I’ve been going to Maple Family Dentistry for over 20 years and while there have been some different dentists over the years that have worked on me they’ve all been of highest quality. Today i had an emergency and they got me in same day with a dentist I had not met before and she (Dr. Lu) did a wonderful job beginning to end, as did her dental assistant.

I turn 65 years old this week, BEST experience I’ve ever had
Dr. Yu and assistant were the greatest didn’t feel a thing (3 fillings)

I had seen by Dr. Pakroo for the first time at Maple Family Dentisry. As a patient with dental anxiety, DR. Pakroo took his time to calm me down, explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I felt very safe in his care. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has dental anxiety.

I've always had a good experience with the friendly staff and the facility is always kept clean and tidy.

I went to Maple Family Dentistry for a second opinion on the cost of an expensive dental procedure. The dentist advised me he would waive his fee, but charge for the xray. When I went to pay for the xray, they charged me for the fee!

I've been going to this dental office for decades and it never disappoints. Specifically, this office made going to the dentist, even during a global pandemic, delightful, as they maintain cleanliness throughout the space with hand sanitization stations, proper PPE (personal protective equipment) for staff, and enclosing each room to reduce airborne particles. The staff are always incredibly kind, not to mention the hygienists and dentists are pleasant, thorough in their work (without pain/discomfort) and dedicated to making your experience positive! This is definitely the place to go for all your dental needs hands down!

My 3 year old daughter had a great experience for her very first dental visit. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly, they made my daughter feel welcomed and comfortable. The hygienist was also very friendly and put my nervous daughter at ease. The Dentist was gentle and encouraging during the exam. Definitely recommend this dental office.
My daughter now walks around the house telling us that she has a wiggly tooth. She doesn’t, she just wants to go back to the dentist.

For most people the dentist can be a dreadful experience that normally most don’t look forward to. However, I found my experience to be very pleasant. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly with excellent customer service. My teeth and gums have improved 100% thanks to them. I so appreciate the fact you can have fun there, they make you feel like a part of their family.no need to be afraid of going the dentist! Honestly, try them! Would highly recommend. I will certainly be going back!

Amazing service! Amazing staff! From the moment I walked in the door till the moment I left I felt at ease! PPE protected staff and sealed off rooms, super friendly staff and a superb hygenist. She did an amazing job.
The Dr was honest and gentle. Smiles are his goal and he makes it possible in a comfortable way! I was apprehensive at first due to bad experiences in the past.but now I am very pleased. It is worth the 3 hour drive one way for me! High tech equipment and even a tv on the ceiling for you to relax and watch. I am impressed with this whole team

I met with Dr Howard today as I was referred to him by a close friend, who said he is the Best and the kindest dentist in the entire world and he will be able to help me. I was hopeful and now I am thankful I went as my experience was amazing.
I was overwhelmed with the care I received from Dr Howard. He checked my teeth and re-glued a crown back on that has been off for 3 months. He asked me what my expectations were and then provided a consultation as to what he sees and what options I have. He showed me the x-ray and what was happening in my mouth. He suggested options and asked what my feelings were. He included me in the conversation and made me feel at ease. He is going to work with me to keep me on budget and said he will be able to bring my smile back. For that, I am very thankful.
I would recommend Dr Howard and his team and believe he is the nicest dentist I've ever had in my life. My friend was right.

I went here for a teeth cleaning, they did not clean my teeth properly they spent 15 minutes and they charged me for 45 minutes (super overpriced). My teeth looked cleaner before. The person who was cleaning my teeth did not know what she was doing and spilled all the water all over my clothes. I do not reccomend this place for anyone at all.

I've been going to maple with my little girl now for well over 3 years, my girls are now only 10 and 12 yrs of age. No matter what they need done they have no worries about going to Maple because all of the staff are amazing and funny and caring, from cleanings to even if freezing is needed they never have a problem going to Maple Dentistry, there so gental and patient so there is no pressure or feelings of fear or anxiety. My family and I have been going to Dr. Howard Libstug for a few years. He and the hygienists are fantastic. We recently met Dr. Mahsa Mehrabzadeh, who is new to Maple Family Dentistry, because one of my family members had to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Mehrabzadeh is very personable, thorough in her explanations, and is a highly skilled dentist. We highly recommend her (along with Dr. Howard!).

I’m live in Niagara Falls, I go see dr. Howard at either of his offices, I don’t mind travelling to his Vaughan office so I can get my treatment’s from him. His offices at both locations are clean and well kept, the front desk is always very friendly. Dr. Howard takes the time to sit and explain as well as educate you on any concerns you may have his professionalism and knowledge is very appreciated.

Just had a routine cleaning and everything was great. Friendly staff, on time, clean, no hassles with insurance - just in and out and on my way. My young children have also had great appointments. Excellent family dentistry office.

Had several great experiences here, the team is very friendly and the dentists do a very good job. Never waiting for hours to see a dentist, always punctual. Also a very clean office, even before this covid nonsense. Definitely recommend if someone is looking for a new dentist!

Had my cleaning done this morning. My appointment was right on time and my hygienist was professional and explained as she went along. Front staff are very friendly, professional and efficient as well. Bonus: I had the room with the TV so can get my teeth cleaned while listening to top news.

Worse experience ever, went there for the first time last year to repair a broken old filling that went well, they convinced me to do a bunch of stuff including redoing some old fillings that were not bothering me at all. I decided to do it, with in 3 to 4 visits they went over my coverage, one of the fillings they did was hurting, went back 4 times, when i could not say witch one was hurting the last time i was there all i knew was top left, they started tapping o n them very hard, by the time i got home i was in excruciating pain on top and bottom, ive sense went somewhere else and now im left with an appointment with the specialist for the one i went back 4 times and a cracked tooth on the bottom.the funny part is that everything was so urgent and the second my benefits were maxed out they told me that it can wait till next year

I've been a client for at least 5 years, and was disappointed with my last visit. The temp hygienist kept looking for my medical record (which should be readily available). She cleaned and polished my teeth in exactly 28 minutes, yet proceeded to charge my insurance for 3 scaling units, which = 45 minutes. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, I was told that someone would call me to discuss. No one called me. Only after I called back and told them they were being fraudulent with the insurance, did they try to rectify it. Sadly they've lost me and family as clients.

Been going here since 2007. The most wonderful team and staff. Shoutout to the girls in the front. Always professional and good for a laugh.

Ester is a wonderful hygienist and very polite, honest and goes the extra step to speak to you honestly about your health and what you can do to improve your oral hygiene or maintain and stay healthy. Denise and Marta at the front at wonderful too. I lived 5 minutes away and recently moved over 30 mins away, but will continue to make the drive for the great service.

I’m really enjoying being a patient at Maple Family Dentistry. They are all so nice and understanding. I appreciate their efforts, especially with the orthodontist, Dr. Russ.

If i could give this place 10 stars I would. My experience with dentists have not been the greatest. This place has turned that around for me. In fact. I have never felt more inclined to write a review then I do now. The front desk is amazing! So helpful and friendly. DR Zhu takes his time to explain everything in detail and provide different options on how to proceed with your dental work. He is patient, knows his stuff and very kind. I have never had such a positive experience like I did here. I had a root canal done and felt NOTHING. I also am experiencing 0 pain following the procedure. I also want to recognize theresa who worked with my to figure out my benefit coverage and find the best possible solution that will fix my dental issue and be cost efficient. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, Dr. Zhu explains everything so clearly and takes his time to answer any questions you have in terms you will understand. We personally like going to Ester for cleanings but I’m sure everyone is great.
