Nice selection of Seiko watches. Without my consent, they charged me $10 to fix a scratch (they claimed it was leftover glue residue from the protective glass sticker) that was already on the watch before I even purchased it. Sketchy people, but I got the watch I was looking for.

I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and hospitality I received from Maple Jewellers. They were kind enough to accommodate me on their day off and was also considerate to my offer for price as well. Took quite some time to resize the bracelet to my satisfaction. I would higly recommend others to go visit them if you are like me who is concerned about getting value for money and also edgy about getting the original piece. Inquired about a watch and no reply, maybe because I asked if there are any discounts? (idk, did the owner actually got offended by a customer asking if theres any discount on a approx $5000 watch? Lol) Ended up went to another ad and bought the watch same day. Wouldn’t recommend here if you are looking for any sort of discount. Otherwise owner might ignore you.

Lol love how your reply me like I'm writing a fake review. Why would I? You never bothered to ask my name to start with on the text, and again you ignored my message three times after I asked you if there's anything you can do on the price, if you cant locate the message that's your problem. Again, good luck for those who are looking for good customer service at this place.

Over the past couple of months, I bought 2 Seiko watches from Stephen at Maple Jewellers, a Recraft for a Christmas present and a Padi Diver for myself. I don't mind traveling 50 kms from my home to Maple Jewellers because of the exceptional customer service. I found Stephen to be professional, very knowledgeable and he always took the time to explain the various watch features. And his pricing is very competitive too. I always leave the shop feeling extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Stephen and Maple Jewellers. I know I will be back again!

Very irregular hours! Based on their website, the store is supposed to open Wed to Sat from 12pm to 3pm. I showed up on Wednesday Jan. 22 and the store is closed. I checked the time to make sure, and it was well after 12, so it should be open. I looked at the sign on the door, and it should be open. I called the number on the website, and nobody answered. Left a message.

They get ONE STAR for returning my call (followed up).

Suggestion to customers: Call well in advance, the store may NOT be open when you get there, even if the website says it is, causing you to waste your time. If you need to re-size a band or a battery, you could go to the Vaughan Mills mall. There are a couple of people there that can do it for you.

Suggestion to Maple Jewellers: Go 100% e-com. Only online sales and that's it. If the brick and mortar shop is always closed, then it may be time to re-evaluate why it exists in the first place. You have great reviews for online shopping, just stick to that.

I bought my first watch from here a few months ago. I soon wanted another watch to add to my collection, but it was expensive and every retailer I looked at had the same price. I soon messaged Stephen and he replied within 2 minutes saying he would gladly order the watch I wanted and offered me a lower price than the other retailers. It took him only a day and a half before he messaged me saying it was ready for pickup. I was expecting to wait longer. Definitely will come again and will only buy watches from here. Saw the watch I wanted online. Emailed 2 different jewellers that evening. Stephen replied in 15min. Dealer 2 emailed me middle of next day (by then my watch was already on route)

I purchased my first Seiko from this store. I also purchased a Seiko from another store online. Stephen sized both watches for me, However he quickly showed me that the second watch I purchased from the other store had a dent on the bottom bezel. I wouldn't have noticed it at all if it wasn't for his eye for detail. I will be returning the second watch back to the store I got it from. Stephen also assured me he would match the price of the other store I purchased it from, when they received their shipment as the watch was sold out everywhere. If you want great service and knowledgeable staff, then this is the place to go.

Great service, they found me a hard to find watch I wanted, brought in for me, and another nice surprise was he was asking if there was watch brands I was interested in that he could look into bring into the shop.

Place looked great online - but the brick and mortar had almost nothing on display. A little disappointing to say the least.

Was a bit skeptical when I came across them as to whether it's a legitimate shop. I was happy to be proven wrong. Great selection, prices, and service!

They have a decent website with a messaging feature where the owner Stephen actually replies you. Stephen was kind enough to measure the lug and buckle width of the watch I was interested so I could start my search on aftermarket straps too.

They don't open 7 days a week as it seems, but they ship 7 days a week for online orders for people who are not living in Toronto like myself. Free express shipping is included.

Maple Jewellers is a very well established business, whose goal is to value customer satisfaction and develop a trust relationship. When I purchased any valuable pieces from Stephen, I feel at ease that I will be well taken care off and that the prices are fairly valued. I rate this business at the most highest confidence.

Can’t say enough about my recent positive online shopping experience with Maple Jewellers. Initially tried purchasing through a well known Seiko retailer in Edmonton, but it seems they are more interested in ensuring their Instagram followers are kept up to date than focusing on actual customer service. Anyways, Stephen was an absolute pleasure to deal with - putting up with numerous questions prior to my completing the purchase. My watch arrived very quickly and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’m glad I moved on and found Maple Jewellers, because not only did I get the watch that I wanted, but I actually got it at a much better price than what I had been quoted elsewhere. Thank you!

Popped by Stephens store in Maple today on the off-chance that I could find a nice citizen navihawk a t well he had one there and he offered me a great price so I bought it on the spot.

Stephen is very knowledgeable and is a wonderful horologist watch collector.
I have already referred him to several people in my watch Club so hopefully the next time I come in he'll give me a nice discount on a nice Seiko.

Very disappointed, i tried ordering this watch and it took so long for me to get an answer with regards to a discount code being offered not working that the watch ended up selling out. I was told that i would get a call back by Friday at the latest to advise of what could be done for another watch i was interested in that too was sold out due to the long wait time to get back to me and I did not hear back from anyone as i was promised. Between the emails that were sent out offering a discount and then not being honored, to the products i wanted selling out and nobody getting back to me I will not be shopping here.

I am totally flabbergasted! Ordered a seiko from Stephen @ Maple Jewellers watch arrived less than 24 hours after placing the order. I'm quite impressed Highly recommend it for the best selection of Seikos in Canada.
