Me being so picky, Manisha Patel was always extremely helpful in finding my dream home. I had so many specific requirements that I was looking in a house which is always difficult to get in one place, she helped me in finding one (not one but many) and then also it took me almost 8-9 months to select 1. We did see like 30-40 houses together and she was very polite, humble and professional in booking appointments for the viewings, looking for nearby property sale prices, doing market research, making offers and negotiating with sellers. She always stand by her client. There were many occasions when I wanted the appointment for house viewing right away and she was able to get it. She is not the kind of agent who just wants to get deal done asap, rather, she will herself do investigation about the property like it’s price, layout, market value, etc. It’s my first home and first time experience of dealing with real estate agent which I can definitely say is the best experience and service. Wil definitely go back to her in future as well as refer my friends too.
