Prenatal yoga through Mama Bear Wellness was the first time I’ve ever I’ve ever taken a formal yoga class, and I’m so happy I decided to start. I feel so good leaving the class and it’s very easy to alter to whatever your abilities are. Highly recommend reaching out to start classes!

The prenatal yoga classes are truly the highlight of my week, Andrea does such an amazing job of making the class a calm, welcoming, and comfortable space no matter what your yoga experience is! This is my first pregnancy and things can be overwhelming but coming to this class gives me time to breathe and let go of everything else going on, as well as connect and relate with other expecting moms!

Andrea’s prenatal yoga classes are the highlight of my week. I always feel better the day after, and have a significant decrease to my ligament pains. Her classes are the perfect amount of exercise and stretching for any stage of pregnancy. She offers suggestions if we want more of a workout, but encourages us to only go as far as we feel that day. Andrea has a wealth of knowledge, and I always feel in good hands that the moves I am doing are safe for pregnancy.

Andrea's prenatal yoga offers me the opportunity to connect with baby and move in ways that are safe during pregnancy. She is kind, flexible and passionate about what she does!

Having an activity to attend with my daughter during post partum recovery has been physically and mentally helpful for me! I took Andrea's pre-natal yoga class and couldn't wait to get fit under her instruction once my little arrived! We both love the pace and atmosphere offered during Mamabear Wellness Stroller fit and can't wait to continue being active and social during the summer session!

It is no surprise to me that there are all 5 star reviews here! I have done the mama and baby bear yoga as well as the stroller fit series. Andrea is so welcoming, encouraging and easy going; I could not think of a better person to lead this group and pull moms together. It truly seems like Andrea’s goal is to build a community of wellness and connection for moms, and she has definitely surpassed that goal!
Andrea is so great about breaking down the workout and offering varying levels of intensity/difficulty based on your comfort levels.
If you’re on the fence about signing up for something, just do it- you won’t regret it!

With this being my first pregnancy I was eager to find a prenatal yoga class to stay active. Andrea is always a pleasure and makes the class enjoyable for all depending how far along they are. I am about to start my second session with her and would highly recommend if you are considering prenatal yoga to sign up with Andrea.

If you are thinking of doing prenatal yoga as part of your pregnancy journey, you have to join Mama Bear Wellness. This was my first prenatal yoga series with Mama Bear Wellness and I don’t want it to end. Andrea is a fantastic and amazing yoga instructor always there to share tips, lend an ear all while teaching the yoga class. Highly recommend!

Andrea is absolutely AMAZING! My daughter and I enjoyed the Stroller Fit classes so much this spring! It was incredible to get outside and work along side of some other awesome mamas! We definitely recommend her classes if you like getting together with like-minded people and moving your body with intension

Friday morning mama and little yoga is the highlight of my week. Both baby and me love every second of it!
