Friendly staff behind the desk, not much help unless otherwise you book an appointment with an employment specialist. The place is always in pristine condition along with the equipment.

Quick message of thanks directed to DF, which out of respect for privacy, I'm using initials.

As part of the IAT team, DF maintained professionalism, organized, and patient, despite running into many technical issues related to processing, which is outside her control. She clarified matters and stayed calm, admirably where I eventually failed. Ultimately, she was successful in providing me financial assistance, where I would have given up, myself (and did, on more than one occasion). I don't envy your job, and have experienced other caseworkers and front desk workers becoming cold and dismissive, understandably in this role.

The 1-star deduction is for the general system and communication issues, but I want to note that once again, that's largely unrelated to the CSR experience with my intake caseworker.

Horrible communication, like your suppose to be there to help people better there lives not hang up the phone when you don’t have the correct information smh

I was very fortunate to get the help from a worker to get my child into daycare so i can be able to start working back at my job, but coming there sometimes was a pain because the staff at the front or at other desks were very rude and was always given dirty looks, even when i said hello or goodmorning. I mean, i may not be the best looking person to you, but dont provide me with your bad service when i never asked for it. Thank goodness at the time of help, i withdrawed my child from childrens services. If parents go to the services to get assisted, the staff should help the parents right away when they are available to help, thats what they're paid to do. To my caseworker, thank you for helping me and guiding me through the process. You were very patient and the fact you listened to my small problems that you resolved quickly and got my child in daycare in time. This place is good to find jobs, type resumes, printing, photocopying and faxing. Thank you.

The front desk, a lady, is very rude, did not want to listen people finished a sentence and straight jump into talking with a so unwilling and rude tone. I called on May 29,219 at 1: 07 pm. She brings shame to the multi-culture city of Toronto.

Clean and quick service. Your able to print out your documents and they provide you with envelopes and other services to get you employment

Went here for a workshop/community meeting. I learned a lot about the many services that are available from pregnancy, to senior living, new comers settlers program, recreation activities, legal support etc. The staff appears to be supportive and approachable.

The average someone eligible for Ontario Works received is $350 for their rental space a month I think that's terrible with all the money Toronto has I don't see them doing nothing DARN the government needs to step up
