I came to this office seeking help with my appeal case after my refugee claim was rejected. Having been represented by a previous lawyer from a different office, I had little hope of winning the appeal given my lawyer’s doubts over the prospects of success for such a complicated appeal.

I didn’t hesitate to contact them and they assured me that my chances of winning my appeal are extremely high, which gave me hope that I desperately needed at the time. She managed to put up a strong case which was accepted by the appeal division and was sent back to the IRB for reevaluation by a new board member.

At the time, Jennifer left the office and my case was assigned to a different lawyer, ReyleeRaeburn‑Gibson. Reylee is one of the most professional lawyers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He’s taken over an extremely complicated case and within a short period of time, he successfully managed to prepare me for the new hearing as well as put up a strong and compelling case that effectively addressed all the doubts and concerns presented in the previous rejection decision. He’s extremely attentive and quite meticulous in his work. Whenever I had the slightest concern, he’d immediately address them and was very generous with his time, responding to emails even after office hours. The law firm is absolutely bag of garbage. They have no professionalism & ethics. The Real estate laws are so simple and they advised me in a very complicated way. My real estate closing was on 29th and they advised me that I need insurance a day before and I lost my deal to buy the dream home. Seriously if I have gone to some new Law firm they might have taken it more seriously and should have guided me right. I give one star because there is no way i can give zero star.even one star is shame.

This is the best law firm in Toronto for any of your migration needs.

They are consummate professionals who clearly explain the requirements, processes, and costs involved in the immigration process. The staff were very punctual, kind, and considerate. Emails and calls were responded to in a timely manner. At no point did I feel misinformed, misguided, or cheated.

After being refused twice, because of my own mistakes, it was time to get professional help. I had an old express entry application that was unfairly refused by the IRCC with questionable competencies after waiting for almost 3 years and being in the country for over 7 years costing me my career, Finances and mental health. It had taken my stress level over the roof to almost losing my status.

I contacted Mr Mamann for help with my US Immigration issue. I was out of the US for almost 2 years due to the Covid-19 and was a bit concerned that US CBP would give me a hard time on my re entry The guidance provided to me was to get a Border package together and proceed with re entering as I have done in the past

I worked with Vijay Maharaj, legal Assistant to gather the many documents to build my profile and corroborate my story. I booked a consultation regarding immigration to the U. S.just to better understand a few things about visa types, spouse's eligibility to work, what-if scenarios, etc. Paid $250+tax in advance, non-refundable. I came prepared with my questions, but 5 minutes into the meeting with their lawyer I realized I knew more than him just by googling those things up. The lawyer agreed to check on a few things and come back to me with the answers later. It never happened, even after I followed up a couple of times days later. I never got a reply to my email either. Very disappointing and total waste of money and time. I hope this review helps them set things straight and other customers to be aware.

UPDATE (July 2021) : Mr. Mamann reached out to me to apologize for my bad experience and offer me a full refund plus a new consultation with him. My situation has changed since my first consultation, so even though he was very nice and really tried to help, the usefulness of this new free appointment was limited. Still I think it was the right thing to do therefore I'm adjusting my review and giving them 4 stars. It seems that I wasn't lucky and got an incompetent lawyer in the first consultation.
