Manor Motel

Rooms are basically clean, but quite small. Nice to have a king-size bed; the sheets and towels were clean and fresh. We had a corner location with huge picture windows on two sides, but kept the curtains drawn for our entire stay because the motel is situated on a busy main road / county highway, with frequent traffic and street lights at night. Primary room lighting was a pull-chain ceiling fan fixture above the bed. One bedside lamp had faulty wiring and did not work, the other lamp only half functioned. Probably would not choose to stay there again, although the rate was fair.

5/5 Our greeter (Yan) was super friendly, she went back and forth to give us a proper service even we checked in late around 9pm.
The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable.and nice walking distance to town and beach.

The only reason it got 2 stars was for the location. You get what you pay for. If it's just a place to get by for the night, it's good enough.

This is a great motel for the price. It's a great location and close to stores as well as the beach. The bed is very comfortable, and my room had a/c as well. There's a pool for swimming as well in the back. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again the next time I go to South Hampton.

Places okay they're working on the rooms but the bathrooms are tiny and a little sketchy but otherwise very friendly staff and an okay place to stay for one night
