I've dealt with both Tiffany and Dahlia and they're great; couldn't ask for more helpful and knowledgeable representatives. I'm giving four stars and not five because I've encountered issues with phone calls not being answered/returned in a timely manner.

Thankfully I have only had to make one claim so far, Maria's team could not have made the process and easier!

Strange incounter, no one answers phone now, it was quite an operation to cancel car insurance on one car. Mixed feeling on whether to use them for replacement car. Saw some negative feed back re: parent company will check out competition before resigning.

I spoke with Tiffany about Home and Auto quotes and she mentioned to me about a protection plan. I was curious to learn more about this type of coverage and she explained Life Insurance in a way that I would have never thought of it. I have always thought life insurance was too expensive and overrated but the way she explained the different coverages available, I feel more knowledgeable now then I ever was when talking about any type of insurance. I was very pleased with her as she didn’t pressure me into buying the insurance with her. She just educated me and answered any questions that I had.
