Great environment feeling like your on a city street while inside. Server was very polite and prompt. Food selection was decent and food tasted very good. Some patio seating along with indoor seating. There is a room option in the back if you are ever looking for a space to rent. Very good experience.

Was there for my Mother-in-law's birthday party. Our waiters (Michael & Michael) were excellent. Food awesome as always. Can't wait for another meal there. Haven't been disappointed yet.

Delicious food no matter what you plan on getting! Service is great and the atmosphere is also very nice! It's always a pleasure to have a meal here with family and friends! Check this restaurant out if you never have, well worth it!

Kept hearing amazing things. Called earlier to make a reservation. Whoever had answered the phone mentioned the only time they had was 8 as there was a show going on across the street. Before I could give my information and confirm the reservation I was abruptly hung up on.scratch this place off the list I suppose

Celabtrated our 25th wedding anniversary dinner. It was fantastic from the freindly waitress.app.dinner.and dessert. Oooh lets not forget the wine. Definetly worth the hour drive from Windsor to Chatham.

We visited this gem of a restaurant to celebrate our 15th anniversary. Our waitress, Jennifer made us feel so welcome. From Arancini appetizers to tiramisu and cannoli desserts the entire meal was off the charts. We will dine here again. What a fantastic experience!

We went here for a birthday dinner and were very satisfied. The restaurant is large, with patios on the front and back of the building. We sat in the front and it was nicely blocked by any weather. Our service was good, the waiter checked on us periodically with regards to apps and drinks. The drinks were good sized portions for their money and so was the food. Each entree came with bread for the table, a soup or salad and then your main course. Featured in the photos is the pistachio crusted salmon and a seafood lemon garlic fettuccine which was the special that evening, both were very delicious. I also got the chance to try the beef tip and mushroom pasta and it was very good as well. Highly recommend for a night out with the girls or a date night. Also featured is the espresso martini (which I heard was delicious) and the white sangria which was also delicious

We were at Mamma's Saturday for Retrofest, Keg (Kegan) was our waiter and delivered our Vellopacella along with delicious calamari, followed by New York and Chocolate peanut butter cheese cakes, we sat on the front patio and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.

Absolutely delightful dinnertime experience. Food was fabulous (perch was amazing), service was excellent. Best Italian restaurant in Southwestern Ontario.

No. Not real Italian food. I have never had Osso bucco in a brown gravy thickened with cornstarch and I never want to have it again. Even the sauce on the veal scallopini was all gloppy due to too much cornstarch. Who does that? Waitress was nice enough.

Quickly greeted. Orders taken promptly. Lots of room. All agreed paninis were good, hot and sized appropriately. We were from out of town, and noticed that wait-staff were unmasked. If we have a chance to go back, would like to try their pizzas and pasta dishes.

If you are hosting an event I highly recommend doing it at Mamma Maria’s. I hosted my bridal shower in their back room back in May and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was *chefs kiss* and my guests are STILL talking about it to this day. Curtis was extremely helpful and he went above and beyond to make my experience so smooth and easy. The two ladies that were serving us on the day of were super sweet and professional as well. I cannot wait to host my next event here. Thank you so much!

Delicious food and excellent service. We had our 4 year anniversary dinner at Mamma Maria's on May 5,2022. Our waitress was Tylene who made our night extra special with great service and awesome communication. We felt we were the only ones in the restaurant with her service. Well done Tylene and all the best to you. Again, the food was delicious.thank you to all involved!

My wife and I went to Mamma Maria’s for dinner and it was a wonderful experience. We haven’t been in about 3 years so we were very happy to see the quality was still excellent. Our server was polite and friendly. The food was delicious. Added bonus they have Bayside Brewery beer! We will definitely be back.

Only Recommend if you really want some Italian in a small town and is aware of the large quantity of food with alright taste.
To start, the restaurant has some pretty cute wall painting of Italian scenes.
The servicer seems to be nice enough, but felt like I was he was upselling. We walked in late at 8pm, I told the server that we want a light dinners. I ordered a seafood pasta (comes with a side), a small caprese salad and a calamari. I asked him twice about the size of the dishes and saying that we are not that hungry. He assured me that it will be fine. Normally if the size is not huge, my order should be ok for two. However, I was very wrong.
The small caprese salad was four huge pieces of cheese and tomato, calamari (mixed with jalapeños etc) was 3 times the size I thought it would be, and the Pasta came with two person’s portion with full size soup.
It was no where near “lighter”. I did mention to the waiter about the huge portions, he joked about “it is a good problem to have”…. He also tried to down play the size of the pasta after I commented on the large size of the “appetizer”…. Having too much food or with potential waste and being lied to, none of these are a good problem to have.
Now, the food. The full size soup (Italian wedding) was a bit too salty. Calamari was pretty decent. The pasta was definitely not Al dente, flavour of the sauce was alright, two large shrimp, fresh muzzle but mixed with tiny and not so fresh scallop.
Overall, a decent local place to visit, but please be aware of portion control if you care about that kind of stuff. I try to be objective about my experience on the service and the food.

Amazing food! Super hot and fresh. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, he took an order from 5 people totaling over $100 and didn't even write it down. Amazing Memory. Definitely not cheap but it's for sure a more luxury Dine In place. Best for families or groups of people.
