Came to this location for an Invisalign assessment. Submitted all my insurance info days prior to my appointment. Arrived to the appointment and was told they do not deal with my insurance and I would need to pay upfront (which is not an option for me as the process is extremely expensive). I had to get a babysitter to accommodate the appointment. I would of expected them to call me prior to the appointment to let me know at the very least. The receptionist was not sympathetic at all and just said that’s the way it is. Very disappointing experience.

I managed to chip my tooth and was looking for a place that would help me fix it on short notice. Mapleridge called me back even before their opening hours and got me in very quickly. The entire team was friendly, professional, and kind. They did such a perfect job fixing my tooth! Thank you!

Very clean nicely modern waiting room. Friendly, , insightful, helpful staff (receptionist, hygienist, dentist etc). Accommodating to your schedule. Very professional and warm environment. Very helpful instructional video prior to first assessment explaining procedures and protocol and what to expect. Also. The tv on the ceiling above the dentist chair is a very nice touch.

New dental office I started going to. First visit today was a cleaning with Stephanie. I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in the door. Great front office staff, my bad I forgot to ask their names. Stephanie was awesome, we chatted back and forth between cleaning. I felt so comfortable and I had no pain after the cleaning. Usually my gums are sore but not today. Would highly recommend Maple Ridge Dental to anyone looking for a new dental home.

Mapleridge Smile Centre has had a tremendous impact on not only my smile, but how I feel about myself as a person. As one who has faced massive trepidation with respect to dental correction, I found the team at Maple Ridge Smile Centre to be incredibly comforting and supportive in my journey. Dr. James Ko and staff are amazing! They always make us feel at ease when we walk into the office. They take pride are very thorough and answer any questions we have. Stephanie has been our hygienist for close to 20 years and she is just wonderful, not only she is an amazing hygienist, she always goes above and beyond at every visit.

We have had a fantastic experience at this clinic. My mom had an all on four implants procedure done at this clinic by Dr. James Ko and Dr. Amir Guorgui, who did such a fabulous job. Lina and Caroline have also been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supported us throughout this process with extreme care and patience. This is an extraordinary team and we have been extremely lucky to have met them all!
