Theyre all about money. The Dentist who owns the practice Dr. Oxana, may be a little racist. They dont care about your kids, please pay close attention to there treatment methods. Im surprised at all of the good reviews. Even when you see the doctor out in public and say hi, she makes it known she doesnt like you or care. 2 of the girls at the desk are friendly, but not all are. They have messed up in the past and redeemed themsleves by trying to right there wrongs. Suprised at all the 4 star reviews. Professionalism, consistency and respect isnt there.

Not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but all the ladies at Maplewood Dental made it a warm and welcoming experience. They are family and service oriented. The girls up front are always positive and try to help in any way they can. The ladies in the back are just as kind and very gentle with the procedures! Great for kids too! Awesome job everybody!

My 1st visit today to Maplewood but definitely not my last. I was greeting with a Smile. So helpful and explained every step and gave me a treatment plan. Would recommend Maplewood Dental to all my family and friends.

Receptionist said will call back and never did. Not the best attitude towards new patent's. Will not even try to get appointment with them and my husband is mot anymore patient there too.

I don't know who the dentist was that worked there about 10 or 12 years ago but every single filling he did on my teeth deteriorated. I had teeth pulled that that guy worked on.

The first time I called Maplewood Dental was when I had an extreme aching tooth that had to be extracted. After calling three other Dental Offices about my problem, all three of them could not accommodate me. I am no one special, but when I called Maplewood Dental, They accommodated me immediately, with no questions asked.
I was absolutely impressed on how they took care of me and my dental problems that instant. Their professionalism and customer service is with out a doubt a 5 star’s experience and meeting Dr Melissa Bahl today was a great pleasure. She was absolutely correct on every point she made regarding why my teeth are the way they are with great detail. I was totally impressed.
That is why Maplewood Dental is now the Dentist for all of my dental needs. I will definitely refer them with confidence. Especially Dr Melissa Bahl

I had a really AMAZING experience here when I came here for the tooth extraction of my daughter. Dr. Melissa Bahl and her assistant were too sweet. Made the tooth extraction a cake walk for my daughter. Will definitely recommend!

I rarely write reviews, and this is my second time writing a review about Maplewood Dental 75 Barrie View Dr #105, of Barrie, Ontario as I believe they deserves more attention from other patients. I must admit dentists like that definitely should earn very positive feedback and I wish them nothing else, but the best for their quality of work.

Very friendly, comforting environment and staff! I was extremely nervous and a bit embarrassed not having been to the dentist for so long. They treated me like a long time client and it was my first visit!

Been going here for over two years now and have learned not to hate the dentist because of them! As I don't have benefits, going can be pretty daunting. They have taken really good care of me, and made sure that my teeth are well taken care of! Great staff, great prices, nothing more i could ask for from a dentist!

I have been with Dr. Oxana since 2006. She has gained my confidence in trusting my dental needs. For me she's one of the best dentist in Barrie, not to mention the ever accommodating Receptionist (Tyra) and the Hygienists who does a very good job in cleaning.

The best dental office I've been too. They actually care about their patients and are very accommodating. I'm usually very nervous about going to the dentist but they make you feel super comfortable. Tyra at the front desk is awesome too, super friendly:)

Best dentist ever! Dr. Oxana is not only an amazing dentist but also super nice. I find most dentists very intimidating but she’s so friendly and down to earth it feels like you’re talking to a friend. Everyone else at this office is also really nice and friendly. Dr. Oxana does an amazing job, she’s very thorough and detailed and I trust her completely. She was also able to notice some things that my other dentists missed. She gives great advice and the best part about her is that she doesn’t try to make $ off of you like other dentists do. If she can save the tooth with a regular filling she will do that instead of telling you to do a crown, she actually tries to save you money. I highly recommend her to everyone I know!

They work well with my mother who has extreme anxiety about the dentist. They gave her a front tooth where her previous dentist was gonna just pull it and leave a gap. And are gonna be saving all her teeth the last dentist was gonna just pull. They are extremely helpful and patient with my mother. I suggest this dentist to everyone! And there seceretary is amazing and very knowledgeable:)

The ladies there, both at the desk and hygenists, are very friendly and kind. For example, my jaw gets tired staying open for too long and they let me know when I can close it at all possible for a rest, are accommodating. I would recommend the narrow window of Raskin (he's not there that often) or Bashaar (he's hoping to start being there more often), they are both very friendly and kind! I find the new lady not good "bedside manner" but that's just me personally or it was just the day. Someone else might like her.

I had my tooth filling done by Oxana, she is very professional dentist, did very good job, I had my tooth reacting to hot and cold drinks, and she fixed it, now I do not have any pain. Thank you so much!
