Have had insurance with them for 25+ years. Paid my monthly premiums with no fuss. Up until the last 3 months I have had no interaction other then to switch vehicles. Last month they called and set up an appointment to go over my policies (life, tenant and car). That's good because I have had the same insurance this entire time and have no clue what it covers etc.
Today, I took my oldest in to get insurance on her first vehicle. We were blessed to have been paired ip with Chris Wagar. What a perfect fit. He had all the patience with her and explained everything, every step of the way. He even stayed way passed closing time so she could get her vehicle for the weekend. He has and amazing sense of humor and was joking with her the entire time. If you get the chance to pick the broker or whatever, definitely ask for Chris! Thanks again Chris!

They were great until I needed them. When my car got hit in the parking lot, they sent me to a hack to repair it. When I complained about the repairs, they did nothing. The next time I needed help, they made it logistically and financially infeasible.

The last time I needed help, after enduring serious illness, they chose to put me into cancellation. EVERY other business I was dealing with made arrangements so I had a chance to get better. These guys attacked strait away and refused to have any compassion for my situation. In fact, two of their employees even seemed to be enjoying the power in some narcisistic way.

15 years with the same insurance company, 3 new cars insured, 6 figure income, never had a payment issue until Covid. Perfect Credit.until now.

They forced me to go in to the office during a lockdown to make a payment (FYI I was deemed high risk and wasn't supposed to leave the house). Then they refused to allow me to pay at the office afterwards when the risk was no longer an issue.

My online insurance provider now gives me the same legal insurance, and after experiencing the truth of what these folks really offer, I see absolutely no reason to pay these prices, and trust me, I had maximum coverage. I may as well have had NO coverage.

Now, I have 5 years of increases on my insurance payments. Despite the fact that I did everything they asked. The final reason for going for my jugular? I didn't pick up Kevin's phone call when he rang in during a meeting. Did not even give me the opportunity to return his phone call.

Smiles up front, knives in the back, insurance that is not really there. Regular abuses of power, predatory business policies.

Find another company and pay close attention to the other reviews, they are all happy just to get insurance in the first place, none of them are long term happy with the actual product.

Get the cheap stuff online.

If you work here. I will be spreading this warning message at random intervals, to a large variety of review sites for the next five years. Do not worry, it wont be a hassle for me, its all automated.

I dealt with Chris Wager, he was very professional and was a great help. He explained everything in great detail and made sure I could get the best price for what I needed. Would recommend for any type of insurance.

Very good service. A lot of times people can always be looking for the best price in insurance. I have no idea if I pay lowest, but have enjoyed customer service enough that it would have to be a big savings to leave if ever considered. I am confident if I have a problem it will be dealt with and I am in good hands.

We have several policies with Mark Neuman's office, and we have for years. The team have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly to deal with. I've always felt that Casey and the team have taken the time to get to know me and my family, and present options that we are comfortable with and in our best interest. I'd never hesitate to recommend them.

Kristin has been great! Super friendly and eager to help as best as she can with my adjuster problems. She has been going out of her way to help me get my claim resolved. I don't know where I would be without her help.probably insane by now.thank you Kristin!
