I am gonna tell you what happened to me! I have honda crv and changed my oil a few days ago. This cover suddenly fall down when i was driving on highway today and was pretty dangerous and i came to MAPLE HONDA! To explain whag happened! THEY EVEN DIDNT LISTEN TO ME PROPERLY AND SAID OHHH YOU CAN GO HOME AND COME TOMORROW BLAH BLAH BALH WITH THIS CAR LIKE THAT! WHAT A SERVICE! AND THE WOMAN AT THE ENTRANCE DOOR (ON 24 AUGUST AROUND 6: 30 PM) YOU NEED TO BE NICE WITH YOUR COSTUMER AND LOOK AT THEM FIRST INSTEAD OF PLAYING WITH YOUR F PHONE. Desperately i went to TOYOTO MAPLE just across the street. And they were so nice and helpful and asked my health and what happened how did it happened and they take me to waiting area and took my car. FIXED IT IN 10 min even it was 6: 30 pm.

Had to get a smaller car and glad my mom chose the honda civic for herself. We had the pleasure of dealing with David who was very patient, kind and friendly. We came in just to look as she had sights set on another make. He took his time explaining things to my mom, showing the different features and finding a new 2021 for her.

I wanted to pass along my recent experience with Maple Honda. I called in to the dealership on a Saturday about a Honda Civic Si Coupe that just had just been listed on their used inventory website. The sales professional I spoke to at this time was David Gurung and he couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. David took the time to explain the extended warranty and Honda Cerfied program and associated benefits. I had to call him back a few times to clear up some details and he was patient and pleasant through the entire process and I placed a down-payment and scheduled a test drive for Monday.

David greeted me and had all the paperwork completed and the car was ready to go. Post test drive we completed the deal in less than a half hour and scheduled a pick up for Thursday. Picked up car on Thursday as promised with a platinum detail and a full tank of gas. David is pleasant, customer focused individual and just a good guy and is assisting me on a couple of post pick up issues.

In summary, I would say Maple Honda was the premium Honda dealership I visited during my search and I would not hesitate recommending Maple Honda or David Gurung.

We initially went into Maple Honda to look and inquiry with no intention of purchasing a car from Honda. However, meeting David changed our perspective, and we ended up buying a 2019 CRV. David is one of the few sales reps that I have come across: genuine, honest, respectful, and patient. I enjoyed his honesty and patience as he took the time to listen to our needs and made an effort to work with us in sustaining a car that fit our budget. David went above and beyond what is expected and offered us the best deal possible. His customer service was so extraordinary that my family is considering going back for a second honda purchase in the next few weeks.

My cousin told it to me best about Ray Mehta, "If you don't leave with a car, you leave with a friend. " I don't think I have enough words for Ray. Not only did he help me out with every single concern I had about buying a new car, he also answered every single concern of my parents. That was the real test.

I bought a 2013 ford explorer from this dealership in January 2018. I later found out that this dealership engages questionable practices throughout their sales process. I do not recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealership.

This is the current situation, I ordered parts from Maple Honda (Ontario), was advised it would be in a few days and they will contact me, if no call within a few days, call in. No contact from Maple Honda within the few days, I called into Parts department, was advised the parts are back order, not a problem I understand it’s the holiday season, I waited another week and figure I give a call to Maple Honda again for an update, to which I am told no parts were ordered and that I would need to order parts. How can that be possible that my parts were not ordered when I went into the dealership and was confirmed they will be shipped in a few days then confirmed it was on back ordered. Not only were my parts not ordered, I am being told the parts will cost much more than the original order placed. The gentlemen told me that the two people before made mistakes but they are unable to honor the price for the order and it will need to be escalated to the manager to which the manager escalated to Honda Canada. I as advised quotes/prices are not honorable after 30 days but I just ordered parts 2 weeks ago, that is 14 days. The representative was unable to explain or confirm anything after that. Why am I paying for the mistake of Maple Honda’s employees? This is absurd and not what I expected from Honda.

Contact 5: Called into Honda Parts for an update on situation. Parts representative states manager is waiting for Honda Canada.

I recently purchased my first car from Maple Honda. The service provided by Abdul Alamgir was outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am thoroughly enjoying my new Honda and I know if I need anything or have any further questions, I can contact Abdul and he will be there to help.

Terrible experience. I walked into the dealership and felt like no one came to greet me (based on the reviews). Then I went up to a sales guy who's name was Abdul Alamgir and he didn't answer my question for a vehicle inquiry. Not professional service at all. Would not recommend this dealership. Extremely disappointing.

I've owned my car for about 4 years now. I've always gotten an oil change around 4000kms. My oil level by then would say 60-80%. Sometimes I would have to put oil in my car myself because it was bone dry. I thought this was normal, maybe it's because of the way I drive. It was until I met Andrew at Maple Honda who said that doesn't seem right. He searched and found an extended warranty re: burning oil. For 4 years there was another Honda just replacing the oil every time, never once questioning why. He got me to do a 2000kms test and found it was burning oil. He got a long list of items replaced for me at zero cost. No my oil % actually works now and is accurate. I can go to 40% before changing the oil and not worry about hearing that empty sound anymore. I recommend everyone to go see him in the service dept at Maple Honda.

If I could give less, I would. I went in for a computer update on my car and what should have taken less than an hour to complete took 2 days. Their best explanation was "these things happen". No they don't. It was continuous excuses and made up stories of why it happened. Even their remedy was me going out of my way to rent a car, put in gas and get it back to them.
