My children ordered me an arrangement that arrived 6hours late and was not exactly what was ordered. I light of this delay in delivery the arrangement was left outside for a further 7 hours before we got it.
In light of the weather the arrangement was almost frozen when we arrived and flowers already started to wilt.
I called the store twice and I’m on day 4 of still waiting for a response. Not impressed

My aunt received her gorgeous bouquet today-her 99th birthday! She was thrilled with it and we were too! Your arrangement was so fresh and colorful. We hope to be able to send another one when she turns 100!
