Had a pleasant evening, food was wonderful and fresh and our server Nhiza was amazing and super attentive

Stephanie and AK were our servers today and they did amazing job! As a returning guests, we love Mandarin and appreciate all the efforts they make for our dining experience. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! The place is very clean! Thank you again, it was a pleasure eating at your restaurant and celebrating my husband’s birthday! Good memories for many years!

Angel was a wonderful server! Food was great.drinks remained filled! No chicken balls on the buffet- 2 staff were shocked when I asked if they had them yep over.oh no not there

Only negative thing I didn’t care for, was first hand witnessing them put another persons food back into the serving containers! Otherwise it was a great experience… just wish the servers would speak louder:)

A nice restaurant. It has some Koy fish at the entrance with very nice decoration. They offer a big buffet: from noodles, rice to grilled beef and chicken. A lot of kinds of desserts: pays, cakes, ice cream. The staff was very nice and polite. The only thing is that some food has this uncommon flavours. There was this cold salad with veggies.very unfamiliar flavour. The ice cream has no special flavour though. Thank you.

Great foods? I just celebrate my bday there today. My guest were SATISFIED AS WELL AS ME.the celebrant.nice and friendly staff.

They had the vaccine certificate scanner.finally someone scanned the certificate for the 1st time.hygiene protocols followed to the top point! Tasty food, good customer service. On top of all they respected and followed guidelines well.

I’m from Germany. I would rate this place 5 stars because I haven’t seen a buffet place with this many sort of condiments and types of food. Amazing. I ordered a pina colada. It was good but not to be too good so one star less. But this is not a bar so this shouldn’t be an issue at all.

The location is great and lot of parkingvlot. But There is No buffet every day and The portions are super small and the ordering is complicated.
Not suggested at all.

Love the Mandarin! I especially love the teriyaki salmon! That is my go to every time I go there. I do however have a suggestion, perhaps the owner could put a bowl of the teriyaki sauce on the side on the salmon for those that wish to have more sauce. I find I'm always scraping the extra sauce from the pan whenever I go as I love it so much! I do miss the seaweed salad. Not sure if it was discontinued or not as I have not seen it the past couple of time I have been there for supper. It was delicious!

We also love the safety measures they have in place with the placing of the tables to the plastic gloves for every visit to the buffet. Well done!

On Saturday, November 27th at approximately 2: 30 pm my family arrived at the Mandarin restaurant in Niagara Falls. At this time they attempted to enter the restaurant and were told by Jeff Ge (managing partner) that they had to go back to their vehicle because the lunch service was almost over. My Aunt was in a wheelchair and they had 2 small children in the group - 10 in total. Lunch service ends at 3: 00 pm and instead of allowing my family to enter the restaurant and decide on their own whether to get food from the buffet at that time or wait until the dinner service began he forced them to go back to their vehicle. The food offered at 3: 00 pm was the exact same food that they could’ve had at 2: 30 pm when they arrived at the restaurant. The buffet trays were not emptied at 3: 00 pm and no fresh food was placed in the buffet for the dinner service. This is unacceptable service and my family was extremely disappointed on how they were treated.

Great experience, still had all my favourites, extra COVID precautions are perfect, tables are spread out, superb service as always, fresh food. Glad to eat at a restaurant again!

Great ambience, friendly staff and great menu at reasonable prices. Their interior decor is awesome, specially their fish tanks, indoor water feature. Fantastic menu and lavish buffet

Went with a bunch of guys from work. Great food as usual, covid protocols were not too disruptive. Had a great time!

We had the small plates and all of our food was delicious! There were 3 of us and we all agree that the small plates were more enjoyable than the buffet! Our server was excellent!

Skip messed up our order and said we wouldn't get our food but a refund and the manadarin callrd and send they were sending one of their own drivers with our food. Awesome guys

Well-known all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet, very clean and very festive decoration. We will be back soon.

Have been years not visiting Mandarin restaurant cause lots of Chinese cuisines around my hometown. Tonight our dining experience was outstanding. Food was fresh and tasty with wide variety. Donnie was the best waiter we had met recently. He was extremely attentive with the most positive attitude. He made our dining experience extra special. Will definitely come back when visiting Niagara Falls next time.

Great food and great people. Restaurant was clean and all precautions were taken and well thought out. Can't wait to go back. We missed you during the lockdown:)

7: 30pm dec 3 2021. I would like to say that our experience eating at this restaurant was awesome. Firstly, the service we got from our server marcos was great! Went above and beyond our expectations. My girlfriend who is pregnant and was craving for sauces and food. He took the extra effort to find it for her to make the meal complete. Secondly the food was great and fresh. Lots of choices. The service was what made it over the top. You guys made our dinner date great.

It was awesome to get to use the buffet with gloved hands. Everything was hot and tasty. Especially the bread.yummy

Mandarin has a great buffet. I love the sushi. Great selection. Great soup. Great dessert. Little pricey but all in all. Good value.

Have had buffet from there many times but tried la-carte yesterday and the Tordedo breaded shrimp, fried rice and general tou chicken was awesome!

So glad to see in person dining at Mandarin. Strong Covid protocols are followed, with everyone masked when choosing food. Loved the large selection as usual.

This was our 2nd visit, 1st was 9 years ago and I've been looking forward to returning ever since. I really wish they would open a location somewhere closer to Montreal (Cornwall maybe) if not in QC. The food is great (outstanding when you consider it's a buffet) and though the price is higher than a lot of buffets, you get what you pay for. Looking forward to our next visit, hopefully in far less than 9 years!

Exceptional service! Melody was our waitress, and she was very kind and generous towards me and my family! She constantly asked us if we needed any assistance, and always refilled our water as well. The food was very fresh and mouth watering as well! Highly recommend!

Good dining experience. Food was good and we were impressed with all the steps they had taken as a precaution. Only bummer was that I had requested to sit near the fish tanks (to entertain my kids) and when we got there we were seated in the room with the tree and no fish.

Service was great! Easy to get a reservation on a Saturday night.
Cocktails are awful and expensive.
34.99 to eat and nothing has changed in 10 years, except the fact that they took away all the good stuff. You have to wear gloves now that are super slippery

It is a good asian buffet.suitable for any nationalities.the service was nice.the reason why im giving 1 star is that, when i was paying for the bill, i chose the no tip option.after paying, the server asked me if ill leave the tip on the table to which i have answered nicely "no" and also i know that she already saw that im not giving a tip on the pos machine.after that the lady's face changed and walked away rudely
im just an ordinary 9 to 5 employee with average salary.every penny counts to me.i know that customer service is a tough job but because of that gesture, it ruined my experience.ill never come back to this location.that lady just ruined how chinese people treat their customers.i know that hardworking people in customer service deserves a tip but please dont push it to your customer's faces that we are obligated to give tips.it is really not a good gesture.not everyone is rich.i rarely eat at buffets.we went to this place because i want to celebrate my birthday but that really ruined my day.if you dont want to encounter chinese servers who have the guts to ask you a tip, dont bother going here.i hope the owner reads this and educate their employees on how to act nice to customers.too bad i dont know that servers name.

My wife and I were denied service due to health issues that prevent us from wearing masks. The owner told me he could not allow us to get our food from the buffet cause store policy states you need to be wearing a mask when up at the buffet. I call discrimination against my wife and I due to a photo put up of a customer standing beside the buffet with no mask on 1 day prior to a phone conversation with the owner. I wonder how fast this will be taken down or reported.

Slightly Chaotic with these Covid Rules in place they make you wear gloves before getting your plate kinda hard to get gloves on when your hands are bigger than the size provided food was Great though and Service is as expected (Great) Highly Recommend the Niagara falls Mandarin branch

Very nice place. You definitely must go to this location. Food was very fresh and tasteful. A lot of seafood options for you to choose.

Execllent service and excellent asian food, well made and alot of options for vegetarian and seafood eaters.however sushi options are very limited and quality is not very good. Sushi rolls have too much rice the nori is soggy and tastes bland.

The buffet was just as good as it was pre-pandemic. The selection was great! The restaurant has added gloves and lots of sanitizer stations to keep everyone safe. As usual the staff were super friendly!

Chicken wings were delicious. We ordered chicken fried rice and Peking pork both super good. It was nicely packed in a reusable bag. If I ever come back to Niagara, we are having all our meals here. Thank you.

The "chicken" in noodles was definitely tofu. But it was cooked well and tasted good so I didnt care. Haha, Ive eaten at better mandarins, but its not a bad little joint.

Today I celebrated 3 years wedding anniversary with my wife here. We felt so good and comfortable to enjoy our meal on the patio, feeling the breeze on our cheeks and breathing in fresh air. All the dishes are very delectable, and our severs Sherry and Caroline are so nice. It was such a great enjoyment in Mandarin.

I like Mandarin’s lemon chicken and Black pepper steak, never let me down. Also the calendar is beautiful. Thank you all, looking forward to dining in reopening.

Edit: stars lost based off owners disregard for a safety concern on my review. I simply ask you have obvious warnings for customers with allergies, and the response i receive is don't dine here. Done deal then guys we will go elsewhere!

My family has dined in for a few occasions and always enjoy ourselves! The food bars are always in full stock and the workers make sure to keep the plates clean and ready to go. They have a pretty good selection of desserts and a neat little sundae bar. Making reservations is easy and we're serviced quickly. The prices are pretty good, definitely worth it. Unfortunately, this is how we discovered our son has a nut allergy, but it was hard to identify which food it came from. I would recommend they post obvious product warning signs for others with allergies. Seeing that kind of dedication would bump this review up. I recommend this place and will go again.without my kids

We ordered food for New Year's Eve and had it delivered. The online ordering app was easy to use and everything was fresh and delivered on time. Thank you Mandarins will definitely order again

My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. We do not eat out often mainly because my wife is an amazing cook, and frankly, most restaurants cannot compete! In the past, we always went to the buffet and were never disappointed. Today, due to the covid 19 pandemic, we ordered a curbside pickup. Our order consisted of wonton soup.egg rolls, veg.fried rice, cantonese chow mein and general tao chicken. As always, the food was absolutely amazing! See you again Mandarin!

Christmas eve is always a busy time. We made a reservation and were seated pretty close to time. The food was good. Some stations were out of food and didn't get replenished. Overall a good way to celebrate with friends and family

Even with it being a busy Christmas Eve, the staff were very friendly. The food was tasty, the buffet has a lot of options. It was crowded but never took too long to get food. I love the fish tanks. It's a great place for families. Would definitely come back again.

We just had our church dinner there, the staff were excellent, especially Emma, who was more than attentive. Excellent service all round!

They made us wait for 50 min and still did not get us seated. Maybe because we were the only white party among them asians

We celebrated hubbies birthday there, with the whole family, on a December Sunday noon ~ after some waiting time we've got great service, a fantastic buffet with good food, a Calender.and the glasses from our 'HoHoHo Cocktails' to bring home, lol recommended #hugZz ツ

We enjoyed prompt delivery and delicious food. I did not like that the driver copied my card after my card was already processed and approved on the telephone. I have signed receipts before when I used my credit card but never had I had a delivery driver carbon copy my card like that. It felt very suspicious and when I called they explained that this is a normal practice for them. I think this process could be improved. I sure hope my card isn’t compromised as I fear the driver now has a copy of my card numbers and a lot of fraud happens so I think this is unnecessary if my card numbers were already shared when I called in!

Went there in family tonight to celebrate the new year's eve. This place is a little bit expensive but with great service, pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. Totally worth coming back!

New Years was a busy time for Mandarin, but with our reservation we were sat down within minutes of entry.food was amazing like usual and And their staff were will trained, next time Your in niagara would recommend stopping buy.

Very good buffet. Wide variety of food choices. My favorite was Ribeye steaks, so tender and juicy. Extremely friendly staff. Very good place for families with young kids.

The food was delicious, with lots of choices. The staff were very friendly and fast. Even my picky 4 year old gave it ten thumbs up.

Lunch buffet was alright, but some items were fairly dry. Service for drinks slowed down drastically after the second glass of coffee.

The service was incredibly warm and the food was very tasty a must go eating experience PW. Just recently I purchased $140 worth of gift certificates and after going home I forgot to take them out of my back pocket and sent them through the wash, after realizing what has happened I collected all the pieces up and went back to the Mandarin to see if they would help me out and to my amazement they look after the entire $140 worth of certificates and I must say a big thank you out to Fred Tong the manager of the Mandarin

Well we had a wonderful meal but it seems the staff no longer say welcome to Mandarin so much something we really look forward to

I found the Mandarin very pricey for a fast food type of place! I didn't much care for their won ton soup or their spring rolls! For my adult son and myself it cost $71.71. The pop prices weren't bad. $1.00 per soft drink. Then theres the tipping screen"OUCH". IT'S BASICALLY AN ASSEMBLY LINE: GET THE CUSTOMERS IN AND OUT AND MAKE MORE ROOM FOR NEW ONES! We sat in diningroom D, And I did find the place where all the entranceways meet to go to the self serve buffet was very congested. Would never be my first choice for dinner! It is what it is!

Every time we travel to Niagara Falls, we try to go to the Mandarin. It's the largest buffet we have been to. Wonderful food! Try the Torpedo Shrimp! You'll love it. It's located in a mall. Very convenient. You can enter it from the outside, too.

Excellent service. Delicious food. The manager Jeff even had specific mango and sweet potato sushi made for me. Very clean. Lots of vegetarian options. Extremely satisfied.

Not much of a choice. Lamb was like rubber to chew and they give u a small portion. Service was not ok but if u ask for diet they give u the opzt.

Food good, been here many times. Don't go often anymore since they removed all you can eat crab on weekends.
Do fine the high price worth it anymore. That's really my only complaint TBH.
