Mareka Property Management

Mareka Property Management is an absolutely infuriating company that has caused their customers an unacceptable amount of stress and anxiety. The level of greed and corruption that this company exhibits is outrageous, and it's clear that they prioritize taking advantage of their customers over providing quality service. Customers have reported that whenever they have an issue with their apartment, Mareka Property Management tries to scam them out of money and completely ignores their calls and emails. The way they treat their customers is completely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of empathy and understanding.

What's even more unacceptable is that Mareka Property Management has invaded their customers' privacy by entering their apartments without any notice whatsoever. This is a clear violation of basic human decency and is absolutely unacceptable behavior. Additionally, Mareka Property Management has left fake positive reviews on Google to try and mislead potential customers. All of these fake reviews were posted at the same time and all received five stars.

Overall, Mareka Property Management is a despicable and unprofessional company that has caused their customers a great deal of emotional distress. If you have to deal with them while living at Mystic Pointe, prepare to be driven to the brink of insanity. It's clear that they don't care about their customers' well-being, and they should be ashamed of their behavior. If you value your mental health and well-being, it may be necessary to consult with a family doctor or psychiatrist due to the negative impact this company can have on your emotional and mental state.

A formal complaint to CMRAO was filed and awaiting for replies for follow up.

Mary Kahn, CEO of Mareka Property Management, is the most friendly, knowledgeable professional/person I came across in the industry. In past 11 years.being one of the Board Member of TCECC - 2096, had dealt with few other Property Management Companies but MPM is beyond par, the best.

One of the best management companies I have dealt with. They are responsive, manage budgets well and arenore open to suggestions.

I have been on the Condo Board for our complex for the past 5 years. We hired Mareka Properties as our management company 5 years ago. During the past five years Mary and her efficient team of property managers, worked diligently to save our community, large sums of money, on specific required services!
She managed to cut $17,000 on our insurance policy and over an $8000 refund from the City of Vaughan!
Mareka Properties, owner and staff are always willing to take the time to train a new Board member, or spend with homeowners to help resolve any issues at hand

Tena Reeves is very organized, responsible and intelligent person, truly professional in her position of property manager, 1040-1050 The Queensway has changed its shape under her supervision.

These guys are useless not even sure why our condo uses them, must be really cheap because they dont do anything
