Had to go in for a repair on the gas door and Sadia in Service went over and above to get the vehicle back to me as quickly as possibly, since it was my only vehicle. She was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Sadia kept me updated every step of the way. Service was 5 star!

Huge amount of respect to Kyle Carkner and the entire service team. I have observed the Service Advisors for most of the day- they are absolutely professional and courteous, even when cranky customers may not deserve their congeniality. The level of personal interest by service people has declined in the last few years, this team sets a very high standard for quality service. Recommend other service businesses follow this example. Leadership sets the tone the team follows and Kyle is obviously a good leader.

Nobody knows how to care for a Porsche like Porsche. Thanks to the team at Mark Motors Porsche for being so thorough and making sure everything is in perfect working order. Pleasure working with you.

Review part 1: This is part 1of my review. I have placed my order of 2023 Macan S. It has been a journey. Porshe online configurator can be killing and confusing. But my Porshe SA Lana has been awesome and after she went on Vacay Emilie has been great.
Alex has been patient and also very good. Waiting for my delivery in March 2023 but till now experience has been great

Service on time. Replacement car provided. My car was cleaned after. Pleasant service coordinator.

Kyle and Mark are both in need of customer service retraining. ASAP. SOS. We found them to be unpleasant, condescending and incompetent. Dismissively told something was not under warranty, and they turned out to be wrong. Incomplete service, so we are going elsewhere to complete it.
Just an atrocious and frustrating experience. Don't go here.

I have had excellent service from Mark Motors Porsche. The service advisors are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Estimates are accurate and my experiences with the technicians with respect to diagnostics and repairs have been outstanding. I have been very pleased.

Worst service ever: took an appointment 3 weeks ago get there at 8: 45 for an oil change they tell me it will take about 3hrs get back 6hrs after around 3: 00 pm and the car didn’t ever get into the garage then they tell me they close at 5: 00 and they will take the car it and do it right now it 2hrs when it takes 3 I took my keys and left will never go there again I thought being a Porshe owner you where suppose to get a gold treatment I get a better service on my Jeep Cherokee

Was a bit skeptical because the website is not that great but Nicole Meunier was so helpful and loved the quick response and service. She compensated for the mediocre website.

Would like to share my experience with the Mark Motors Porsche Team. First off, made you feel welcome, worked with you, understood the value proposition. I did not buy a Carrera GT, but they made me feel like I did! They want every customer to be happy. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Open, and transparent. Accommodating, I requested a later delivery date, they worked with me and my schedule. My Porsche was a big deal for me, super happy. Car is everything I hoped it to be.
I had visited other Porsche dealers in Southern Ontario, their sales staff were not helpful, insisted the price was not negotiable, and did not listen to what I was interested in. While price is important, value is a much better measurement.

We had the pleasure to work with Lana Ortiz (Sales Executive) to purchase our first Porsche. We have always heard that Porsche dealership is in a different league when comparing to other dealerships, so we were a bit nervous after we decided to go visit Mark Motors.
To our surprises, our experience was quite refreshing. We were first greeted by an email from the GM, then we met Lana at the dealership. Lana is attentive, polite and patience. She spent time listen to our story, our need, and then shared with us product info; explained the pros and cons of different features/options; she even encouraged us to test drive other brands to compare. I recently purchased a vehicle from Mark Motors Porsche and the experience was exceptional - this whole experience not only exceeded my expectations but set an entirely new bar for what car a buying experience should be.

The sales team was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and they provided an excellent test drive course which included highway, urban and rough rural roads to really let me test the vehicles comfort and capabilities.
Throughout the sales process I never once felt pressured to make a snap decision nor did I get the usual up-sell speeches I've gotten from other dealerships and this made the whole thing refreshing and stress free.
At the end of the process, once I decided I wanted the vehicle, they negotiated openly and honestly and made the effort to meet the pricing and additional features I wanted - I felt like I got a good deal and still do today.

The service team members I spoke were professional, polite, well informed about their product and processes and really went the extra mile to address my questions about things like required services, costs, maintenance and warranty coverages.

The finance team was brilliant. They worked double time to get the deal done to fit my timeline so I could get the vehicle on a Friday and enjoy it for the weekend.
When a task came up related to paying off my old vehicle loan the finance team handled it for me and saved me hours on the phone with my old vehicle financer.

Had the pleasure of talking to Kathleen on the phone about a used porsche I was interested in purchasing and she was really nice. Very knowledgeable and informative.

Our car had an issue with oil leakage recently. Porsche immediately took it in for diagnostic, and handled the whole situation seriously. Mathieu Gagne, Porsche Master Brand Ambassador, directly stayed in contact with us to ensure proper client care is given at all time. A loaner was not available, but Mathieu and his service staffs arranged to get us a replacement car right on the next day. Our Cayenne is out of warranty period, but Porsche and Mark Motors went out of their way to resolve the problem so we could get our car fixed at the lowest cost as possible. Where can you get this kind of honesty from a dealership and a reliable brand these days? We’ve had an Audi years ago and now the Porsche, and Mark Motors had always lived up to their promises for luxury cars and top-notch services. We are truly happy with this dealership! Highly recommended.

Took my Cayman GTS there a couple times for service and both visits were great. Be aware that sometimes a loaner vehicle isn't always available, but they do have a shuttle. Referred a friend to Brian in pre-owned sales for a used 911 and no complaints there either. Transaction was smooth and painless. Stand-up, personable guy who understands the meaning of customer service.
Not a complaint, but just a comment - the dealership is small. Winnipeg is getting a new, bigger dealership and that's a smaller market than Ottawa so I find that a bit strange.

It just seems to be all about the money! I money.had my q7 Td I serviced regularly, oil and lubricated regularly. Now my steering system is seized. 5 years old! So sad.

I love the always helpful staff, who have in the past gone out of their way to assist. Even gave me a loaner on the long weekend!

A racism dealer that not worthy for my time to go, bad attitude, expensive service, why Porsche allowed this kind of dealer to sell their cars? Very unprofessional

This is a “non-pretentious” high-end store. They do give a high level of service but you don’t feel like you need to wear a 3 piece suit to receive it. I also like the Porsche philosophy that their cars are sports cars and are meant to be driven as such, including taking them to the track without repercussion to the warranty.

Great advise in choosing your first sports car. Location is a challenge from west end, but is a historic location. Sales team is great.

Upon entering the previously owned area of the dealership. I wasn't greeted at all. So I waited.after 5 minutes or so some one from a back desk said she was going to find someone for me.again I waited. 10 or so minutes after that finally someone came to talk to me. I mentioned I was looking for a specific 944 for my wife, essentially I was dismissed with ya we don't have anything like that here try Auto Trader. Now I have come to expect more from Porsche (probably my.own fault) butni have had better and more cordial dealings at a domestic dealership. Perhaps I should just stick with domestic!

Been a long time since I had a porsche and it's because of this dealership. Do yourself a favor go to Montreal or Toronto don't waste your time with these guys trust me.
