The care from Dr. Jim and his staff over the past 20 years of caring for my beloved cats has always been outstanding. We feel extremely lucky to have the team at Malden Road taking care of our pets needs.

This vet is really helpful and shows he cares about your animal. Jim always takes the time to explain the details behind what he's doing and why and takes the time to answer your questions in great detail. The supporting staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended, I hope Jim never retires (!)

Our dog got sick only days after we moved to Windsor. We called around and friends gave us the Malden Vet contact. After explaining what was happening to our dog (shaking uncontrollably), they said we can’t book an appointment. In fact, all they did was say go to the closest emergency- which we had done the night before. Staff seemed dim, unprepared for real animal issues and a lack of motivation to treat my dog.

Because I haven't brought my dog in to this office for 2 years, they said they cant book an appointment? This make no sense! I've been going to Dr. Jim for over 20 years and have spent thousands and thousands of $$. Then this very rude receptionist without being able to properly articulate a reasonable explanation of why I can't make an appointment tells me to go somewhere else!
Unbelievable!

Jim and the staff are the best, I trust them over anywhere else, thier experience and knowledge make them the only place where I know my animals will get the best care, and they are all truly nice caring people
