My MacBook Pro lap top won’t turn on. Went to Apple Store they couldn’t fix the problem. My friend referred me to Ali at Maple Cell Phone and laptop repairs. He was able to diagnose the problem in hrs and he was able to fix the mother board issue and thank god because I needed to access my contracts and other important documents and Ali kept me updated the whole time. Extremely professional and the price was def worth it.

Excellent service by maple cell phone and laptop repair shop. My laptop's camera stopped working and went to one of the laptop stores to repair and they said it will cost me $200 and camera needs to be changed and also it's gonna take 25 days. But, then I searched about other shops in Richmond hill and got to know about Maple shop, and owner said it's just a software updating problem and it's gonna cost me really fair price and it will be repair in 1 day and he didi the same thing then I got sigh of relief. Now laptop's camera is absolutely the same in just less time and less charges. This review is long overdue - Ali is an absolute wizard at electronic repairs. I have turned to him multiple times when my laptop decided to go swimming (more than once). I genuinely believed all hope was lost; my laptop was essentially fully submerged for an hour. When I brought it to Ali, he was professional and honest. My goal was to simply retrieve the data, and he stated if anyone can do this task, it was him. I had my doubts, but when he gave me a call a week later with all my data retrieved, I knew at that moment there is simply no one else I can turn to for electronic repairs. He is diligent, efficient, and punctual, with a completely reasonable price for his exceptional services. If you believe all hope is lost with any electronic damage, turn to Ali - you will not regret it.

My husband dropped off my iPhone 11 Pro for repair (after a quick phone call to confirm price), and it was ready within a day which was wonderful. We had to travel the next day so I just slapped a case on the phone and left, but when I dropped it later that day (on carpeted flooring, with the case on), I saw that the back shattered again from the corner, and I noticed there was no enclosed/encapsulated glass, just some kind of replacement plastic shell instead. I saw a bit of glue around the edges as well while taking a closer look, so it wasn’t a perfect job, but it was the issue of the glass that I was more unhappy about.

I was able to go back to the shop two days after picking it up the first time, explained the situation, and the owner kindly explained that Apple doesn’t sell the glass to repair shops unaffiliated with the brand which is understandable, and he offered to fix it again with a day’s time for no additional cost which was really kind as well.

I’ve spoken to another repair shop since in a nearby mall, and they’ve said they could replace it with a glass that’s 95%/virtually similar to Apple’s at the same cost, and it wouldn’t have the plastic backing that seems pretty easy to damage. If I had known that it wasn’t the industry standard to replace it with that kind of glass, I’d probably have shopped around a bit more before bringing it here (despite the good reviews, which are warranted depending on the service/product, I think).

I’d recommend to double-check the products they offer when replacing or repairing as I do believe it’ll happen again (I’m very prone to dropping my phone as I have a bit of a hand tremor), and then I’ll see about getting it replaced with the similar-to-Apple product, but if that doesn’t matter to you, then this is a convenient and affordable option as well.

Perfect gentleman. Fixed my phone (battery and camera replacement) headphones (glued the broken hinge) PC computer, transfered data from old HDD to SSD, laptop hinge glued together so it operates. Diagnosed broken PC. Very punctual and quick service, fair price.

Maple cell phone and laptop repair fixed my husband apple iPhone they relaxed the battery and screen. Today he replaced the screen for iphone X. Extremely happy with the services.

My iPhoneX went into recovery mode and cannot be started. After trying all software options except for factory reset, the phone still cannot start. We have tens of thousands of photos and videos in the phone and was without back up.
