Soup isn’t bad.

Had the chicken fried rice, beef lo mein and honey garlic spare ribs, was a bit disappointed.

Very disappointed. Very unreliable! Ordered several days ahead of time for Christmas Eve. They even called me back to confirm my order. NEVER showed. We called several times and no answer. We had a house full of people with no dinner to be served!

I have met the owners and they are nice and the food is always fast. Unfortunately, the food is kind of bland and flavorless. I didn't think it was possible but my food literally tastes like nothing.

Hidden gem in whitby. In the mood for some fresh hot Chinese food this is it! Outstanding egg rolls spring rolls are huge! Portions are always filled to top of good size containers. Always hot and fresh. Owner and chef takes pride in his cooking. Chicken balls are excellent. Love the red sauce actually best I’ve had! You gotta try it. Great prices too!

Called at 1 to make an order reservation to pick up at 5. My order was ready on time and Maple Garden didn't disappoint. My order was fairly large, it was to feed 15, all good, no complaints and lots of compliments from our hungry guests. First time ordering and feeding such a huge crowd, Thank you.

The best hands down Chinese Food in Ontario! We have had a lot of experience with bad Chinese Food and Maple Garden is the best I have tasted in 2 provinces. The gentleman on the phone was funny and helpful and our delivery driver caught my little puppy from running away when we opened the door! He was funny too! Worth every penny! Will not disappoint!

Why they charge $21 for beef with ginger but only $13 for beef with black bean sauce utter nonsense price gouging

Most unpalatable Chinese food. Ordered Schezuan chicken, singapore noodles & chicken soup. The food was totally bland with almost raw veggies and dry chicken. Most of it went into trash.

Ordered 90th birthday dinner for 8 today and everyone was thrilled at the quality of the food. It was exceptional and a real treat is their homemade plum sauce. I love this place. It is the best in town hands down!

Tried Maple Garden for the first time. The Hot& Sour soup was Execlant as well as the Chicken Fried Rice and Peppercorn Beef with Green Peppers & Onions
Definitely will be ordering from there again.

Love this place! We tried a couple other Chinese food restaurants in Whitby but this one is the best! Highly recommend their Lemon chicken, it's delicious. They're fairly on time from what we've experienced, but food is worth the wait!

Cold food when I picked up. Ordered for 5pm got there at 4: 44pm which means if I didn't show up till 5pm it would have been sitting there already for 16 minutes getting even more cold. So disappointed with my Valentine's Day dinner that is tasteless and cold!

This is our go-to restaurant when we want to order Chinese food. Especially enjoy their cantonese chow mein.

I was unimpressed and disappointed. I expected more based on the reviews, but the food was under seasoned, and pieces of [poor quality] meat and vegetable were too large in many of the dishes. There was also a lack of sauce in some dishes. Sorry Maple Garden, just giving an honest review of my experience.

I really like their food. I always get good customer service there. The place is always clean and the workers are always kind. Will visit here again.

Whitby sbest Chinese food with the most amazing friendly owner that you could ever deal with I love going to this place

Always hot and large potions. Friendly service and consistent. Have been going here for years and still my go to place.

The food was ready fast for pick up but was horrible. Very bland, small portion and the deep fried stuff just tasted like peanuts.

Awful experience, almost 2 hours later my order still not delivered. When called, they asked me to wait for another hour and there is nothing they can and are willing to do.

Don’t ever order from here. Placed an order for delivery, hours later, it still hadn’t arrived. Called the place to ask what was going on, and he told me he was busy and to come pick it up in 40 minutes and it’ll be ready the place is literally a kilometre away from me as well. With 4 hungry and cranky kids at home, I needed delivery (and paid for it) - so then I was left having to cancel my order and order something else that would come quickly.
Total lack of customer care.

Our usual place was closed so we checked reviews and chose Maple Garden, and we were glad we did. The food was very good, and delivered on time. Will use them again.

Very well priced, quick, tasty & friendly service. My son & I need wheatfree & the chef always helps by switching ingredients out for us.

Maple Garden is by far the best Chinese food in Whitby. Steve the owner is very friendly and open to new ideas. Try the spicy wings are amazing, as good or better than most wing spots in Whitby, if you like garlic give them a try.

Steven and his staff are amazing, have been a loyal customer for 15 years and have always had a great meal, his Goldfingers are our favourites

Maple Gardens Food is AMAZING! It’s not greasy, delivery time is accurate, and customer service is great. They are friendly, they help you choose or customize your order to your preference may need to add a couple bucks extra for some changes which I found amazing. As most locations don’t offer to sub anything out they prefer to make separate orders if it’s a family meal.

I ordered the Chicken fried rice and it was decent. It was not the best but it was not the worst. I enjoyed it because they cooked it in less oil and it managed to still taste good. I will surely be back again.

The food was tasteless, had high expectation and not par with many other smaller Chinese restaurant around Oshawa.

Exactly what I was looking for. Tasty food and fast delivery. I recommend ordering delivery by calling the restaurant and not through a third party app.

Got general tzao & it was old, dried up, flavourless & had no sauce was honestly disgusting.this is coming from someone working in kitchens that this is completely unacceptable & should have been thrown out, not served. Get your moneys worth and go somewhere else!

This restaurant is very good, quality almost the same you get from Chinatown at Toronto XD took me a while of trial and error to try different Chinese restaurants and finally found the best one in OSHAWA! BUT LOST ONE STAR BECAUSE I GOT NO FORKS OR SPOONS

This is not an eat-in place, but we really like their take-out.you will have to get in line; they're really busy.

Best Chinese take-out I've had in a long time! It was fresh, wasn't greasy, made with big chunks of meat and veggies. We'll be back for sure.

Pleasant and polite to deal with on the phone as well as in person. Our food was sitting waiting for us when we arrived. The food was delicious with good size portions (for three men!) and very economical. Very impressed, would order from here again.

Place is incredible altogether. The food, the service, the people working, all amazing!
No matter where I am in Durham, I will always order from Maple Garden when I feel for some Chinese!
