Earlier this year extreme weather led to damage to one of our cars. Howie and his team restored our Audi to showroom new. Also went above and beyond in helping me out with a replacement in the meantime. Highly recommended.

The whole process from start to finish was amazing! My car was ready earlier than expected and I couldn't be happier with there work!

I have used three different body shops in the last two years and this is the best one yet. I had some body work done on my Audi due to a hit an run. I was greeted by Sadia who was fantastic and made me feel like I was a long time client which I appreciated. Phil who is the assistant manager served with professionalism. The work on my car is immaculate and want to thank everyone that worked on it. I work in the service industry and I can confirm that my experience with the entire team at Mark Motors Body Shop was something rare to find in Ottawa. They also did a splendid work on my A5. Their welding, body and paint work was impecable. They will try to achieve perfection and that’s truly appreciated.

We had work done to our Q5 under warranty and my wife decide to have additional work done. When we picked it up there was exhaust noise that wasn't there before. That's fine we where told things like this happen all the time. Then when my wife gets home I open the hood and all the bolts holding the front fender on are loose.
She returns has them tightened and she had filled up her washer fluid. A few days later it's empty I fill it up it's empty again. She returns to the dealership and they tell her she needs to pay to have it looked at. They also say the washer fluid tank is not close to the fender they worked on.

The tank is actually right next to that fender and the windshield washer motor is attached. When I brought it to a specialty shop in ottawa they looked at it an the clips for the hose where never pushed back down causing the fluid to leak out. There is a warranty part that is defective on the vehicle currently and we are told we need to pay to have it inspected.

My overall experience at this shop is disappointing needless to say I would expect a high end car dealership to give me better service then a fly by night company but unfortunately it's not the case.

Told my wife we should have bought a Lada probably have less issues. My recommendation find a shop that takes pride in their work.

We never discussed the leaking windshield washer fluid no one returned the phone calls and no the situation was not resolved. I truly believe if you are the owner you should actually reach out an speak to your customers to get the accurate account of the story.

Great experience overall. The front desk lady Sadia is super nice and patient; mechanic Phil is very friendly and communicative.

Very satisfied with the repair results, and the loaner vehicle during the repair is the 2020 Q5, which is a superior experience as well (really tempted me to switch).

This is the place to go if you want to get your vehicle repaired to factory standard, period.

Update: on July 24th, 2021, my car got vandalized with spray paint (20cm diameter in the driver’s door). I went to the body shop the following Monday, and they cleaned it off within 10 minutes, for free!

I am definitely a returning customer in future, and you will be one too.

Wow, its not often that an accident becomes a positive experience but that is exactly what happened thanks to the fantastic team of professionals at Mark Motors Body Shop. My Cayenne made friends with a landscaping vehicle while parked in my very own driveway of all things. Mark Motors made it easy. I drove in, they quickly assessed the damage, liased with my insurance provider (and even pushed them along), provided me with a great loaner and kept me informed every step of the way. The repair work is seamless, the car was returned earlier than promised and in "new car clean" condition. I feel one part family and one part Movie Star every time I leave the dealership and now the body shop has done the same. I am in no rush to need the services of Mark Motors Body Shop again, but without hesitation, I would happily return and hope to be welcomed by Sadia's lovely demeanour and smile and Phil's fantastic communication and diligent, on point efforts to get this over the finish line. Once again Andreas and his team did an amazing job and this time on my Golf R. I also really appreciate the attention to detail that they take to keeping me, and themselves, healthy during these times of Covid. Appointments where you and the body shop rep are the only ones in the shop, everything is wiped down (counter, door handles, credit card reader, etc.) to ensure safety as well as your car. Once Phil Kaeding, the Assistant Manager, took over his predecessor, things moved very quickly and emails were answered promptly. They just finished the paint job and it is as good as the original paint. You cannot see at all where the work was done and I am very picky for that kind of work. They took time to show me their very nice body shop and explained what kind of work was to be done. I have to admit that they are pricey when they quote you but when came time to pay, they said that it didn't take as long as expected and the final price was quite lower than the quote. I had no way to know that and they could have charged me the full amount but they were honest about it and it is something extremely important for me. Because of that and the very high quality of work, I would not go anywhere else to have any paint job on my Audi done. Thank you Mark Motors Body Shop and Phil!

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work that was done on my car (had after market part installed) and the whole experience.
I knew that if I wanted this work done right with someone I could trust then, I had to go to these guys who deal with Audi everyday. Both Paul and Howie are very profesional, knowledgeable, helpful and very personable which is hard to find these days.
Sadia was also very pleasant to deal with.
Both Dan and Yves (drivers) are very nice people, they drove me to my work and back when my car was ready for pick up.
My car was super clean when I picked it up. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Great professional service, car is good a new. There can be a bit of a wait as they are the only shop in the area.

Went in for fender and door rust claim, they did an awesome job on both they even did up another rust spot that a different Audi dealer said they wouldn’t put a claim in for because they didnt think it would go through. I also had a pretty noticeable dent from someone hitting my car with their door and when I came in to pick up my car i noticed they fixed that as well. They also touched up all paint chips from rocks on the whole car. Excellent service and best Audi dealer I’ve been to.

Really impressed with the friendliness & responsiveness of the shop. It's the only place I'd bring my car.

I stopped to have my car touched up given I have one of those colors that is not available in a paint stick and what great service and results.

Car service fess lack transparency and verification procedure.

I had taken my Q5 in with an unknown problem. Turns out the ABS sensor has to be changed. My bill came with an hour of diagnosed and 2 hours labor for replace. Everywhere else I asked it would have taken an hour. I'm not saying they may do more checking/testing and what not at this shop but they also do not have any possible way for customers to really verify if this is even aligned with the industry standard. Called Audi Canada to ask about how they work with these independent dealers to ensure good governance-well, none really.

When I showed up at Ottawa Audi to buy a stick of touch up paint (alas, I had a small scratch on the lip of the hatch on my 2018 A5 Sportback, thanks to a low underground parking garage), I was surprised to learn that Audi Canada does not provide Glacier White metallic color sticks!
But thanks to the body shop guys at Mark Motors of Ottawa's on Montreal Rd, this was not an issue at all; they happily took the car in the shop for a quick fix by a technician that quietly touched up the scratch, with a top clear coat no less, at no charge to me. Excellent service!

The staff at Mark Motors Body Shop is very knowledgeable, helpful and customer-oriented. I’ve had to bring my car in twice to the body shop, over the last year, and both times the staff not only did an awesome job on the car, but they also went the extra mile by doing some minor touch-ups at no extra cost, dealing with the insurance company when adjustments were required, taking care of the various arrangements with the pick-up and the drop-off of the rental car, keeping me updated on the progress of the work and ensuring I was satisfied with their service.

One thing that should be emphasized is that Mark Motors Body Shop definitely prioritizes quality over quantity. That's what real service is ultimately about, in my opinion, even if that means waiting a little longer, because that means you won't have to go back and forth! Also, the fact that the owners are actually present on site, definitely makes a difference, as they care about their reputation and do take pride about the service provided to their clients.

Oh, and I should mention that both Howie Abramovitch (body shop manager) and Phil Kaeding (body shop administrator), over and above the outstanding service they provide, are a pleasure to deal with and have a great sense of humour!
