FOOD POISONING - I visited this location with my family around 8 pm on July 13th and today my 4 year old has been suffering the worst kind of food poisoning. Last night the employees were acting very suspicious claiming they didn't have enough of the ice cream and they wouldn't open a new one as it would take too long to defrost. So we chose something else and upon leaving the store and getting in our car we all immediately agreed that it did not taste right. On top of that my ice cream had pieces of snickers in it when my order didn't include that - what if I had been allergic to peanuts? The brownies that were in my ice cream were so disgustingly hard, crunchy and stale. Given all these issues and the fact that our youngest woke up today with awful food poisoning it is only fitting that these people are being cheap and selling spoiled food as well as not cleaning tools properly. I will be escalating this matter and reporting this further as it is clear from the other reviews on here that they do not care for hygiene. Don't waste your money in this overpriced, unhygienic clown shop.

I recently visited Marble Slab with my family and I must say, the service was outstanding! We were lucky enough to have two great employees (who I believe were brothers) serve us, and they truly made our experience unforgettable.

Not only were they incredibly patient with our children, but they went out of their way to entertain them while we chose our ice cream flavors. They had a great sense of humor and were extremely friendly throughout our visit.

The service they provided was exceptional, and I could tell that they took pride in their work. They were knowledgeable about the different flavors and helped us find the perfect combinations to suit our taste buds.

Overall, our visit to Marble Slab was fantastic thanks to these two amazing employees. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious ice cream and outstanding service. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our visit truly memorable!

HAREEM (at Milton location) was one of the best server!

Last time when I came, I never wanted to come again bcos of a rude server at that time. But HAREEM was extremely patient and friendly, thank you.

Appears to be new management that are a bit stingy when it comes to serving size (was not the case previously).

Still good quality ice cream with some vegan and lactose free options.

With over 30+ flavors to choose from, combined with loads of additional toppings, make this place worth visiting. Staff are patient and friendly so don't feel rushed when you're making your ice cream masterpiece. I also recommend trying the cotton candy flavor as it is delicious! I wish I cam here sooner!

Went here recently and was extremely impressed with the customer service! Lina, Abigail and Emily were all amazing! I owe it to them for such a positive experience. They were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also extremely patient (which was very much appreciated!). I really hope their management recognizes their amazing work!

I ordered a cake online for my anniversary, and when I showed up to the store there was no one there nor was there any indication that the store was closed online. I fully paid too. No one answers the phone. Worst service and disappointed.

Went to this location last night between 9: 40 - 9: 45 but the store was closed. The store timing is till 10 pm so not sure why did they shut the store 15 minutes before. We could see the employees inside trying to hide from us when we knocked at the door. Very disappointed!

Ice cream was good, expensive, but good. My friends and I each got ice cream and the two of them went outside to eat it before it melted while I payed, and the lady working there only charged me for one, which was odd. Don't get me wrong, I didn't steal and told her there were two others on my order. So I believe she was just very quick to assume my friends stole and just ignored it.

One of best place for ice cream. And these guys have really one of best customer service. Always fresh and tasty.

Customer service was horrible, didn't listen to instructions screwed up the ice cream orders - Also big sign on there door of 3 People Max in Store. 15+ inside as I was trying to pay. Their excuse staff is new and don't know. Really!

Marble Slab.so i decided to go to this popular ice cream shop andddd i go in buy my icecream ($7)! Too much for just one icecream cone the costumer service was ok.the icecream was way expensive for the quality because you could get the same icecream from baskinrobins for $3 sooooooooooooo DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

As I was trying to decide the flavor and the employees were staring at me and it looked like they were pressurizing me to order.two of them were teens and one of them they were rude and didn't explain anything.so I asked them how much for one ice cream they said $7.00 which is expensive just for ice cream. After I picked my flavor they put it on this grey counter thing and after they put the toppings in they just stirred the ice cream and it was literally melted. When I tried the ice cream it just tasted like regular ones you buy from the store. So dont waste ur money and go here just got to DQ or basking robins.

Pretty disappointed. I specifically asked for 2 scoops. Nutella and bubblegum then the girl mixed them over priced too

Came in 15 minutes before closing time. There was a line and even though there were only two people left to be served we were told to leave at 10 because they close at 10. Even if we were in line for 15 minutes. Pathetic. They don’t really care about serving you regardless of how long you wait.

Came here on the long weekend the staff was super friendly and patient and the ice cream was awesome!

This is a place to go to solely for the experience of it.
It is definitely an overpriced ice cream, but for our kids, the fact that you can add 3,5 or 10 things in it for no additional cost counted for them the most.
Limited seating inside, which was closed due to Covid 19 anyway. But, and this is a big BUT, there is no patio outside. Who wants to eat ice cream in the middle of summer in an air conditioned shop? The only place to sit outside is on a curb in the parking lot.

I like the ice cream and staff at Milton location is decent too. My issue is covid related. Three staff members should be instructed to wear masks if they are to serve ice cream. They are breathing right on it when they serve you. Not one was wearing masks on June 12 in the afternoon shift.

Great ice cream but not a lot of variety compared to other ice creameries. The preset ice creams are delicious. They have a large variety of toppings including cone varieties. You can also buy cakes here.

I love their ice cream, but unfortunately, one time I saw a cockroach scurrying under the ice cream bins behind the glass at this location, so I won't be returning to this one

We were waiting to be served, the but was kept waiting because the employee was allowing the customer to tell her how to give change. Then other people walked in to grab tubs of ice cream, only to pass us in the line. The employee then proceeded to serve that customer instead, without looking at us.
I was so disgusted, we walked out and went to Baskin Robbins.
I don't like to bring it up, but we were the only ones not of the same "culture" in the place. The employee never acknowledged us, and the other employees just disappeared into the back, never to be seen again.

Will NEVER go back, and I have 2 free ice creams too!

I wish they had small tiny sizes for kids and adults. The sizes of even the shakes are just too much.

Nothing special, we just wanted simple ice cream nothing added to it and a scoop for our 1 year old.we had to tell them twice no just put it in the cup don't mash things into it.it was half melted when we got it and my son's single scoop was $4! For a single scoop of raspberry ice cream lol sure if it was worth it but this place is average. My husband and I got two scoops and our total was almost $21. I would have no problem paying that if it was above average. Also for an ice cream store it is not family friendly (stroller) or wheelchair accessible.probably won't be back.

Always great ice cream. Tasty fixings for a million combinations of Flavours. Nice staff. Newly reno'd very pink.:). My only complaint is that it feels like they have moved their counter/ coolers farther into the consumer space which has made for a tighter walk way. (Though this could be an illusion as they also put a nice bench along the side, so that could have cut into the walk way).
