device, and then use that screen to transfer all my contacts (which is all I really wanted from a 9 year old phone), would cost a price I was not prepared to move forward with at that time.

The second engagement concerned me wanting to 'buy a new phone', and having no idea what I was looking for and at. I decided to go with their recommendation, which (not surprisingly) was a phone which they carried.they were prepared to give me a deal on it, but as a broke person at that time, I was unable to buy. I came back later, the 'sale' was off, and I bought a Samsung A5 because it does everything I want a phone to do.no, it will not compete with an I-phone 9 (out of the box), but that's not what I want.as a construction person, I want a phone which is 'dumb' enough to take a severe impact, and have parts readily available if I end up in the same situation again, somehow.because of course its the fault of the technology when I drop it in the toilet and want my contacts back.otherwise, I'd be a silly person wanting something silly.right? They will still give me the option to recover my previous contacts, at a fee.which I find perfectly reasonable except for the small caveat that I cannot afford to pay this at this time.

The third engagement was when I sent a friend to have their laptop re-furbished because they stored it in a bag with a can of Canada Dry Ginger-ale, which exploded and entered their neoprene case, where the laptop, as far as I can tell, sat 'on' for several hours soaked in fluid. Not only did they advise her against 'sending it out' to a refurbish-er which would honor the warranty (maybe but likely not), they cleaned it and, with her permission, 'turned it on' and she was able to retrieve her file structure she desperately needed for school, and was already making plans to 'go around'. Now she has he files back, and they charged only for the time they spent screwing around with a soaked laptop (garbage), which was minimal compared to the expense of her having to re-do all those projects she had already completed for the current school year.

The fourth engagement was to purchase a Lucky Mobile plan, which is a generic bottom-end cellphone carrier here in Canadia.the system was glitchy, to say the least, and I even had an argument with the senior representative as to that I didn't want to pay for something that I didn't receive. I know if the plan we had proposed had have gone through, then he woudl be out $35 for the service price.but this is not something I care about.when I purchase a product, I want to pay money and receive something.stories about how they are going to be charged are irrelevant in my mind.because as a retailer, someone has to take the 'risk' as to the functionality of the products and services represented, and as it happens, this time it was their turn. I arrived on Sunday at 11: 00 AM, like they had asked me to, and received service within the 30 minutes I had allotted to this cause.the store was also inundated with people during this time, which caused the registration system for my new phone number to be 're-set' several times.and this is the fault of Lucky Mobile, and has nothing to do with the representative I was engaged with.

Overall, I am happy with the service I received here, and will continue to recommend this place as the best, de-facto electronics (cellphones and tablets) repair and diagnostic shop in all of Lindsay.

They were very nice and polite.and they tried.also the problems were not their fault directly. I bought 2 cases for iPads one is the 2017 ipad the other is 2018 ipad and both the cases didnt fit and had to do a return. But then I found they dont do returns and only exchange.ended up finding a replacement for the 2018 ipad which was fit in the case in store and I didnt bring the 2017 ipad because they have the same specs for case sizing/camera placement. I was also given a replacement for the 2017 in store and I'm home now and seeing it doesnt fit. 3 visits for one ipad case: (

In the end after the 4th visit they did offer me a return on one item after not finding anything that would fit and suit my needs in their store. My lesson learnt was to make sure to bring the devices with me to the store the first time!

Was told my Galaxy tab s2 was an antique so the screen couldnt be replaced. Only the top glass is broken but they wouldnt even give me a quote so I could decide.
This was after they misplaced my table for a week and couldnt find it. No call when promised and I had to chase them down.

Everytime i call i either never get answered or im told that the technician is gone until monday and this happened multiple times, after 2 weeks and several calls all they have managed to do is waste my time

I was very satisfied with the service i received. The staff was very attentive to my needs and offered advice on how to extend the life of my phone even longer. Good idea to call first to insure they have the parts you require in stock.

Over priced on screen replacement on iPad 5th generation $245+tax to replace when other places charge only 130+ tax came that you can't replace just the glass on them just so they can get extra money out of you would not recommend to anyone to go there

Samsung told me my phone was unfix-able, clearly majestik has never heard that word because they fixed my phone with ease. Best customer service i've ever received.majestik was a real bro!

I've had to come here twice in the last couple months to replace my screen.: (Majestik was extremely helpful and professional both times, fixing my screen in an hour or less! He gave me useful advice on screen protection accessories and also gave me a great discount on my additional purchases. Would highly recommend. ///

Excellent repair service: took less than a day to replace back panel on galaxy a5 2017 when all other shops told me they could do nothing. Parts were a little pricey.
