Had the worst experience at Marble Slab downtown when the cashier made me pay twice for my order. I had $25 downtown dollars gift card that I used to pay for my order. The POS system said approved and we went ahead and started preparing our order. After 5 minutes the cashier asks me to come back and pay again because the system didn’t print a receipt even though he saw we used our gift card and it said payment approved. The cashier was so rude, had no idea if they were participating with downtown London and could use the card. The lead said there’s no option and I have to pay $50 for a $25 order. We asked if he can confirm it with his manager and he said he just can’t. Poor service, rude staff and a new way to steal customers money. If you are collaborating/promoting your business with the city educate your staff about it too so that customers don’t have to pay twice the amount for their order!

Ice cream was good and the place was nice, but sadly I wouldn't return for the life of me because of an unpleasant experience I had with "one" particular staff member. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or whether it's in his nature to be rude to every single customer. My friend and I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed due to his impolite words and behavior. More effort needs to be put into training staff on basic customer service etiquette.

Amazing place for delicious ice-creams and milkshakes. Yosef makes yummy ice-cream cakes. He is kind & courteous and he makes kids feel welcome

First time at this location. Usually we go to the one by Masonville. I must say customer service was EXCELLENT and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Only reason why it got a 2 star was because the ice cre quality. When I first walked in it always seemed like the ice cream looked kinda melted. Like it's been sitting out for a bit. When I got my come my ice cream was literally dripping down all over my hands and cone. At this point it was just ice cream soup. The whole car ride home I wasnt licking my ice cream, it was more like I was slurping it. Not sure if there was just an issue that day. I've been to marble slab many times and never came across a situation like this.

Ice cream arrived, was clearly very well-packaged, untouched before arrival. Looked amazing, tastes even better. Almost ruined my dinner over it, haha. Would absolutely recommend.

Just got a half-litter delivered through Uber. Long hair mixed in with my ice cream.

Fabulous ice cream. Made with interest.
Lot of flavours of both ice cream cones and ice creams. Nice and knowledgeable guys at the store. Decent suggestions and very neat and tidy store

So so yummy and huge portions. The server was very courteous, helped me in picking the flavors and I was not disappointed. Go to place for ice-cream from now on.

Just when you think "oh ice cream cant get better" BOOM Marble Slab say "sup cutie" and i buy an extra large bucket of cookie dough and bath in it

Unfortunately every time I have visited the location they've been out of numerous items, including waffle cones, and ice cream has been melted by the time it was served. Not the typical Marble Slab experience I am used to.

Every visit has been a great experience. Love their customer service ️ even though it gets very busy by night the employees make sure not to disappoint you The flavors are great and also a lot of topping options to select from

My go-to place for a treat, great flavours, amazing taste, love the mix-ins. Just never a standardized size. You may get lucky or not. Still worth the go, always.

I went in and got a birthday cake tub of ice cream and the container said birthday cake ice cream but inside was vanilla I feel very ripped off: (

My girlfriend got a tub of ice cream labeled Birthday Cake but inside was just plain old Vanilla ice cream. She is very sad and I am trying to console her, but she continues crying on the couch underneath the Canada Day fireworks. You ruined her Canada Day, Marble Slab.

My vanilla ice with cookie dough tasted like the ice cream before mine. Mint. Mint is a good gum flavour but not for ice cream in my books. So sad. (Tiny violins playing in the distance, a child heard wailing in the wind)

Worst Marble Slab location in London, workers are extremely slow, they don't mix the mixins properly with ice cream. Bad customer service. When they handed over the ice cream, it was already melting.

This is really a great ice cream shop, you can try a lot of customization for your ice cream and the staff is really nice.

Amazing ice cream and amazing service. I think the price is reasonable especially for the amount of ice cream you get. There were a lot of flavors too and top ins. The fact that we can mix our falvours and the actually get mixed together with the add ins was really cool. Loved it!

In my experience, Marble Slab will not disappoint:) With many ice cream flavor and mix-in options, this is a happy place for any ice cream lover. Recommend. Enjoy!

The Cookie Dough Drizzle Ice Cream is really good.
Try to select a location where you are sure to get parking so that you can take time and explore the variety of ice cream and cheesecake flavours they have.

The ice cream was great, I enjoy there icecream all the time, especially this location. However the last few times I’ve been there a lady who was called by the name Enese/inese has been very rude to the workers there as well as one of the customers ahead of me. She was being very rude to the students working there, it was busy but not busy for her to be so heated at the others. Another time a person ahead of me was getting something and she was in a rush to make there’s and didn’t properly mix it and the customers were not satisfied, as I heard there mumbles.

I have been getting the same ice cream order from here for at least 9 years now. A little on the expensive side but it’s nice because you can mix in all the toppings. My normal order is birthday cake ice cream with skor bits, gummy bears, cookie dough, and peanut butter cups. Delicious and never disappoints!

Very rude customer service! One cashier (boy) had not served us properly starting from being in the queue till delivering ice cream to us! I encourage the store owner to re-train their staff in terms of providing good customer service and retain the store's good identity because this store is in a very good and crowded place otherwise there was nothing toooo good in their served ice cream because it's custom selection/making of ice-cream at Marble Slab Creamery!

Over priced ice cream. Don't get the coconut one. They don't fill the cups all the way and the ice cream was fairly melted all ready by the time I got it. It was winter. Only put two items in it coconut and strawberry.

It's nice that you can customize your ice cream but really this isn't very special.

Every person says different things, i have been a customer since more than a year now but everytime i go to take ice cream they have different criterias. On half a litr they have less toppings but SMALL size they have more toppings & managers speak different. They couldn't charge more for more toppings! Not happy & doesnt make sense!

Worst service ever and staff is not trained well. Everyone says different things. Every manager have their own criteria and we have to argue every-time.

Very bad customer service. Me and my friends were waiting outside as the door was locked. We were trying to knock but the guy answered after 10 minutes and refused to serve us even though we were 40 minutes earlier than the closing time. Really poor customer service, need to update staff and customer services. I would give zero if I could.

I Wanted my toppings on the side but the staff couldn’t accommodate me even though it was a simple request. Ultimately unsatisfied. Especially since I am splitting my half litre with my grandmother who just likes plain ice cream.

Bought the apple caramel icecream crumble and it lacked flavour, tasted like vanilla cream with pie dough. Expected more.

Zero stars. Extremely rude behaviour by the tiny employee working on Saturday night-12th September.first she doesn't honour a coupon for a large milkshake and when my tried to explain her mistake in polite words she made excuses that she filled a large amount in a regular sized cup (but why? Would she do so) Totaly refused to reprint the reciept or change the milkshake and shouted rudely to us. I wonder from where did she get the confidence of being so rash and irresponsible. I am not going to take my hard earned bucks there, never ever.

I ordered a treat for the fam after being shut in 3.5 weeks. It was ok. I had hoped the induldgent pricetag would match the experience but the chocolate coating on the waffle was not good quality & there was not enough ice cream & too much whipped topping.

JEFF you did an absolutely amazing job helping me with my ice cream cake order! It was above my expectations and a great deal for the price!

Great place, the ice cream is delicious. They also carry a couple of coconut based ice creams. The best one is the strawberry banana, but they don't have it often.
