Selections are very limited and the food is below average compared with Markham east location.

Fun to go on occasion. Doesn’t have a lot of the items I would usually order at a Chinese restaurant. Fun for birthday parties with large groups. Kinda expensive based on food quality but it is all you can eat so I guess it balances out.

I entertained guests. Even though the food was full, I really liked it because there were so many desserts.

The meat/grill person is very unhyghenic as he touches the chesee without gloves. Truly disgusting. Also the meat is very tough as nail.

One of our all-time favourites.lovely staff and fun atmosphere. I hope we can one day go back to the buffet style once the pandemic is over:)

Last week was the first time in this fine restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the efficient service, with the fine dishes and fine drinks and with the decent pay. We will surely visit there in a short time.

This restaurant has awesome service as well as delicious food. One of my favourite spots around town. The food and drinks arrived quick and the prices are affordable. I recommend this place.

I really like their dishes. I always get good customer service there. The place is neat and the cashiers are always super friendly. Will visit here again.

The Woodbine Mandarin is one of our favourite eating spots. We recently tried out their “Small Eats” menu. Our waiter did a good job explaining the new menu choices & ordering procedures. The food arrived promptly and was as tasty as ever. The Manager took the time to personally come over and welcome us back. What a nice gesture! We’ve been to other Mandarin restaurants, but the Woodbine restaurant is the best. We’ve never been disappointed. Excellent service every time!

I'm a big fan of mandarin, but this was my first time ordering takeout, and there was a pretty big misunderstanding I can't completely take the blame for. Apparently the chow mein at Mandarin is NOT a noodle dish. It's just a bowl of bean sprouts. When I called to ask why I got bean sprouts instead of the usual chow mein noodles I was expecting. They said, yes, at other restaurants, it's usually a noodle dish, but at Mandarin it's just bean sprouts. So if that's the case, you would think the person taking my order would clarify that at the time of ordering my food instead of assuming I would know the difference.

The menu and service were ahead of our expectations. We really liked the vibes of this spot. Wonderful restaurant to take my family out for lunch.

My son is really Love this restaurant and we are so happy to go there after 7 months. We enjoyed the foods as usual.small dishes are a smart idea! The price is reasonable and the best part we can take home our leftovers.

We arrived at our booked time seated.by. 9: 15 we ordered drinks and around 9: 30 we started to eat by 10 the food was being put away. The selection was minimum and the food was just terrible I have been to you place before but we are very disappointed.we were 11. Then around 10: 30 we were practically forced out very very disappointing.

Amazing. Tones of food, desserts and drinks. Great quality and fresh food. You will not go hungry here. $26.00 super buffet. Great staff. I've never been here before till a few days ago, but a must for dinner or supper.

Doubt I will be going back to Manadarin. The main reason I would go was for the Alaskan Crab and I was told they weren't doing this anymore.

The Mandarin is great restaurant once and awhile, all you can eat good food. I don't go very often do not typically like all you can eat.

It was really bad experience we won’t go there again staff lied on us, we arrived at at 5: 30 and she said the early you can go is 7 pm and we choose to wait and she didn’t write our name in the reservation list she write it in a separate paper and some one else came after and she wrote their names in the reservation paper and when I asked her why you didn’t write our name in the list she said she said we don’t have available table before 7: 45 then I told her that’s not what u said from the beginning and it was almost 7 we were waiting for almost 90 min and we have 4 kids and they started crying as they are so hungry and it ends up we left the restaurant even without they apologize this is the worst experience ever they didn’t want to serve us as we were a big group of 6 adults and 9 kids

I’ve enjoyed myself the last visit I was there. The food and service was overall pretty good. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful.

Came here for a work holiday lunch. Decent buffet variety. The holiday drink was very good. Bit pricier than usual for a buffet due to holiday prices, but service was very good. All in all, good place to eat.

They have new chairs that are taller and have a wider back than the old chairs, and they have far too many tables in each room. This makes it difficult and uncomfortable for people to move around the room to go to/from the buffet. I don't know when they made this change as I haven't been to this location since January 2018. I was in room E, but I would imagine that they're all like this. I won't be going back to this location unless they remove some tables to make it easier to walk the rooms.

The food is still good though.

I really love Mandarin because the food verifies and freshness, and they have good salads, the only thing I don’t like is the line up on Friday night
Over all is good

Honestly this place isn't what it used to be. Throughout the years the quality has decreased significantly. Coming back after a long time made me realize why I no longer visit.

Not enough varieties, also too traditional in this day and age. Would be better if they add something novel.

Used to love mandarin, but the prices are starting to get a little high. Any higher and it wont be worth the cost. For a kid or if you're eating a small plate it's too expensive.

I visited here many years ago as a child and teen and recently went back with my family and my own child. Not much has changed from when I last visited except for extending their sweets and desserts area. The food is the traditional buffet food that you would usually find anywhere else. We went a bit earlier to beat the rush and everything was fine.

This is one of the better locations. Food is always fresh and they have a nice variety. The restaurant is clean and staff are excellent. We usually go every couple of months.

It’s hard to understand why this place always has a lineup out the door. It is extremely overpriced for what you get and the service is subpar to say the least. This will seem like an exaggeration, but I asked for a coke, waited 8 minutes, saw a different waiter and asked him for a coke, asked another waitress after a few more minutes and then finally a fourth person brought a coke 15 minutes after my initial ask.

Also, they said at the beginning of the dinner that my father-in-law would eat free because it’s his birthday. When the bill came, they charged for his dinner and said you needed to go online ahead of time and fill out some form. What restaurant doesn’t just check the person’s ID? Definitely the last time I waste my money at a Mandarin restaurant.

Nice service but not the greatest food and not many options, I don't recommend as much as dragons pearl
