Shortly afterwards we setup an appointment for our home sale chat. Sue and Team Leader, Steve, came over and as we were showing them our home we discussed each area inside and outside. They advised us on what we could do and what was not necessary to do before listing the house. After the showing we sat and discussed the next stages of the process, from the stager to the photographer and sign going up. We felt extremely comfortable and looked forward to working with them. Sue scheduled the stager, Julie Bellefeuille, owner of Kokoon ByDesign, who compiled a list for us that helped to minimize and use what we had to showcase the house. Sue followed this up by scheduling the photographer, Ronny from Sunflake Film and Photography. The entire team was top notch and very professional, helping us to present our house to its fullest charm.

5 days on the market with plenty of viewings that lead to 11 offers, 9 of which were firm. All were well above the asking price. Wow!

My girlfriend and I came across a listing for a house for sale and fell in love with it. We, at the time, did not have our own realtor. We contacted Maleeha and informed her of our interest in the property and wanted to come for a viewing.

Being the realtor representing the seller, Maleeha assigned Sue Meadus to be our agent. I was a little apprehensive at first being represented by someone from the same company, however they make it very clear they are individually representing each party involved seperatly and independent from one another on their team. I found in very short order that this was indeed the case. Sue made it very evident that she was there to help and represent us. I knew we were in good hands with her.

After Sue was assigned as our realtor representative she bent over backward to make sure we had everything we needed, were given relevant and useful information and advice and very quickly built a trusting relationship with us. She went above and beyond what I could ever hope for in a realtor. She had answers for almost everything, and the things she didn't, she found out very quickly and let us know.

Even after the completion of the sale if we had any questions or requested any documents we were met with very prompt replies with everything we needed.

In a couple of days upon approach, she had her team prepare the video, listing and the apartment was in the market for sale.
