Needed a prescription. Had a full consult and got the prescription I needed within 20 minutes of contacting Maple. Saved hours in arranging relief and saved days of waiting for appointment. Very satisfied!

Access to care can be difficult and sometimes can’t reasonable wait weeks until you can get an appointment with a doctor in person. It was so nice to have access to requisition for testing and antibiotics through this system. Visit felt thorough and the doctor was wonderfully helpful.

Awful. I needed a prescription and was denied.
So, I just received a reply from Maple. If you're going to charge 210.00 for a consult, then do a consult. While I wasn't charged, penicillin is not a controlled drug and it was a refill. All was provided prior to consider the request, denied without consult. Defeats the purpose of your service. Tia charged 69.00 and approved the request. Do better Maple!

Absolutely had a horrible experience with Dr Verbora. He literally invalidated my own health care concerns and asked me unprofessional questions that are beyond his means of inquiry. I love the doctors I’ve had previously but they do not ask for so much information on a topic that’s personal between me and my family doctor (who is often unavailable) and still made me pay full price for full disrespect

Great Service I talked to a doctor virtually and got my prescription within minutes. Saved a lot of hassle of visiting a clinic.

After talking to the doctor, I went to the hospital and he was correct in his assessment. I don't have a doctor at the time so this was reassuring that my work offers this service through maple Doctors.

Saved us a ton of time! We were connected with a doctor quickly. We described the symptoms and uploaded a photo for the doctor to review. The doctor recommended a prescription and faxed it over to our local pharmacy. The whole process was painless and only took about 10min total! Much better then sitting in an ER or after hours clinic feeling horrible for hours on end!

My Doctor retired and although a friends doctor handled my interim health and prescriptions, I am trying the move to an online central medical intervention system instead of relying on one doctor and their record keeping methods and availability of them.
I feel I can get Doctors appointments, prescriptions filled, checkups done and question answered just as easy if not easier.
I am getting all my health records, medication/prescriptions/procedures Including Life Lab records in one place for easy full access and availability for emergencies, from where ever I am, be it on vacation, travelling or at home.

There were 2 dosage errors with moving one of my 3 prescriptions which was a bit alarming but was caught by my pharmacy and myself and is being rectified. Mistakes can happen anywhere and I feel this online experience is the more reliable, expedient, ease of medical records access way to go in the future.

Since the beginning of August I’ve been trying to get a doctor to help me with an issue and after seeing 2 doctors, waiting 8 hours at the ER & countless trips to the pharmacy, Maple was able to help me within 10/15 mins AND with the correct diagnosis. 3 days later, and I’m 99% better with their help. Not to mention, they sent me prescription to the pharmacy & I was able to get it that day.

What a great service to have! I contacted a doctor at about 5: 30am and had everything completely done by 6am. Prescription faxed, diagnoses completed. Though I already knew my problem it was super quick and a really great service. Completely worth the 100$

I needed a dr for scripts and blood work requisition and a dr.from Halifax was able to do that. I will await the results from that test before I see another dr in the not so distant future.
All in all I was impressed with the features in Maple.

This is an amazing app that provided me very fast healthcare. However, whenever I made an appointment it directed me to different doctors each time and I wasn’t able to follow up with the first doctor I spoke to. In order to make the diagnosis more consistent and reduce inefficiencies I think it would be best to be able to speak to the same doctor multiple times. Overall a great service.

Was my first time using the program. I was skeptical at first but worked perfectly. Prescription was sent directly to the pharmacy of my choice and everything was processed quickly. Professional and convenient. I would recommend trying. Will definitely use again for certain things.

Wow…this was such a positive experience! Had a consultation and resolved my issue within 45 minutes. Prescription sent to my local drug store and filled shortly thereafter. We do not have a family doctor so this was a much better option than spending my evening in the Emergency Room. Thank you to the NS Health Authority for starting to fund this in our area

Hi this was the only way I could get a prescription refilled it did not take too long and after many other accounts that other places I got relief here

First time using Maple and found it very easy and convenient. Just moved to a new province so we don't have a family doctor and the nearest walk in clinics are quite a drove. Saved us a drive and a long wait in a clinic for a fairly simple issue that we needed a script for, plus we're able to get it done on a Sunday evening. I will definitely use it again and would recommend it.

Wow that was easy! Realized I was out of my allergy meds, doctor on vacation. Called Maple and within 5 minutes had a prescription renewal and my script sent to Pocket Pills. Medication delivered the next day and all while not missing any time off work!

Was able to get online with a doctor in about three minutes on a Sunday vs waiting 24 to get into a walk-in clinic. The doctor I spoke with was great, they sent my prescription straight to the pharmacy who filled it immediately. It was probably 25 minutes from the time I signed on to Maple to when I picked up my prescription. Excellent service, highly recommend.

So fast and efficient. A process that would have ordinarily involved a referral and in excess of a 6 month wait was completed in less than 72 hours. Wholeheartedly recommend Maple, and definitely think that this is the most convenient and time-effective way to do medicine (for most cases)!

I'm an American traveling in Canada and developed an infection. Maple was only a little more than my copay at home, I got the antibiotics I needed within a couple of hours with no clinic exposure during COVID. Quick and painless for simple illnesses!

This was the most convenient way I've ever been able to see a doctor on a semi urgent basis. Without having to leave my campsite or wait in an emergency clinic for hours on end. Within ten minutes I had seen a doctor, been given two prescriptions faxed to my nearest pharmacy, and back to my trip. I would 100% utilize this service again.

SO convenient! My family doctor always needs to be booked over a week in advance, and with covid, all the appointments have been over the phone anyways. Instead of waiting 7+ days to speak to a doctor, it only took 10 minutes. They can even forward the prescription to an online pharmacy to mail you your medication that ships in only one business day. Best of all, ALL of this was covered by my insurance!

Fast effective east to use. Had not wanted to use, but with everything closed and not wanting ER trip this worked out very well.

I booked a covid test for my daughter through the Maple portal and the process from beginning to end was seamless and very easy. I especially like the notification alerts. I was able to continue working and not wait on a phone or on a browser or log back in.and the system sent me notification at every new step in the process.

I needed an antibiotic for my Upper Respiratory Infection. I didn't want to leave the house to go to a walk in clinic or emergency feeling as bad as I did. I contacted Maple and within 10 minutes I was talking to a DR from my own couch and within 15 minutes my prescription was at the pharmacy getting filled. I would highly recommend this app. It is totally amazing.

This service is amazing! The doctor I had was so caring and professional, he was able to prescribe me inhalers for 6 months. They are also so quick and make faxing the prescription to your pharmacy so easy. I highly recommend!

What an amazing option for healthcare in New Brunswick! Instead of waiting 8-12 hours in emergency for a prescription, I was able to message a physician, receive the prescription I needed and have it filled all in the same hour. Thank you Maple! I would 100% recommend to others!

First time easy peasy. Second time on callback for over an hour then cut off and had to start in the eye again. Great service. Just needs a few tweaks. Crossing fingers as Babylon is no longer my choice because of the long wait (sometimes a week!)

Couldn’t get in to see a doctor for at least 2 days for a simple antibiotic prescription. Logged into Maple and 5 minutes later had the prescription sent to our pharmacy. Excellent service and so worth the fee.

Had a doctor fill a prescription for me, no issues or questions asked. When I requested a refill as the prescription greatly helped me, I was refused saying they don't prescribe my original prescription, which was clearly filled last month. Will not use again, waste of time.

I've been without a doctor since 2018.when i got noitfied about online virtual doctor. I went online. It was a fast process. A doctor was online within minutes. Now just waiting for a call for a scheduled doctors appointment.
