I had a lovely experience purchasing a customized buffet this summer! I came across an unfinished piece that was available for customization on their website and immediately knew that it was a perfect fit for what I was looking for. I went in store and showed a few reference photos as well as explained my plans for what I wanted the piece to look like. Over the course of an hour, the salesperson talked me through the process and my options before I finalized the purchase. Exactly 8 weeks later, I went in to see the finished product and figure out shipping details. There was one spot on the buffet where the distressing was highlighting a crack that I didn't want highlighted, so I mentioned that I'd like it to be camouflaged, if possible. I didn't hear from the store again, by the time it was delivered, it was in perfect condition and the crack is barely visible! I'm so excited to have this beautiful statement piece in my home.
