Great place to buy local Ontario made maple syrup which is quite distinct from other maple syrups in the market. We got the full tour and the presentation of the whole process of collecting sap and up until the syrup ends up in the bottle. Golden Amber and Dark syrups all tastes so pleasant on the palate. Highly recommended for a quick stop when you visit Niagara falls and thank you for the staff and the director of the attraction Tony for their warm welcome and sharing the knowledge with us.
A big retail shop with many gifts for tourists, also a machine that makes maple syrup and a free tasting of 3 different types of maple syrup. I also like the giant moose outside.
Come here on your way to Niagara Falls / Horseshoe Falls to try some maple syrup - learn your favourite of their three main strengths - have some poutine & look for the most lovely souvenirs
This was historically our go-to stop for souvenirs. It previously had a glass blowing studio and a whole room of international chocolates. It has been renovated and IMO no longer has the variety and charm as before. They have a fudge counter and Maple Syrup making section now. There is also a food court. The quality of items is still better than most shops. Moose is missing his antlers and needs some TLC. The crystal installation is pretty.
This was absolutely one of the best gift shops we stopped at! It's a little out of the way so it is not busy at all there are tons of picture opportunities and I found most items reasonably priced
Very nice place, they show you how maple syrup is made and they have a bottling machine right in there. Friendly staff who helped with all the questions. Best part is it's free for the tour. A couple pokemon go gyms and a stop right there too. Many photo spots here too.
Dont get me wrong this place is the stop for maple syrup. What I didn't like is the ad was very deceiving. When I saw ad with my partner, it made us believe that we were going on a physical tour outdoors. Just because my partner and I did not exactly, had the best time doesnt mean you will get the same outcome as us.
Absolutely stunning inside! Renovations done beautifully. Great education on the process of the making maple syrup. Staff are very friendly and engaged in conversation which is nice for tourist! My husband and I were/ are very pleased with this remarkable establishment we have been coming to the falls for 5 years as it's a Christmas gift from our children.
Clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are decent considering its Niagara Falls. Much better than Clifton Hill area. Awesome native art for sale!
I have to rate this place 5 stars because of the wonderful customer service. A woman with a non-native accent helped us and was very nice. She made sure we tried samples of the treats. The rest of the shopping is very touristy and stereotypical.
Great shopping plaza that offers First Nations carvings, as well as the usual maple syrups & food stuffs, and accessories. The staff were very friendly!
I liked the educational side of it with the process of how maple is made but prices are way tooo high and i understand that its a tourism area but a small bottle of syrup for the price for a meal. But very nice store. Didnt get to enjoy the cafe do to it being close when we got there around 4-5pm
This a great souvineer store. It has everything you can think of in clouding shirts and clothing, coffee cups, shot glasses and magnets. Beciase it is a little further from the falls there is less people there so it's a little quieter. There is also an indigenous area as well as locally made fudge.
