Maplewood Dental - Dr. Mohamad S. Salame' BSc MSc DMD

I really like Dr Salame however, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional. I was inquiring if the office had payment plans which they do not. When I expressed my disappointment Faye replied " Well, I guess you better start saving up. "

Upon reading previous complaints about the rude, unprofessional receptionist, I agree with the majority,   Dr Salame is a wonderful doctor but needs a new receptionist.   She is representing his practice and not doing it very  well at that.

Lovely staff. Dr. Salame is very skilled and kind. I’ve had my share of experiences with dentists that added to already existing anxiety, not here. Appointments are calm, even entertaining, and the work has met and exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely terrible experience and definitely never coming back here. The doctor doesn't even really care about his patients and the staff are very rude. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional. And to make things worse, apparently I owed them money but was not notified and they reported me to a collections agency and later charged me interest. Horrible experience with Dr. Salame, never coming back!

I would like to recommend. Dr. Salame and the team of professionals in his office. My family have been going there since it's inception. My children since they started seeing a dentist. The team have always taken the utmost care, and ensured our welfare at each visit. They are very welcoming, and kind. We trust their professionalism to be of truly highest quality. Thanks team for always being there for us!

Maplewood Dental Office is absolutely fantastic from the girls the front desk to Fay to the dentist himself the hygienist and the assistants.highly highly recommended an office that makes a dentist visit actually kind of fun

I have had Dr Salame for almost eight years. He is the most gentle, kind dentist and is truly caring about your needs. He is very knowledgeable, kind and understanding for all types of situations.

Great Dentist and great staff. Dr. Salame is great with kids (goes above and beyond with balloons and toys) We always get excellent care and service. Would highly recommend.

Receptionist is so rude, very unprofessional. Apparently owed money and nobody called to retrieve the money or even tell us about it? She said she almost put us in collections? Dr salame needs a new receptionist as this is not the only time I have heard about her.
