The best bakery in the GTA to get all of your Filipino goodies! The pandesal and ensaymada are always fresh! Service is friendly and efficient, can't recommend this bakery enough!

I visited Manila Bakery today after a friend's recommendation and I am so happy I did! All my favourite Filipino childhood baked goods and snacks. Will definitely be back soon!

Don't buy balut at Manila bakery in Dundas. We bought 10 balut but we got penoy instead and the eggs are brownish inside and dry. Not only too expensive but also disappointing! Never again!

Fresh baked bread all the long and there so many options and choices to buy when it comes to Filipino kakainin and also for groceries as well.

Been here from years ago 20 plus years, until today. More choices of Filipino products, Pandesal, sweet and tasty bread is always great, quality remain very good and can buy fresh baked Pandesal too.

Manila Bakery is a great place to visit especially if you need Filipino grocery items - they almost have everything you can think of. Everyday and whole day they do have hot pandesal available.

I visit this special place from time to time because I like the ambiance that is outline this place. The team is highly friendly and experienced. The service is awfully rapid. Also, the food you get is great. I frequent many times and I was always happy. The payment is honest. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

I celebrated my nomination today in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that we passed a terrific evening and the venue was definitely the reason for that happy event. The crew cooperated in a pleasant manner, the cuisine was delicious and my friends were extremely joyful. We shall surely visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

Their pandesal is great BUT they seriously need to work on their customer service. We were trying to get assistance from one of the workers and they just completely ignored us and went to hide in the kitchen. Like let's be honest, here, if you are busy, we don't have a problem if you let us know and that another person will assist us. But to act like you didn't hear us after making eye contact with us? Talk about disappointing.

Had a great experience in this place with my son. The food comes quick and the customer service is just great. Prices are reasonable.

Staff mostly friendly except for the one that is miserable. This makes my experience unpleasant in their store. Not good customer for customer relation.

I picked up an order of Ube Ensaymada this past Saturday. This was actually the 2nd time I had ordered the this Ensaymada and also had an issue with the first order, but it was not as bad as this time so I chose to not complain which was a HUGE MISTAKE.

Anyway, for this time the ensaymada looked like it was baked but when my guests had some of it, it was clear that it was uncooked.only the outer part was cooked and a huge part of it was still doughy.how embarrassing is that, my guests had to tell me and complain about it plus I was concerned some ppl (including kids) may have eaten this.worry that they might feel unwell. I spoke to someone over the phone yesterday and explained the severity of the situation. The person seemed like she shared the same concern and asked me to bring in what's left of the Ensaymada, which was 70% of it.

When I got there, a different lady had approached us, a lady named "Sissey" (not sure if that's how u spell it or even her real name) but anybody that comes to Manila Bakery regularly know it's the Rude and Mean lady that never smiles. She didn't acknowledge us but she was aware who I was and without saying anything she opened and examined the leftover Ensaymada. Made a face and brought it in the back.she then opened the cash register and gave us a refund and still was not saying anything. I was so upset as she didn't even apologize that this had happened. I had explained to her that this was not ACCEPTABLE and all she can say is that they will talk to the baker on Saturdays, apparently that person was not the usual baker through the week which is even worse because that person would be responsible for all orders picked up for Saturday, the most popular day to have parties.

I asked for the owners info as I wanted to contact someone in case any of my guests got sick and she replied with they are not here. I told her otherwise and persisted on getting their names and finally she gave me their business card. Only if this lady knew how to deal with this. She didn't look concerned or even mortified that this has happened. Maybe if she had apologized on behalf of the company she works for then perhaps this review would've been a bit better but this just angered me even more.

So to the owners, Edmond and Alma, I hope you are made aware of this situation.this is totally NOT RIGHT. You guys should ensure that the items you sell specially the ordered food are cooked. And maybe hire nicer employees who have better customer service skills. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO YOUR store and will be sharing this experience to everyone else. It's a shame really, as Filipinos, we are known as being hospitable and I felt nothing like that in your store.

The only bakery in the GTA where you can actually get authentic pandesal. Forget the other reviewers commenting on bad customer service- last time I checked, you just take your food and leave. It’s not an Apple Store it’s a bakery. This bakery makes some bomb buns.

Service was poor. Specifically speaking, their attitude. We tried asking about their products and the cashier spoke very impolitely. We left without buying anything. We dont support a business that doesnt treat their customers with respect.

I have been coming to these place since i moved to Mississauga in 2007, until recently I have had a bad experience with one of their staff, I noticed that whenever I go there, she always give me an attitude which I ignore most of the time because my kids love their pandesal coz this is the only place where u can get a fresh hot pandesal.what happened to their nice pleasant employees?

This place serves hot and delicious pandesal which i believe their best seller.too bad that i wont be able to get it again coz im not coming back to this place.the lady at the cashier was freakin rude.i hope the owner will do something about that. I've noticed that most of the reviews were so bad because of the rude cashier. She doesnt know how to treat her customers properly. She looked annoyed and very rude when being asked.
Her bad attitude affects the image of the store.

Drove 40 minutes to get these yummy warm pandesal. Bought six dozens, few dozens went straight in the freezer. Lady in the counter was appreciative, very nice and attentive told us to come back again.of course we will.

HOT Pandesal is AMAZING! Eat it with cheese, Peanut Butter, or just plain butter. My colleagues at the hospital finish them in minutes. Great breakfast with your morning coffee.

They have good hotpandisal but they keep bringing prices up every 6 months because is popular. The mixed is only flour water little suger and yest?

I just came from Seafood City, and they are selling Manila Bakery Pandesal for a higher price. Valerio's pandesals are way too hard. For the extra few KM's I would rather buy hot pandesal from here.

Being new to Canada, this is the closest thing that reminds me of back home. Every morning when I was a kid, I would wake up to get a bag of pandesal. This soft fluffy sweet bun is as good as it gets. SOOOOO DELICIOUS!

Pandesal is tasty, but the seller is rude. Short lady in her 40-50 age. Be careful to that lady, she will ruin your day if shes the one in the store. Zero service rate for the service, pleasepay attention the attitude problem of your store seller.
