Great auction, wide variety of vehicles and very courteous staff. Diane, Ruqaiya, Mareena, Miranda, Britney and Kelly at the front line are all an absolute pleasure to deal with! These ladies have great customer service skills and know how to look after their customers. They always explain the processes so well and very good at offering the dealers a delightful and worry-free experience. I am most impressed with their arbitration department which I’d say is the best not only in Canada but in the entire North America. Dealt with Waleed a couple of times who is one of the most well groomed professionals I’ve come across so far, super knowledgeable and a thorough gentleman who never compromises on professionalism and ethics regardless of how big or small a dealer is. I bought a vehicle from a big dealer that didn’t have reverse and even though it was purchased as-is but since the seller hid this information Waleed was able to cancel the sale for me. A lot of auctions have very unethical business practices but I know that as long as Waleed is there I don’t have to worry about being scammed by shady dealers as he has the courage to call a spade a spade which a lot of cowards don’t. We need more people like him in leadership roles in the industry. Amanda is also a pleasure to deal with. She is solutions oriented and both her and Waleed make a great team. So have no fear as long as A & W are there!
The reason this is such a great auction is because of the leadership of Jason the auction manager. He has been there for more than 2 decades and he knows how to keep everyone happy and run the business ethically. First time ever at an auction and it was fun. I went as a guest to my friend who is a dealer. The facility is very clean and well maintained. To see so many auctions happening at one time was exciting. I will go again.

Seamless. There wrer two vehicles to PU. Presented the VINs to the intake security personal, and within minutes the shuttle was there to transport us to the vehicles. Keys were secured around the steering column. Drove to the exit where a security person verified the vehicle's VIN and removed the scurity cable with GPS attached. Off we went. Just that essy.

Syeda Fatima at the front office has been very helpful every time I have visited. She knows how to do her job very well and is always very kind when responding to questions.

I have been going to Manheim Toronto since 2005 and it is a nice car auction.
The managers KEN MORIN and BRAD HART were fantastic and they have truly earned my respect.

This used to be a decent option to buy a car. Not anymore. Currently, the auction lists cars about 30% more expensive than what you can buy at the used car dealership. In fact, it should be 30% less, not more in order to make sense. Most of the cars are damaged or daily rentals. Poor selection of cars and way overpriced.

Hello All Dealers, Please beware. Manheim Customer service has been going down hill under the helm of the General Manager (Rich Pomplun). I talked to him this week in regards to few issues that arise in my account after we have bought the vehicle thru Simulcast. He was so Rued and unprofessional, and this is coming from a General manager, what a great example that shows how the operation is going. He had no interest communicating and understand what the issue is other than just be unpolite and wanted to just finish the call. I have escalated the Issue to COX Automotive, and once again, Good bye OLD Manheim if this keeps up.

Extremely disorganized auction, ridiculous customer service, poor management, disqualified general manager and assistance manager.

The arbitration department is completely unfair. Vehicle descriptions are often very in accurate. Bought a vehicle with the wrong wheels on it. It was not evident in the pictures. The pictures were taken from front and rear angles so the wheels were in the shadows The pictures were taken from front and rear angles so the wheels were in the shadows. There was no close up picture of the wheels. There was no mention in the description that vehicle did not have the correct wheels. Turns out they were just steel wheels with snow tires on it. Auction would do nothing to compensate and cost us over $2000 to buy the correct wheels. Adesa is not great but they are definitely better than Manheim

It doesn't sound like Manheim, At Manheim Milton, ON they need better staff, infact the staff they have seems inefficient to handle the inventory.

You guys and all mannheim locations should update your websites and simulcast systems. It is the worst online service I have every used even a highschool kid could deveolop something better. It is importnat to have a easy to use simulcast both on the app and on computer especially these days with covid. Take Adesa for example, their system is so easy to use i can open as many lanes as I want as a time and their system never crashes or causes any errors. Take this advice seriously it will help you and us dealers buy and sell a lot more.

No customer service, called many times to have information and no returns, always need to call 2-3 times before someone can actually process the vehicle payment. Nice cars, bad service, no wonder the market is shifting to online auctions.

Horrible customer service! Phone manner is completely unprofessional and supported by supervisors. No point complaining or addressing concerns with management. I refuse to do further business with this auction.

Some aspects of the auction good. The arbitration department is inept and unreasonable. It seems there main goal is to avoid an arbitration claim and I have even had a member of that department tell me something that totally contradicted their written policy. Adesa Toronto and Kitchener have much better arbitration departments.

I have been dealing with M Toronto for over 25 years doing good number of in and out for our deanship feeling more safe and confident more than any other auction in US and Canada buying selling at M Toronto specialty in the last few years during the term of Ken Morin as auction general manager in every way specially by the increased number of cars during his term and the professional way he deals with his buyers and sellers based on his good knowledge of today used cars industry plus how he gets the building/yard more organized, you can see the difference during Ken’s time and before he was there in every thing, I had the feeling he was one the most professional auction GM i have dealt with and I think there many business associates I have talked with share the same opinion with me.

Pickup was easy just that if you go there after 5 pm you have to find the security yourself. No sign boards for new comers. Over all not bad.

Terrible service, they really don't care about the customers. Bobby, the manager in Arbitration, does not have any idea about what he is supposed to do and haven't even read the arbitration guidelines.very poor service overall

As an outsider, beautiful location everything seems done to the top, quality and exoticness. As an insider in the auto industry if you thought you had a migraine you don't even know yet. They have an army of employees but when you need to reach someone.good luck.

One name stands out, Ken Morin! In an industry where honesty and integrity is a rarity, Ken is welcome sight. Fantastic fella, great manager.

If I could 0 stars I would. This auction does not care about the buyer and only gives VIP preference to customers associated with big companies. The mostly female staff in the dealer services will rudely help you with grumpy faces and 98% of the time will repeatedly make mistakes in listing your vehicle and over and over again. Sellers from all over Ontario are allowed to pick up rotting vehicles and allowed to sell. Theres a gimmick of green light which expires sharply 24 hours after you have purchased the vehicle. Most vehicles are priced super high and they are selling as there are U. S dealers bidding, taking advantage of the weak Canadian dollar. Check your local autotrader before buying here, you may find a better vehicle in great condition on autotrader cheaper thn here. BEWARE of this auction with the law of the jungle!
