Mandeep Saggi was supposed to attend for me in a Toronto court. I was in Quebec and the trains had stopped due to weather. He was late, and a warrant issued for my arrest. He did call in to the duty counsel and asked for the matter to be put over until he could attend. He attended in the afternoon and the judge refused to vacate the warrant. He then told me that he had never seen such a thing.and stated that there was clear bias. He said something like 'that judge has it in for you'. HE THEN ABANDONED ME! Her gave me back my retainer and said I would have to find another lawyer. This is a serious breach of professional ethics and just cause for disbarment. That was over 8 years ago and I have been burdened with that outstanding warrant since. After almost a decade of depression due in large part to his actions, I am now dealing with this matter, and will be lodging a complaint with the Bar Society.

Beware of this egoistic incompetent lawyer. He has lost every trial for my friends and myself. I should've paid the extra bit then to hire Mr saggi at a discount.
He also talks bad about his clients waiting in the waiting room while we would discuss our case.
Very unprofessional and not looking for your best interest.
I will be complaining to the bar society about his tactics.

I've been going to Mandeep Saggi almost every other year since I was like 16 years old, I'm turning 27 this year. My most recent charge was aggravated assault and he beat that too.
