From the moment we walked into Maple Vac Centre and greeted by Mary, we knew we were buying our central vac there. Mary was so attentive and knowledgeable! She showed us many options and answered all our questions. Great customer service! The installation was great! Thank you to Frank and son. We highly recommend their services.

I was very disappointed. When I called the service department to ask if someone could come out to see what was wrong with my central vac, no one said how much was the visit. Then when the service tech
got here, it seemed like we had no choice but to buy a new unit. Then to top if off this guy was so rude to my mom. $250 installation fee, took him 10 minutes. That's crazy. Doctors don't make that much.
Never again. Rude rude rude!

Frank and his team replaced our existing central vac with a modern, more efficient unit. We also purchased a new updated accessories package which we are very happy with. He was very patient to answer all our questions and made necessary modifications during the installation as required. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Frank.

Rude and disrespectful owner. Insisted I could not change a vacuum handle on my own and then proceeded to charge me $130. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of the way than return to visit this place just to be disrespected by an angry little man.

On the phone they told me $75 for the diagnostic if I don't do the repairs but if I'll do they just charge me the repairs. Finally they wanted to charge me for diagnostic and the repairs. I had to fight and argue with them. I do not recommend this store at all.

Do your homework before hiring this company. No disclosure of rates. I Did not request a cash deal (no tax). They asked me if I can pay cash and did not provide receipt. Onsite for 40 minutes and used $5.00 in material. $300.00 is extreme!

The installer was knowledgeable, but company is expensive. Charged $250 per outlet regardless of time it took to install. Installer was there less than 4 hours and changed $750. I had them come back to extend the one outlet 1.5 inches (not their mistake) and they charged me another $225 for maybe 10 - 15 work.

Had central vac installed today by Sam.exceed my expectations. Professional attitude! Great installation, clean and very fast. WOW
