This is the one mechanic shop who's number you want to keep in you wallet. Amazing work and resonable prices. Doug is great and will tell you if something really needs replacing or not. He even got some minor stuff done without charging me. Great customer service.

Very nice people easy to deal specially kaithlyn she update me everytime.about the work is good it had some issue and need to return my van and they fix right away. The only thing is the guy put some glue make a mess around the side mirror And see some spot in the hood that is not easy to take out and still there. A little disappointed but over all im happy.

I bought a body kit for my 2016 Camaro SS online and Kirk from Marcels painted the panels to perfection. Mark and the whole team are timely and professional. I highly recommend Marcels collision for all your automotive work including mechanical.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Sharron helped me so much through a very stressful process. They took the time to explain things to me and advise me. They gave me a great deal on fixing my car and did an amazing job. My car was cleaner when I picked it up then when I dropped it off.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Very very friendly and helpful. I went in to get a quote on a repair and long story short, within 10 minutes they had it fixed and no charge. Not only did they not take advantage of a single woman, they went above and beyond. Definitely recommend Marcels.

I went to Marcel's for body repair to my Pruis, after a collision. The work was exceptional and the customer service was outstanding. They were even able to give me a rental right there no need to go anywhere else which was appreciated immensely. Plus an extra shout out to Wade for taking such good care of me and my family. Plus to the gentleman who took such care to detail my car inside and out. Thank you to everyone.

Do not go here. Took them 3 weeks to fix my vehicle that required a 3 day job. Overpriced parts by 4x. Parts should’ve been $1000 at the very most and without consulting me they went and bought parts that apparently cost 4x more. Absolutely ridiculous terrible service never coming here again. If you don’t feel like getting scammed then go somehwere as far away from marcels.

I had my car repaired at Marcel's Collision as they were an authorized repair shop through my insurance. I'm very happy with the repairs and their customer service is top notch. They went above and beyond by cleaning my vehicle inside and out. I would highly recommend them for any car repair.

I just got my car back after having body work done for a fallen branch that did damage to the “A” pillar and hood.

My entire experience was positive from beginning to end.

I cannot say enough good things about Marcel's Collision. Staff and Customer Service are top notch and great care was offered to me at a time of confusion and inconvenience in trying to get my vehicle repaired after an unexpected collision. The process from bringing my vehicle in for estimate, to Insurance Company communication, rental vehicle and repair then pick up was smooth and comforting knowing my best interest was being looked after. I will also add the precision and maintenance in repair work was excellent. Great job! A big shout out to Wade and the office staff for making this an unexpectedly great experience. My son was also having the same experience at the same time and Marcel's went over and above the call of duty! Thank you and this review comes with very high recommendation.

They did a fantastic job and in a timely manner. They cleaned the interior of my truck so well after doing the body work that I'm considering getting in more accidents.

I have had two accidents and I also bought a car from here. I must say that I had an excellent experience with marcel's. Their work is awesome and the way I was treated with the upmost dignity and respect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The people at Marcels are fantastic.
I had the privilege of bringing my truck there for repairs after being in an accident.
They went above and beyond, kept in contact, gave me details with every update they had.
Not only all of that, but they're very kind, and gave me the opportunity to make them smile.or laugh, or both at most times.
This is the 2nd time I've had to bring my vehicle somewhere for repairs, and in the future (I'm sure there will be more opportunities), I will absolutely be a repeat customer.:)

We have brought both of our vehicles to Marcel's, one after an accident and the other a hit and run. The attention to detail and expertise craftsmanship are second to none. That's is why they have been around for over 70 years. As a owner/operator of a family business myself, I understand that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. They went above and beyond for the repairs to our 1996 Lumina. It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The only place we will go for any collision repairs is Marcel's.

Unfortunately accidents happen. For me this was my second time needing a collision place to fix up my car. So I went right back to the first place I have ever been to because my first experience years ago was a great one. Once again they didn’t disappoint in fact all of the staff were wonderful from first contact with Kaitlyn to the office staff that I spoke with on the phone. Doug on the mechanical side and of course Marc who made sure everything was just perfect from pricing to the quality of work done. I will never bring my car any where else. Excellent communication and top quality repairs made to my Grand Cherokee after being hit by a drunk driver. Marcel's provided me a safe and reliable loaner while the repairs were being made to my Jeep. When there was a shipment delay for required parts (driver-side headlight!) I received a call to inform me of the updated timeline for repairs. They even worked with my insurance so I wasn't shocked with a huge bill! The Jeep is running like new and looks new, too.
