Excellent service, answer all of our questions and fix things really quickly. You can text with them which is so convenient.

I just had an iPad repaired, the service was very good, fast with fair pricing. I would recommend this shop.

Sent an email as instructed, no answer.

Replaced my screen in January for 400 cash. 6 weeks later it stopped working. He fixed it for free but said I had the wrong otter box (the one I got from the bell store) for another 100 cash this time. Few months later half my screen goes black and the kid working that day was rude, saying I needed a new screen again and it was damaged. Said it would be 200 cash wouldn’t let me do a bill with a receipt. I told him I felt like it’s been a mess since they replaced it and he told me my feelings weren’t his problem. They were the cheapest to replace it and now it’s clear why. Don’t waste your money when there’s way nicer people in the same mall.

I had an excellent experience with their service and very helpful. The person in charge is also very kind.

I got my daughters samsung tablet charging port replaced here a few weeks ago. They did an amazing job, it was replaced in 1 day which is super fast because samsung told me it would take weeks and coat 4x time price. I would recommend to anyone who needs a repair to head over because they have the best prices compared to other places and they are kind and work fast!

I brought my damaged phone, and was immediately was greeted by someone with great humor and amazing understanding of my problem. It was a simple problem but what I believed to be around $30 came to a $10 repair and a cheap battery switch. Great service, great and tidy shop and speedy repairs. 5/5

Fast and I can say expert level experience. Came in early morning with a friend to fix my damaged screen and although we came alittle early before they opened, they were completely accommodating and worked quickly in getting my screen replaced, and helping my friend find a case for his phone. Nice staff! I've purchased various items from this store and I've had no issues with them. Most recently, I couldn't use the charging port or headphone jack on my phone so I took it there and the staff (Kumail) cleaned the dust and lint of it for me. He also reccomened ways to prevent build up and gave me tips to clean them myself! Would most definitely refcommend.

I highly recommend this store for any accessories, repairs, etc. The best one in the mall by far! The staff here knows how to actually communicate with their customers and not "beat around the bush", when it comes to repairs. They also fix devices very fast within a business day or two. This is by far one of the BEST electronic repair shops I've been to in a long time. The communication / customer service / genuine concern for the product & customer satisfaction is something I haven't seen in a while. Went in for a tablet screen repair & Syed was so kind and helpful. Answered all the follow up questions I had and got my tablet back to me with a quickness! Appreciated it greatly! 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Great service and price! Cleaned out mine and my girlfriend’s charging ports and speakers in our iphones and they plug in and charge like the day we got them! I really only had a simple screen repair to be done, but Kumail was courteous and I happened to be there when things were pretty quiet. He got the screen changed in about 15-20 mins for a reasonable fee and I was on my way.

My recent experience dealing with Kumail of Majestik in Whitby was nothing short of a 5+ star rating re the glass & screen replacement on a S20+.
The price was much in line with other estimates and significantly less than with the Samsung repair center.
Kumail is very knowledgeable, pleasant and answered all my questions.
The work was done in a timely manner and is now as good as new and meets all expectations.
This was my first dealings with Majestik but probably not my last.

Called legit every cell repair shop in Durham and none wanted to risk trying to put on my screen protector and messing it up. I have the tab s8 ultra with the large non glass screen protector, which is expensive and very difficult to put on properly. The gentleman who was working there said it would be no problem to put on and he did it quickly, with no issues and it cost next to nothing. Great service, would go back if I need something similar done.

This place has treated me horribly. After selling me a phone as new, I found out it was refurbished. Then after bringing The phone in to be repaired because the microphone stopped working, they gave it back telling me there was nothing they could do. Now the phone won’t even charge or turn on, and when I complained they said they would sell me another phone. I explained to them before I brought it to you, it still charged and turned on fine, and now it won’t even do that. Now I can not get anything off the phone, when I buy a new phone somewhere else. Absolutely the WORST, place I have ever done business with.

Got my daughter's iPhone fixed the owner is very helpful also got my son's iPad fixed gave me a good deal as I was getting two things fixed at once wouldn't go anywhere else for these services both iPad and iPhone were fixed within an hour.

I was just strolling around Whitby mall and found this store. I was looking for a casing for my Iphone 13 Pro. They have a clear Otter case cheaper than the other stores nearby and Kumail even gave me a discount. Very friendly. I was surprised that they actually do repairs. I'll remember them next time I need a repair

Would definitely recommend this place. I brought my son’s iPad to get fixed and the service was great, quick and reasonably priced. The man who helped me was very thorough in explaining things to me, very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be going back if I need anything else serviced.

The owner goes the extra mile, is very accommodating, and has been immeasurably helpful with a number of tech issues I've had. Especially recently. He's honest, fair, and works hard to satisfy his customers. Over many years of bringing all manner of issues in for repair, I had only one "problem" after pickup. They weren’t able to fix my device but the man who I spoke to that I took my tablet into was very honest and let me know that it wouldn’t be worth fixing and was cheaper to buy new. Thank you for your honesty, I will be back again.

I got a OnePlus 6 which unfortunately got shattered extremely bad after it tripped down from a decent height, it had every information that's important to me which wasn't backed up. Since I didn't want to lose any of that contacts, pictures and emails I started to look for repair quotes from various stores, most of them not only had the parts but were also overpriced, luckily I came across Majestik who ordered the parts for me and fixed it for a sensible price, the phone which I thought wouldn't be working anymore is back to it's normal condition with every information I had on it. It took two days to get them parts since the phone maker isn't widely available in Canada but the fix took less than 2 hours. They not only fix phones but has wide options of phone cases to choose from with good deals. They also have wide collection of phones for those who doesn't like to go on a contract with service providers. Overall I'd definitely recommend them for any of your gadgets issues or accessory buys.
