Very bad organized terminal sometimes drivers have to wait here more than 4 hrs and their system crashes frequently but no body cares

ZERO service
ZERO respect for the driver
ZERO computer system
ZERO organization
ZERO.

Everything is fine except the kiosk & the crane operators, they are so rude.

Worse place to be never come in without 24 pack of water, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
I got a business idea open us fast food restaurant near as possible to CN ingate and Outgate line will be busy 24/7
