Very safe and clean environment! The dishes are very sophisticated and tasty, and I would love to go back again! I would pin General Tso's chicken and the sushi platter as one of my all -time favourites!

I m so glad that mandarine has reopened its dine in services. The small eats is a very different experience form the buffet. I personally really like this new system as the food is freshly prepared and comes in a very good portion. The service is excellent as always. I will definitely be back again

The food taste better than ever, the service is A1, the eating room is very
clean and well sanitized, the bathroom is very clean, the parking lot is very large; what a great place to be!

My wife and I went without reservation one Monday ago,
the front desk worker took one name and phone number for contact tracing purpose and we were already heading to our table. The worker explained very well how the new "Small Eats" concept functions.

Trust me "Small Eats" does not mean that you will leave on an empty stomach; you will eat as much as before and will want more!

When you sit at your table you get a picture menu (picture and name of the dish) a pencil and an order sheet that you fill yourself. Once filled, the server comes and fill his own sheet for your table and you keep your sheet for the second round, third round, etc; it is very simple and easy. The food comes to you as it is made so you can enjoy fresh and hot food!

The same excellent service is present: hot towel before and after meal, server always there to answer your questions, always there to take the used plates away, there to take your drinks order; great great service and very kind staff!

I and my husband have dinner at a Mandarin restaurant in North York. The first moment we came there all the staff was extremely welcoming and the second thing that we have a new experience with the Mandarin small eat for one person, which was adequate nutrition for one person, also the service was excellent. Lastly, they practised the social distance properly (2 meters) for each table and all utensil was sanitized carefully. We felt safe at the restaurant.

Came back after 4 months lock down and everything is so clean and safe in here. The new small eats is great also, the food is so fresh now. Will come back next week to try all the small eats menu.

This is our first visit since the first wave of the pandemic. I don’t like such a service, but I know that you guys can’t do anything about it.this is a new reality. I hope everything will be the same as before. Thanks for your work.very good workers, service, waiters. It was so delicious! Tasting and fresh food.we will be back

This location is absolutely amazing. The staff are professional and kind and the food is always very delicious. My family enjoys eating here very much and we always leave with smiles and our bellies full.

The location at Finch West & Dufferin is terrible. We still go to other locations but will never order take out or set foot inside the Dufferin & Finch West location again. We had take out and instead of chicken breast we got liver instead. Then they had the gall to insist we had cooked chicken liver in their sauce when all we asked them for was to replace it. Will never set food in such a lousy and poor customer service business again. Their customer service wouldn't do anything at all either but the Federal Government wrote them up for several violations at the time. Have never had a problem at other locations and except for the COVID 19 we will still be eating out at other locations of this chain. The fact that they tried to insist we would buy chicken livers to cook in their sauce only to ask them to replace it is absurd and that is why this location will forever be known as The Death of a Meal to our family.

I come here quite often. This is one of the smaller locations. The customer service is nice. They are helpful when you ask questions and polite. We are always seating within 30 minutes at the most. The entire place is pretty clean and the atmosphere is great. There is a huge selection of food. However over the years the food has become more and more like fast food and some of it almost tastes bland. Its still a good place to come for a meal but if it is a special occasion i suggest picking a restaurant with better quality food. The food here is delicious just probably not enough for a special occasion

Since I have been going to Mandarin I never been disappointed with the food or the service. My daughter and I enjoyed our meals. We enjoyed the variety of food to choose from and it is also kept very clean.

Disappointed. No crab of lobster. Much stuff was not hot. My girlfriend said there was a make employee lingering in the ladies room. Not ever going back there!

Missed the king crabs. The place is still very popular and busy. Attentive servers filling water glasses and removing used plates until we paid. Love the complimentary birthday cake and group photo. Enjoyed the fried chicken wings, the wonton soup, and the mango pudding.

I visited this restaurant recently for a birthday party. The variety of food was underwhelming and the price a little too high for what you get.

Was never besotted with the buffet. The quality of the food is much better if you go for take-out, which I recommend. Favorites include beef with black bean sauce, garlic broccoli, and fried rices.

Made reservations for dinner. I don't eat lunch when I know I'm going to Mandarin for dinner. Go in hungry.eat as much as you can.and then eat a little more. Maybe have room for dessert. That's my game plan.

Nice place, clean, friendly, but my wife a I are getting tired of the same food, we go less and less each year.

By far the best location ever. The service is top notch. The servers are quick and always looking to ensure you are satisfied. The food is plentiful and there is more variety (e.g, crab legs) in this location than in others. The dinner is more expensive, but well worth the money. I haven't seen a lunch buffet yet that has been worthy of the money paid.

It is good if you want to eat many different types of food, but don't expect each type to be the best available. Still, it is a good option for large groups and birthday celebrations.

Went for the beginning of dinner Time the food wasn't as fresh as it would have been if we had gone later in the evening. The food that is left out after the lunch time is not fresh enough to serve for the dinner time.

Loved the decor. The food was amazing a very big variety of savioury and sweet treats. Sushi was not the best, and the wait time too long.
