Holy guacamole, I've been meaning to try this place for some time and I'm SO glad I finally did. Hands down the tastiest empanada I've ever had, including before I went vegan/plant-based! I can't wait to try the salsa i also hot and come back for more empanadas and tacos. LOVE

Quite frankly the absolute best Mexican and Latin food market ever. The best ever, fresh, handcrafted dips and sauces.unique hard to find items.artistically decorated shop.friendly knowledgeable staff. This place is nothing short of great.

The owner is very rude. He rolled his eyes and me and started to yell at me. I would never come here. Also their empanadas are pretty bad

An absolute gem in St. Lawrence Market. Authentic Mexican spot with lots of amazing flavours, spices and ready made food. The owner was so lovely and told us about some of the spices and dishes. We will definitely be back for more!

Manotas is the best! They use the highest quality ingredients and have the most AMAZING food. My go-to’s are the salsas, guacamole, empanadas, arepas, butter puff pastry, quinoas, chickpea salad and the PIZZA DOUGH A must-go at the st. Lawrence market

Best guacamole and authentic Mexican foods in downtown Toronto! Customer service is great.they have a testing station for you to try all their salsas and dips before purchase

The best guacamole and salsas you can buy in Toronto!
I hosted a super bowl party for some friends and bought a couple tubs of guacamole from Manotas as well as some salsas. The guacamole ran out by the end of the first quarter it was so good. Good thing there were enough salsas to hold people over for the rest of the game.
I've had great guac from restaurants and some decent homemade ones as well but if you want some ready made look no further than this spot at the St Lawrence Market. It's definitely a cut above the other brands that sell ready-made guac and salsas at the supermarket.
