Joy and Brian some of the kindest people I have ever met. I’m not sure I could have picked a worse time to buy my first home but I could not have ended up with a more perfect one. The journey was a roller coaster, but Joy didn’t let me get discouraged and was always so willing to pivot strategies, give excellent advice and suggest new options to make sure I found something I loved.

Joy was great to work with throughout the whole home buying process! As a first time home buyer having a tough time getting into the market Joy provided good, reasonable advice, she kept my expectations realistic, while staying positive about my prospects of finding something. It is great that she and Brian work together, it meant someone was always available to go to showings quickly.
Because of how difficult the market is, it took me about 8 months and 4 offers until I finally found a home, but throughout that whole time Joy was always responsive, and answered any questions I had. During my final offer Joy gave me good advice and advocated for me to still get a good price on the home that I bought.

Brian and Joy were AMAZING to work with. They helped us buy our first home in this crazy market, and they definitely know their stuff.
