Overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Gianfranco. Was very knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. If your in the market for the a new or used Acura. I would highly recommend coming in to this location first to see if they can help you out.

If you don’t mind people wasting time and playing games go there to service your car

If you do make sure you don’t hand the keys to your car over without getting a copy of what their doing and how much it cost Indian guy said he would be back with a quote but just left to work on the car, long story short they tried to charge 340$ for a 150$ job by the way everyone there had the common goal of ripping you of so they will just act like it was ur mistake.

* Don't go to those unprofessional people, find and honest mechanic and stick with them.

Rajiv in service and Simon in parts are phenomenal employees, they go above and beyond to assist. Being someone who works at another dealer I can appreciate great customer service and these men have it. Do not hesitate to visit maple Acura for all your sales, service and parts needs.

I would give this dealership and the team minus 5 start if can. We had the worst experience at the dealership. So we ended by buying an 2022 MDX only because I was in urgent need of a SUV. However, the experience was horrifying to say the least. So we spend about 74K on this MDX. We had this sale rep Eric, i wouldn't say he was bad but he is quiet odd fella, he is not definitely not cut up for sales. He doesn't really know how to SELL or carry out a decent conversation without coming off as cocky, degrading.

Anyways, the MDX we bought was advised at 14, XXX KM, at the time of the delivery it was almost at 16, XXX KM! My sales agreement says 15,019K, so between time of delivery and when the sales order was created. Someone has nearly drive this MDX 1000KM! This was disturbing. So fully knowing this vehicle was due for delivery and a signed sale agreement someone was driving this vehicle? Absolutely absurd!

So the day of vehicle pick up, apparently they was some issue with getting the ownership so we didn’t’ end getting the ownership. I understand mistake happens sometimes. So, at the time I had repeated to the sale rep Eric “do not mail” when you get the ownership. Guess what happened? It was put in the Canada mail aka snail mail. I was furious! This simply shows 1. Irresponsibility for confidential documents. 2. CHEAP.

So my suggestion please go to a dealership that appreciate your business and treat you right. It’s a shame Acura/Honda are great vehicles, dealership like this ruins the image of the great vehicle. So my suggestions, stay away from this dealership!

I visited today hoping to take a look at my future car (Acura TLX) which was not on display. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for a sales rep, but no one ended up helping me out. I ended up leaving dissatisfied, perhaps I would've stayed longer if the dealership provided complimentary coffee like every other dealership in the area. Regardless, I'm sure there are other Acura dealerships which would love to sell me the car. Will not be servicing my current car here anymore, Maple Acura should have higher standards, for their customers!

After visiting multiple dealerships, I decided to go with Maple Acura since not only they were organized, knowledgeable, and understanding, but were top notch in handling my car purchase. Sal was patient and had every answer for the questions I had. Buying a car can be a lengthy process but through the help of Sal, and it's team was able to make this as smooth and painless as possible without all the ingenuity that some car dealerships have. I understood everything that was put on paper to the price and warranty. Everything was fair and concise. I know buying a car right now can be tough particularly in these times where inflation and interest rates are on the rise. Thank you again Sal, definitely will return in the future.

Called to ask about replacing the module in my remote, because it wouldn't open my vehicle. I was told by a man who works there that I can't purchase the module aline, but would have to purchase the key as well, then pay to get the key cut.
I decided to call another dealership, and told them I need a module, but I don't need the key. He said " no problem", ordered 2 for me, I paid less than $200 for both, and they programmed it for free. I told the service person that the service person at Maple said I had to order the key as well. He laughed and said " I don't know why he would have told you that".

I recently purchased the new 2023 Acura Integra elite from this location! I had no issues at all. Eric was more than helpful, for going out of his was to help me through the whole experience. My vehicle even came earlier than expected, which made it even more better! Entering the dealership Eric showed me around and showed me all the vehicles that were in the shop that were part of their community car meet. It was exciting and memorable! Highly recommend this location and speaking with Eric! One of the best!

I purchased my 2020 ILX from Maple Acura. I had a very positive experience from the beginning with the help of Anthony in Sales, as he is very knowledgeable and willing to assist in the best way possible. We then dealt with Darya regarding the financing and the warranty. She also was very helpful to us making an informed decision. My wife and I were also there for service and Anthony welcomed us and introduced us to Nick. Both were very polite, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my car was well serviced and we were made to feel important and appreciated. Thank you!

Went in to buy a 2022 Acura RDX and was told the trim I wanted wasn't available by any dealer and tried up selling me on the top trim. Very obnoxious salesperson. Ended up buying the trim I wanted from Sterne Acura. I would never go back into Maple Acura.

Rajiv and his team has always been great to me. They diagnose any problems and find an appropriate solution. They are honest and truthful and never try to decieve you. For your Acura car service, ask Nick Lazzara the Assistant Service Manager at this Maple Acura service center. He welcomed me entering service garage and quickly checked complaint to find solution. Thanks to his prompt first step trial on my remote controller issue.
Since leasing MDX from North Toronto Acura dealer, it was too stressful to have car service from there due to rude service representatives. None of them worked for customers chatting each other or rejecting to provide service. I could not even file my case till finding Korean organizer to help me file and have service. It was absurd water showering from moon roof while car wash as well as the service reps' at North Toronto Acura. Eric Dai Chinese representative he was the worst one who made me to disappoint at Acura.

Do not buy from.here their service isnt good the sales people give incorrect information to myself and husband. After our first payment was done through our bank Anthony told us that we can pay a lump sum of payments when i called him he told me yes go ahead an add my payée and make addtional amount. When he told me to email draya which i did she told me that there will be a penalty. Now before buying my car he never used to pick up the calls always out no call back. He told me an my husband to our face that there will be no no penalty. My husband hates this service. Never Never will buy again with this location. Even a management cannot retun my call till now.

These guys are not trustworthy I’m not sure how I got the car from them I regret it. I went for an oil change but these guys broke my pan screw and said I had to pay for it. Like what? How is that my fault? That’s your policy? Beware guys don’t go for an oil change instead get it from outside

I took in my car this past Saturday to get a quote on the cracked touchscreen assembly and was told it'll be a flat $2,100.00 after labour and taxes cause apparently I was given %15 off parts and labour. I went in yesterday November 24th to repair the screen and Nick the assistant manager ended up charging me $2,500 saying that they ended up taking the full hour labour and I did not see any discount on the parts either. Would not recommend to service your car there.

I brought my ILX to acura maple to have my fuel pump replaced due to a recall. A week or two later I kept getting an engine light with the code for a loose fuel cap. Brought the car back to maple acura and they cleared the code and gave me the car back. A day later. Same issue. They checked the fuel pump. Cleared the code and gave me the car back. AGAIN the same thing. This time they greased up my fuel cap. Checked the fuel pump again and it turns out the fuel pump seal wasn't sealed properly.but now, due to the grease ALL OVER the gas cap I cannot open the gas cap. Had they not checked the fuel pump first and did not ruin my fuel cap I'd have no issues putting gas in my car. But now this a huge inconvenience and I don't trust bringing my car back to acura maple for a 4th time for them to ruin something else.

Recently purchased my Acura ILX and had a great experience at Maple Acura with Sal Delucia. Sal was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. His jokes weren’t bad either.

The normally overwhelming task of searching for a new car went incredibly smooth and stress free thanks to the help of Sal.

Darya was also very helpful and everything was done in a very efficient manner.

I was looking for a car for about 3 months when I came across the ad for a gorgeous 2019 Honda Civic Sport Touring. Exactly what I was looking for! I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday, was there by Wednesday when I met Anthony in person. Test drove the car for a few mins, as I really didn't need to drive it that much. I am loyal to Honda Civics!
Anthony was very helpful in explaining the breakdown of the purchase and gave me choices in how I wanted to approach it. No hard sales at all. It was a very chill, comfortable atmosphere.
I had the financing in place by Friday with the help of Darya. Picked up my new to me car, the following Wednesday.
The whole process was enjoyable and relaxing. I really appreciate the work everyone at Maple Acura put into helping me obtain one fantastic machine!

I bought a car and unfortunately had mortgage issues and had to back out for a few months. I explain my situation to them and promise that id be back as im really interested in the brand. They refuse to give my deposit back.i ended up figuring out my mortgage shortly after but because of the way i was treated i went to another dealership to buy the car. Would never recommend their team!

Lost the radio code on my older Acura.

First called Acura Markham reception told me I’d get a call back and never did.

Second attempt was Acura Pickering, denied me service over the phone.

Third was Acura Maple, phone call was about 3 minutes long the gentleman was able to get me up and running very quickly. Would definitely recommend this dealership as a first attempt for any problem.

We just picked up our new blue 2019 RDX Elite from Maple Acura and could not be happier. As Maple Acura is a little far from home, it wasn't our first dealership choice when shopping for a new car. However, our Son and Daughter-in-Law have always recommended their local Sales Rep (now recently promoted to a Manager but still humble as ever), Michael Yang, who always treats them like family. They also commend the dealership as a whole from the friendly Reception Team, Service/Parts Team, all the way to the General Manager, Paulo Gomes who even takes the time to come out and personally say hi to his customers, which is a rare attribute in the car dealership industry. Based on my experiences from being greeted by Michael, Paulo and other staff, the fair trade-in, seamless pricing and paperwork, and delivery, it was well-worth the commute. Also helps that the new RDX has been fantastic living up to the hype and the additional installed accessories [roof rack, rails, running boards, 3M film, tint etc] look fantastic as well. Thank you Maple Acura!

My experience has not been good so far. I bought a TLX 2018 and it doesn't even come with a spare tire. I got a flat tire the other day so I used the roadside assistance they brought the car back to the dealership. This has cost a huge inconvenience for me because the car doesn't come with a spare and the Maple Acura refuse to give me one so now I can't even go to work until the new tires I bought are ready which is ridiculous. For all the inconvenience Maple Acura didn't even offer me a rental to use for a few days until I can get my new tires. Sadly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend getting a car there.

Just picked up my brand new 2019 Acura RDX from Maple Acura. I had such a great experience with them a few years back that I chose them as my dealership of choice. They did not disappoint. In fact they upped their game.and I didn't think that was possible. All the staff from the courtesy car driver to the the service dept and management are courteous, responsive and professional. If your looking for a knowledgeable sales person who takes the time and effort to understand your particular needs then ask for Eric Truong. He blew me away with his thoroughness and prompt responses to my questions throughout the process.any time day or night! Do yourself a favour.research your vehicle.and when you include an Acura in the mix (as anyone should.tremendous luxury, features, safety, and economy) then get into contact with Eric. You will not be disappointed.

Worst experience I have had at an Acura dealership! This is the 4th Acura I have owned. Never try to buy the car out when your lease ends at Maple Acura. They are interested in only selling you a new car and not interested in servicing you if you want to buy it out.

Their Business Manager quit in Aug.and their Sales Manager Henry Ng is their interim replacement. So he is doing two jobs. I was empathetic at first since they apparently had a long week-end sale and there were a lot of new cars that needed to be processed. I called back on date as requested by their Sales Manager. He wasn't sure if he could schedule me in for a safety check that was required by law to transfer the car to my name. Why didn't they tell me that when I came in Aug to get my car serviced? All the old Business Manager told me was to call 2 weeks before lease ends and we can just do paperwork for me to pay off the car.

I was told on the Mon that he would call and let me know what time. Nobody called me and I had to call the following day to find out if they could accommodate my safety check. My time is not valuable and I should just come whenever they are free? While waiting for my car to be safety checked I was told my breaks are close to needing servicing by the Sales Manager. Again he said I should of bought a new car? So I should get a new car because my breaks need work? Sales Manager was still trying to lease me a new car. Told him decision has been made.

Thurs is when I was suppose to drop by to pay for the payout of the lease since the Sales Manager is not in Fri. I was told he was going to call me when he finds out when the car ownership is ready from the ministry. Nobody called and on Thurs I had to chase him down to find out when I should come in. Now he asked if I can come in the evening since he hasn't received the ownership yet. I had family commitments and said that was not feasible. Asked if I could just come in and give the cheque to someone on Fri. He said the General Manager Paulo Gomes can do this for me since he is not in on Fri. Arrived Friday at 10: 30am as scheduled to see General Manager Paulo Gomes and he never even came by to say hello. I was directed to the receptionist to pay off the car. I saw the Sales Manager Henry dropped in briefly at dealership on day off and he saw me and never even came by to see if everything is okay.

Bottom line is unless you are buying a new car from this dealer you are not important! I have been coming to this dealership for 8 yrs and this is how I am treated? My salesman Alex Figgins was really service oriented but unfortunately he has recently left. So with nobody to advocate for me I was left to fend for myself. My husband is up for a new car next year and we are definitely not buying one from this dealership. Service is what I have come to expect and the tone of this Sales Manager shows me he doesn't understand what service is all about. It took me 2 1/2 weeks to buyout my car.

This dealership has been the best dealership I've gone to in terms of professionalism, friendliness, and being the most accommodating. Eric and Henry were our main contacts and they were not pushy at all, but understanding and gave us the best possible deal for our 2019 RDX. I had just given birth so driving was not possible but Eric was kind enough to give us a ride to the dealership to pick up our car. Upon arrival he gave us another detailed rundown of the car and surprised us with a little gift for our newborn. I highly recommend this place!

Will never take my vehicle here again! I took my car in for an airbag light on the dash. They checked it out claimed the issue was from objects falling under the seat and disturbing the wires/connectors for the airbags. They remedied the issue by pulling a few water bottles out from under my seat clipping the harness back in and charging a diagnostic fee ($130 +HST) despite the fact that the vehicle is still under a comprehensive warranty. The real kicker is that when I returned home and went into the back seat to clean out the water bottles and plastic gum container that they had found, I see that the back cover of my seat has been removed and not resecured (see my pictures of Maple Acura). After immediately calling them, they had me drive back to the dealership where a technician took a look and ultimately fixed it.

Maple Acura doesn't take thier clients seriously and lacks efficacy from a servicing standpoint. I would stay clear seeing as thier price point and quality of work are not in alignment and the care that you would expect for your Acura is not what they provide.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR NSX HERE!
This service department is a joke and the worst of any dealership I have been to.
Brought my vehicle in to replace the windshield and an oil change and I got it back with more problems than it went in with. There was a minimal oil leak for a couple of years and when they asked if they could fix it, I assumed they were competent.
Car came back with smears, finger prints and black residue even though they said it was detailed. Garbage was found in the interior.
New windshield was covered in silicone, the seal was torn and they didn't bother to even ask to replace it. Just installed the old one. Worst sealant job as it can be seen from the inside of the vehicle.
They broke the key fob and when confronted about it the manager said I never gave them the key fob. Yeah, so I dropped off the car, put the alarm on and took the key fob off of the key chain before I handed it to the service rep.
They were supposed to replace the oil pan gasket as this was where the leak was coming from. All the bolts were found to not even be hand tight. The gasket was protruding way too much. They probably over tightened it and after they realized, loosened the bolts completely. Used liquid seal all around the gasket and way too much of it. In the end oil was coming out of all sides of the pan (Worse than when it was brought in).
Random bolts found loose. A bolt found lodged in the engine (someone probably dropped it).
One of the hangers for the exhaust not put back properly.
Wire connections disconnected on purpose or they were too incompetent to remember to reconnect them which caused sensors to fail.
The vehicle was returned with the engine light, TCS and ABS light on which required sensors and other parts to be replaced.
They had the car for an entire month and there were countless times of false promises and poor communication where they said they would call back and never did until I called them.
When I went to pick up the vehicle they seemed lost and had no idea what was going on even though the manager assured he communicated the issues to his employees. The service rep seemed too busy to acknowledge me at the time.
In the end, I had to fix everything myself and pay them a large bill to mess up my vehicle.
This entire service department is a joke as they are a bunch of clowns. The manager assured me they are professional but having a diploma does not make you professional. The quality of work and the manner in which someone conducts them self makes them professional.
If this is the quality of work they do on an NSX I would hate to see how they treat the other vehicle models.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an MDX from Maple Acura. I was even more fortunate to have been taken care of by Eric TRUONG. It was by sheer good fortune that we placed a 'cold-call' to the dealership during our shopping process. Eric immediately re-assured us that he was the most skilled salesperson to deal with. He further promised us that should we decide to come to his dealership, that it would be in our best interest. We had nothing to lose and met with Eric. Within the hour, a deal was signed offering us the best savings at that time. Eric was skilled and knowledgeable and a true gentleman to deal with. Thank you Eric. The coffees for us were a nice touch!

I have a shop.wanted a key cut and programmed on a vehicle I just bought (no key vehicle)
even though I gave him proof of vehicle sold to my name and my drivers license.he didn't accept it.wanted vehicle on my name first which I can't do without knowing km' s on vehicle (no key)
took it to another acura.started my account there to order parts.he didn't even look at the papers.will pill away all the people I know who do business with them.just because he couldn't program it for me. I have a scanner.want to charge me more

Had a problem with my car, they inspected it, fixed it, found other problems I didn't know about that another Acura dealership didn't find previously. Great service, would recommend

Had a pleasurable experience dealing with the staff. My salesman, Sal DeLucia, and the general manager were extremely accommodating and very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. They delivered on their promises and kept me up to date on the entire process. The delivery process was smooth and quick. I'm extremely happy with my vehicle and would recommend anyone to buy or lease from them. I will definitely deal with them again in the future.

Awesome experience with Maple Acura. This is my second mdx from them and the transaction was seemless. Sal was very easy going guy with a wonderful attitude. He works with you to ensure you get the car you are looking for within your budget. Highly recommend him and Maple acura.

Maple Acura has been home to my boyfriend and I for the past 2 years and we've had nothing but great experiences every time we've gone there.

We came in last week to trade in our ILX for the new TLX with Eric, the salesperson whom we normally deal with. As expected, the environment was welcoming and Eric was always comfortable to talk with and knowledgeable about their line of cars to ensure he found the best car for us. It's nice to walk into a dealership knowing that the sales people always want what's best for the customer.

Eric made the process of switching over to a new car quick and painless and took a little less than an hour to do. So if you're looking to purchase or lease a new Acura, this dealership is where you need to be.

Relaxed and easy buying experience! I just purchased a '18 TLX Tech from Maple Acura and the experience is unlike others I've had in the past.

As a loyal customer I went to my previous car dealer that had loyalty incentives. But when I settled on a vehicle I found the negotiation quite tense and incentives were not as appreciative as I expected. During my shopping I looked to Maple Acura and was greeted by Edmond Lau and Eric Truong who were both very easy to speak with and knew the vehicles inside and out. Eric continued to bring me through detailed and thoughtful explanation of the cars and he ensured all my questions were answered.

When it came down to making a decision, Eric and Henry Ng helped to achieve a deal with me in an unpretentious way. They really try and care to make things work and were able to find ways to turn out the savings I was looking for when purchasing a new vehicle. Eric, Henry and Edmond made the whole experience comfortable and well worth the time to visit Maple Acura. I wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone looking for another car.
