Marina Del Rey Condos

This place is a hidden gem. Lived there for years before leaving the city, the residents all seem to know and like each other, and the amenities/Malibu club are fantastic.

A gated community but the architecture of the buildings are timeless and the transition to the waterfront park sis appropriate.

Still very nice. Seems to be more toddlers.and a school bus, one must pay attention to traffic's as cars race in and out to get away from lakeshore traffic*

I've been living here for 5 years and can't say enough great things about it! Grounds are kept so beautifully, building is always clean- including the gym, pool areas and party room. The staff here are always friendly. You never have to wait long for an elevator. Pet friendly. Enhanced security. There are always social activities going on for all ages, educational speakers drop in (announced). Being right next to the lake you have full access to the Martin Goodman Trail, boat launch etc. In the summer the farmers market is right next door-literally a 2 min walk. More retail/restaurants popping up too. Great place to live and only a 20 min drive to downtown. Street car & bus at your front door. And I'm fortunate enough to have an amazing view.:)

I lived in Phase II for two years and found it to be very nice. A friend now lives in the same building and whenever i visit, the building is clean, the concierge is helpful and the property looks great.

Great place, beautiful view. Security guard Simran Khaira is super friendly and very helpful

I use to live in a condo in this building,
I would not recommend it,
The parking in the garage is very dirty,
In the spring and fall it gets very hot in the unit, and most of them just has a small window that you can open.
I had a fan plus a small a/c and that didnt do much but move hot air around,
