THIS IS THE WORST ODSP OFFICE ON EARTH. THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY AND EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE, DON’T LIKE TO WORK, HANGS UP ON YOU, DON’T DO THE JOB THEY SIGNED UP FOR, AVOIDS DOING THEIR JOB BY ALL MEANS BY PASSING THE BUCK AND REQUESTING CHANGE OF WORKER IS NEXT TO PULLING TEETH!

GOD FORBID YOUR WORKER IS SHANTEL FRANCIS, YOU’D BE PICKED DOWN, UNDRESSED AND REDRESSED AS TO WHY YOU DON’T NEED HELP AND ANY HELP OFFERED OFFERED COMES WITH EMOTIONAL ANXIETY WHIPLASH.

Marilyn Ward has no manners. Completely unprofessional and frankly very rude. Why do people like this have service jobs. She hung up the phone on me after refusing to get her superior. She is incompetent in her job and tells lies that misled and confused me when I needed help.

My name is jermaine. I want to say malvern office is one of the best office with Natasha working there, she is very sweet My experience with Natasha was great she is very helpful and kind. I appreciate everything she guide me through in the pass.a person like knows how to treat a client, she always answer my calls and returns them in less than a day. Me and my wife love her spirit she is always in a peoples person Mood My wife and I appreciate her kindness malvern needs more workers like her, workers like Natasha is very hard to find.

Great place, front desk was super helpful. She was very knowledgeable and very proactive. Made every visit very pleasant!

The staff that run the front desk are Amazing people, but I don't like my worker, she doesn't do her job properly. She never returns my phone calls, only like 3 times since I've been at this location. I was told that she was fired because other people complained about her work, it turns out that she still works there, SMH, you need to do your Job or find another job.

I never had a problem with this service. Any time I call i get my answer right away or the next day. Specially the case worker Lilly is the best one there.

IM SORRY TO WHOM EVER READS THIS POST, AND FINDS IT UPSETTING
YOU SEE I CAN UNDERSTAND THE FIRST MONTH OR 2
THAT IT DID SEEM TO BE UNBELIEVABLY UPSETTING TOGET A HOLD OF A CASE WORKER PERIOD. NEVER ALONE YOUR OWN, BUT EVERYONE WAS MESSED UP TO SOME SORT OF DEGREE, HOWEVER THE O. D. S. P. DID LEAVE DIRECTIONS ON WHERE TO CALL, AND TO WHOM YOU COULD SPEAK TO, AS UPSETTING AS IT MAY OF SEEMED TO A BUNCH OF YOU UPSETTING CLIENTS
I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT AFTER BEING ON O. D. S. P. FOR OVER 30 YEARS THAT YOUR WORKERS NEVER HAD IT ANY EASIER, HEAR IT IS LATE NOVEMBER NOW THINGS WITH COVID 19 ARE EVEN MUCH WORSER, FUNIEST THING THOUGH IS I HAVE NO PROBLEM GETTING A HOLD OF MY WORKER
MISS TRAN WHO IVE NEVER EVEN MET YET CAUSE OF SOME STRANGE REASON ON KNOW'EST TO ME.
BUT SHE IS AN AWESOME WORKER WHO HAS ALWAYS TRIED HER BEST OVER THE TOP TO AID IN MY NEEDS, SO WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE MALVERN OFFICE WAS CLOSED I DIDNT PANICK, LIKE MANY OF YOU DID, I JUST KEPT MY COOL AND PHONED WHERE I WAS TOLD TO
AND SOMEONE CAME TO MY WIFE & MYSELFS NEEDS AT THE TIME, IT REAL HURTS ME TO SEE OTHERS OUT THERE WHO FEEL THE NEED TO EXPRESS THERE ANGERS IN UPSETTING POST TO THOSE WHO DO WORK HARD TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEEDS TOO.
FOLKS THERE ARE NO CONSPIRACIES OUT THERE IN THE O. D. S. P. OFFICES OF WORKERS
KNOW ONE WORKER IS OUT TO RUIN YOUR WORLD; INLESS OF COURSE YOU ARE HIDING SOMETHING
OF COURSE, SO PLEASE WHY NOT TRY SAYING SOMETHING NICE TO O. D S. P. INSTEAD OF BEING ALL NASTY LIKE.
CAUSE THE WORKERS HAVE FAMILY AND THERE TRYING TO MAKE IT THROUGH THE SHIT STORM OF COVID - 19 - TOO.

Terrible experience. I keep getting hung up on when being transferred. Mistakes a worker makes just being explained as "Glitches" and improper follow-through. Deposit not made when I was told it would be.

Like said below, they are not picking up the phone during COVID-19 and you get hung up on when you transfer.

This isn't even mentioning that I applied in March for ODSP and the status remains pending without them calling me once! They were supposed to call within a week.

I called them and at first they said they didn't receive it and to reapply, so I tried, but I couldn't since there was already an online file open. I called them back the same day and they miraculously had my case on file. The representative emailed someone who deals with new applicants and she was supposed to get back to me within 2 weeks. It's been 2 months now and nothing, plus they aren't answering their phones. Fun.
