Wish I could give less than one star. I'm not at all understanding how it is beneficial to NOT have your listings on MLS or available publicly. If I was a homeowner there is no way I would list with this guy. Clearly a scam on his end trying to get people's contact info so he can spam them.

A friend tried to contact him about a listing she was interested in, she received an email back with no punctuation asking if she had an agent and then didn't bother responding or giving her the information. She wanted to view the house but why go through such a headache.

First it was impossible to BUY a home in Hamilton. Now its hard to sell one. Crazy! So I look for a real estate professional who can solve my biggest challenge - getting my home sold so I can buy the next one. And that's where Mark Silenzi and his team come in. They offer to buy the house if it doesn't sell to avoid being stuck with 2 homes. I've heard these claims before, but never really looked under the hood to validate them.
