Lisa did a wonderful job, as always, cleaning my teeth. She is a lovely person, very gentle but thorough.

Almost more than a month ago I had the pleasure of visiting Carly for a teeth cleaning, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of care and professionalism exhibited by Carly. In simple I felt much more comfortable and closed my eyes as she cleaned and leaving my teeth feeling incredibly clean and refreshed.

Margolian Dentistry, performed a miracle at my last appointment. Vary little discomfort. In fact, I almost fell asleep while getting 3 cavities filled. I will be going back to them for all my dental needs. Seriously give them a try.

I hate going to the dentist, I fear it because I had a horrible experience as a young adult. Margolian Dentistry, has taken that fear away. Cassandra was awesome to deal with. She was caring and gentle and really listens. I would highly recommend this place. I’m definitely going to recommend it to all my friends.

Margolian Dentistry is fabulous. I've been going to them for 7 years now and I've only had great experiences. The whole team is friendly and knowledge. Lisa is my main hygienist and she is outstanding! They provide exceptional service and I would highly recommend them.

Great service and staff. They have done a wonderful job trying to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere. You are in the office for a short period of time and everyone is masked. Very thorough! I like that they continue to work on any problems until a solution is found. They work as a team!

Recently moved to Whitby from Toronto; this is by far my favourite Dental office. Some of the best Dental care I have ever been provided. Night and Day experience compared to some previous offices.

I love it here very professional friendly and smiling faces to greet you, Dr Margolia is so awesome I love her and all her staffs. Clinic is so clean and cool, I gave five star because of their service is excellent.

I understand that dentists are typically the focus of a review, but I'd like to highlight Virginia, the administrative assistant, and her incredible care for patients. Not only is she warm and friendly 100 percent of the time, she also went out of her way to explain the ever-complicated insurance coverage I had for a procedure. She made sure I was able to maximize my coverage as well as educating me about before and after care. She is a breath of fresh air in a typically stuffy and cold environment. Thanks Virginia for always going the extra mile.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Dentistry office. Top quality work and they give you a very thorough explanation of what is going to happen. I highly recommend them.

The staff was absolutely amazing. My young daughter had a dental emergency and they got her immediately and were very calm and patient with her so she would relax. They were very patient with me too as the panicking parent. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable and able to talk to me on a non dental level so I could understand what was going on. I would recommend anyone to this office. They deserve all 5 stars.

Lisa has been my Dental Hygenist for years and she is fantastic! She knows I don't really like being in that chair and she very sensitive to my nerves. She takes the time to explain any issues and is very caring and gentle.
The front of the house staff are also amazing! Super friendly and very helpful.

Have you experienced being unheard? That's my experience. Writing this review after giving it a thought. Every time I pass by the clinic, it reminds of the untreated broken tooth that I am going to get treated somewhere else now. The doctor treated the other teeth, even though I mentioned the reason for my visit the first time itself. I was charged for a regular clean up in the first sitting and then in the second treated for other teeth. I reminded that I wanted to get the broken tooth smoothened, but here I still have it. So, long story short, I got fooled by the rating and not anymore. I am sure others who rate 5 have had a great experience but not me.

Your response in itself is a proof how much you care about your clients that you don't know who it is. Either that or you don't have the courtsey to call back. I can count on fingers the number of low rated reviews and you still can't figure out.

After more than eight years of care at this office, I still find Dr. Margolian, Dr. Sherry, the dental hygienists and the front desk staff to be topnotch in every way. Friendly, knowledgeable, and available, even after hours! I highly recommend Margolian Dentistry.

Molar extraction took 15 minutes including anesthesia. Wow, I am really impressed.
This dentistry is overbooked which says a lot. Would be nice if they increased their capacity.

I needed a new dentist after mine retired so I decided to look for someone local. Margolian Dentistry had some awesome reviews so I booked an appointment. The receptionists were amazing, very professional and courteous. The dentist (I believe it was Dr. Samin - but with all the masking going on, I'm not 100% sure) did a thorough inspection and answered all my questions. Lisa, the dental hygienist, gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. My gums normally bleed a bit after a cleaning but Lisa was very careful to avoid nicking my gums with her tools. I'm glad I chose Margolian Dentistry and look forward to being their patient for many years.

So far so good! The initial appointment was incredibly through. After that appointment the front office staff was very helpful with my endless phone calls and emails. I was very anxious about the appointment. The day of my first procedure went very smoothly and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. The actually appointment felt like it went very quickly. It happened a couple hours ago and so far I feel better than expected.

I will update on how my upcoming appointments go but so far I’m very impressed.

We have been with Dr. Margolian for almost 30 years. They are so professional, caring and up to date with the latest technology. Even though we have moved further west, it's still worth the drive. Lisa is amazing.

Worst dentistry practice I've been to in the last 30 years In the GTA. Very unsettling environment (before covid) and most questionable practice in Durham due to their poor customer service for POC (as soon as you step in their office) and treatment for male patients. Felt marginalized and had the worst molar extraction when the doctor (not to be named) didn't have the strength to pull out the tooth. They didn't want to increase the anesthesia and I had to suffer through an excruciating experience. I recently visited BROCK STAR dentistry and had the most opposite visit to the aforementioned. Dont go here if you're a male and POC. Thank me later

I was very pleased with the service I received at Margolian dentistry. The staff was friendly and very helpful l would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Very friendly staff, great with my 2.5 yo as well. They explain everything which is awesome for me since I have been scared by a dentist when I was 13. I really feel comfortable with them, so do my hubby and my son.

We are very happy that we have switched to this dental office. The dentist is great with our kids!

This 5 star goes directly to Dr. MOE I always had fear of doing dental work since I was a kid and now after 40 years was the first time I didn't feel any pain. They used laughing gas and it was an amazing experience.

I’ve been coming to this dentist office for the past 10 years and I always experience excellent client service! The staff is super friendly and nice and I always leave happy. One hygienist there in particular definitely needs a shout out because she is seriously amazing at her job. She always makes me feel comfortable and does such fantastic work. She has such a gentle touch while making my teeth feel squeaky clean. I usually would leave dentist offices in the past with sore gums but not with her EVER! She’s just too awesome! Please request Michelle to be your hygienist for your next visit you won’t regret it! She’s the best!

Leaving my old dentist in Markham was hard but when I moved I needed somewhere new to be convenient, but also kind. I have some anxiety about my teeth and everyone at Margolian has been nothing but caring and thoughtful about this. Initially I was a little nervous to go in, but now the anxiety is almost totally gone because I know they are going to be forthcoming and clear about what they're doing and will do whatever you need to be comfortable.

Amazing place. Every single staff member here treat me so well. Thank you Dr Margolian and all the ladies up front for always taking such good care of me and my teeth, You are great!

Dentist 'Sherri' was superb. She explained my treatment and made me knowledgeable. The dental assistant who took my x-rays was so kind and considerate.

Margolian dentistry is a fabulous dentist, my dentist is Dr. Brock and I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and yesterday was my fourth trip there getting worked on and yesterday I went with no anxiety and no tears which I always had previously to finding Margolian dentistry! The bedside manner is fantastic they take into consideration if you’re scared and gave me nitrous oxide to call me down! I would highly recommend Dr. Brock to anybody who is looking for a dentist or wanting to change dentist the receptionists are all very friendly and Dr. Brock is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Are used to cancel appointments because on the day of I would have panic attacks and major anxiety and just keep putting it off, I no longer have to do that thanks to the staff at Margolian! Thanks a lot guys see you on the 19th

So thankful for Margolian Dentistry! I was so embarrassed about my teeth when I got there and they made me feel so comfortable. They were patient and listened to exactly what I wanted and I can’t WAIT to finally have my smile back! 10/10 would recommend it to everyone especially if you’re nervous about going to see a dentist.

Who knew going to the dentist would be an enjoyable experience! Staff and dentists are awesome. Very polite and the dentist walks you through the process as its happening. Ive been to a few dental offices and this one is by far the best!

After having attending the clinic for a very long time (with a family of 5) I felt over the years their sensitivity to clients needs and the attention they gave to a problem when it rose, degraded over time. Ever since Dr Sherri joined the team, there is no care for the patient anymore. You are a number now. When a real problem rose, there was no rush to fix the problem. When your child felt pain, it was 'why is this child feeling pain, this shouldn't happen' look was passed on. Very very disappointed the way they dealt with the problem. The admin did nothing to resolve the issues we had. Mind you, the only thing that was great about the clinic was their Dental Hygienists. They will be missed a lot. I have taken my family to an establishment where patient care matters and we are not a file number to pay your bills.
