I was in the market for a new watch and visited Mariani after researching their large selection of in-stock items.
Bobby (the sales associate) was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, provided some personal suggestions while respecting my personal taste.

Stopped by their watch boutique to get an old and very sentimental watch looked at as a piece of its leather strap/buckle had come off and I wanted to see if it could be repaired instead of having to change the entire strap.

Shawn P.was in the store and immediately provided a kind welcome, offered to have a look at the watch, and went straight away to see if he had the correct parts to repair it (instead of pushing to replace it). Shawn ended up getting it repaired quickly with a lot of professionalism and patience.

Walked in today as was browsing other nearby competing stores, and it was awkward! Two ladies working in the store, older and younger, and there was no greeting, just silence and staring. I broke the ice with some small talk and asked to look at certain things. Younger lady who served us was polite, yet there was a zero sense of trying to understand what made us walk in or any level of enthusiasm. In comparision, their two nearest competitors, were welcoming and tried to educate us and ask us specific questions to understand our need. Not every conversation may lead to a sale, but no interest in your customer or their needs, leads to nothing. Hope they can improve for the next customer!

I recently had a stroke. A friend of mine purchased a watch for me so that I can always tell my heart rate and my blood pressure. I needed to get it sized, and I brought it into this location. Ruben M was the sales consultant who took the time and was very patient with me because the stroke has left my ability to speak pretty screwy. He took the time to help me get just right and didn't rush me when I was trying to speak which can take a minute or two longer than normal. I appreciate that respect and the time and effort he put in. I definitely recommend this location.

Awful customer service and very not truthful. They had my wife’s bracelet for 3 weeks with 4 different quotes and when agreed on the cost they backed out within a couple of weeks. Led us to believe the job was being done when in fact it was not.

We were there the other day looking for a special gift for my mother in law. We asked the associate if they had any of this particular item. She went to the back and started talking to the other associate and started to laugh. After 5 minutes or so she came back out and ignored us! This is the worst customer service experience I've encountered in a long time. I was with my daughter and she didn't understand why someone would be rude to us and we were the only people in the store. We will never shop here again!

Awful experience. I bought a watch from there awhile ago and when I bought it they told me when I registered the watch with them it would include lifetime battery replacement free of charge. Common in a lot of high end stores. I went in 2 years ago and had absolutely no problem. But yesterday when I went in to get the battery replaced the salesman told me “ it would be $110 (but he would help me and make it $80) because he needed to check the hardware and gaskets”. I explained that I didn’t need a check and just wanted to change the battery and that if he could check my account he’d see that it was covered. He laughed and said that nothing was “ lifetime” and didn’t care to check. He explained that he didn’t want to be “ Liable if the watch broke” which made no sense since I’d be charged to fix it anyways. Must be under new management perhaps and only care to sell you something but don’t care as soon as you walk out.
I took my watch to another store. They changed my battery with compliments while I waited with a smile. What a difference in management.

One of the pins in my watch fell out, so I went to the mall to go get it fixed. They didn’t know if they had the pin I needed, but one of the workers found it and fixed it completely for free on the spot. I would definitely recommend for any watch you have

I went to Mariani to fix my Longines watch and Ruben helped me. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and a great help. He asked me to send him the repair history information to send to Longines. They repaired my watch free of charge and I am very satisfied with the service that Ruben did. I recommend this store for any future purchases or repairs.

Great service, went into Mariani to purchase a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. The owners were very friendly and helpful and not too pushy. On top of it they were able to offer some room to negotiate for the price which is also nice. Also, they remain true to their exchange policy. My girlfriend preferred another piece to the one I had purchased. I had called in asking for the other piece and were timely in answering my email and were willing to exchange it the day of in the midst of a lockdown! (with proper procedure of course) They were even able to lower the price of the new piece to match the piece I was exchanging. Mariani clearly know how to treat their customers and it is clear why they are so highly regarded in the industry. I would recommend Mariani to all of my friends.

I received a lovely Raymond Weil watch for my 50th birthday but I needed the band sized. I didn't want to take my watch to just anyone and I had seen Mariani Watch Boutique many times while walking about in Oakville Place. {I have never stepped into this shop.thought it would be for a particular clientele of course and I just shied away from going in}. I walked in and Ruben welcomed me so quickly and was very friendly. He was so receptive to my request {of which I also needed a battery for my other watch I was wearing which was a Tommy Bahama- Ruben treated both my watches with the same care}. Had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Longines Hydroconquest Ceramic from Mariani.
Shawn was knowledgeable during the initial purchase. They did not have the 41mm variant in stock and was honest and told me the 44mm they did have in stock looked too big - he could have said it looked great and closed a deal that day. The watch took about 1.5 months to arrive from Switzerland, which was to be expected during COVID days. I got a call from Shawn the day it arrived in Toronto, and a call from Syed the very next day to inform me that it was in store. I dealt with Syed during the fitting and final payment and he was also a pleasure to deal with. While we waited for the sizing, he showed me around the store and showed me new pieces they had just gotten in. He also let me take a few catalogs, which I collect. I offered to pay for them and he told me it was their pleasure to give them to me. The entire process from start to finish was top notch! Can’t wait to buy my next watch from Mariani!

I visited Mariani Jewellers on the recommendation from a good friend to purchase my first luxury watch. I'm very happy to say that I left extremely satisfied. With this being the most I have ever invested into a watch I was walking in very skeptical about the experience I expected to have considered the price point I was entering into. Again I'm happy to say that I didn't get any indication of being passed over or they didn't have the time for me. The sales person was very patient with me and there was never a time where I felt like they were trying to up sell me either. When the time comes I'll definitely be returning to purchase my next investment time piece.

Ordered a very limited edition Omega watch from here. Was told from many other places it is almost impossible to get and have to be put on waiting list with zero guarantee. I love this store. I enjoy talking to staff here, who know the story behind each watch as I do! They also carry Hamilton (great story behind it, with excellent price point), Tag Heuer and Zenith and of course Omega.
