Had an appointment with Lindsay today for highlights and LOVE LOVE LOVE my colour! Lindsay is so knowledgeable about all things blonde and openly shares her professional opinion to get you the best results. Lindsay always walks you through the products she uses to help with your unique hair needs. My hair is super thick and Lindsay does a fantastic job at hydrating and styling. Would highly recommend Lindsay and MBS - I have already booked in for my next appointment.

Before coming to MBS I had been to 3 different stylists that were never able to achieve what I wanted. Then I came here and met Lindsay and I would never look back! She is beyond talented in her work; always gives me a fresh, natural, smooth look of balayage. Beyond her work she is the best to talk too. So easy to talk and laugh with, the 4 hour appointments fly by! I now have moved out to Ottawa but will still make the trip here every 6 months or so to book in with Lindsay she’s that good

She is so young and yet she has over a decade of experience at MBS, Maria Bikas Salon.

Maria Bikas is extremely underrated. London has a lot of salons and I feel like I must have been to most of them. I have stick straight coarse hair; a texture that shows mistakes easily and needs thinning out to look stylish so I’m not the easiest client. I usually hate saying this about companies, but they really do treat you like family. Everyone I met was friendly, welcoming, and warm, with no sales-y or unnaturally chipper vibes. They try to build an authentic connection with you even before they’re sure whether or not you’re a repeat customer yet. The salon was calm and felt like you were going to a girlfriend’s to chat. Kailee did my bob haircut and I’ve never had a short haircut with such flawless symmetry, shape and precision, it’s low maintenance but looks high effort. She is very kind and easy to talk and relate to. If you are someone who has high standards for cutting I highly recommend this salon.

I recently went to Maria Bikas Salon for the first time. Although I was pleased with the end result I felt that 230$ is too much to pay for highlights/lowlights. I also paid 80$ for a haircut on a separate occasion which makes for a total of over 300$ plus tax and tip to get my hair done. I feel disappointed because I like my hair and the location is convenient for me but won't return due to the price.

Love this salon. My stylist Lindsay always does an amazing job on my hair. I have blonde hair and it's so healthy. I use the Kevin Murphy shampoo and conditioner. I am always happy after my hair appointment!

I was a first time customer at Maria Bikas' in December and they did not disappoint! The receptionist was pleasant on the phone when I called to book my appointment and welcoming when I arrived. I came into the salon with a hair dilemma and Lindsay rose to the challenge. She took her time and talked me through how she thought she should cut and style my hair and I have to say she did an amazing job. Thank you Lindsay. I will definitely be returning in the New Year!
