ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. My parents have been dealing with this garbage company since last year on missing items they refuse to deliver or refund. Impossible to get in touch with them once they have your number/info. Disgusting business. STAY AWAY.

Great place to buy furniture for. I bought sofa set and bed set from them. Really satisfied with the quality of the products and service they provided with the delivery just within 2 days.

I purchased from them seat sofa.sales Not honest they show me something and send me different colours and Brocken sofa. I contact them more then 10 time and send them more 20 email no answer
They side the owner in back home. I’m not recommend any one to buy anything from this company

The worst customer service. Slow delivery, it’s been 12 days and im still waiting. All they give me is lies for excuses as to why. And I can’t get a refund gentlemen told me “ call the police “ terrible place to do business they dropped off one item but not the rest.okay 12th night sleeping on the couch.

The worst is they have ZERO remorse for the inconvenience caused it’s like your bothering them.

Maple furniture is the worst business I’ve ever come across! Zero customer service ethics, poor communication, they don’t deliver when they said they would, and they don’t call to update the customer and when you call they ignore it and are so rude! When they finally delivered, they forgot part of the order, and the driver acts like I was bothering him. I would never purchase anything from them again. When I first went there another customer came in and warned me, but I didn’t listen. Please don’t shop here!

Recommended for people looking for variety and quality. I was looking for sofa and a table. Good quality and affordable price makes it even better deal for me. It was good experience overall.

I bought a sofa bed, bed, mattress and bars chairs from here. All the products were delivered on time. Despite holiday store owner arranged delivery for me. He is a very gentle and cooperating person.

I visited maple to buy a couch and I needed it urgently, they offered me a custom made couch with multiple options and that too got ready in 2 days. WOW! I’m really a happy customer and definitely recommend this store

Bought three chairs from the store, very comfortable and good quality material, also the owner was very polite and helpful. Had to shift to my new place, received furniture as soon as we reached there, wonderful!

These guys are scammers. Please do not go spend your money there. They took my money three weeks ago and can’t deliver my items. They keep saying that the driver is coming. They do not stick to a deal. I went to the police station and police mentioned to me that they went there about 10 times and are advising people to take them to court. I am in the process of doing so. And I have also contacted consumer services and a lawyer but I have to wait for 30 days. I will ensure that this business is close for the public. When you go talk to them the cursed at you and tell you to get out of the stores, I have videos to prove that. They don’t to give back the money nor the furniture.please go to the police and check for yourself. Peel police will tell you about them.
